I'm gonna start out with a 3 star rating as I only had 2 items..when I go back and try their egg foo yung I will rate again...the reviews here say their EFY is awesome...looking forward! So I was in the area the other day on business and decided to stop in and try it out. The place is clean and the kitchen is "open" where you see the food being cooked. I ordered roast pork fried rice and crab rangoon to go. Food prepared fast. I'm not exaggerating...their fried rice was THE BEST Ive EVER had! It had an awesome flavor..slightly smokey and the onions and pork pieces we delicious. Now, I was looking forward to the CR cuz apparently its made fresh there and HANDROLLED? It sure looked homemade...and WAS NOT FROZEN...I watched the lady take the fresh rangoon from her fridge and plop them into the deep fryer... Again...THE BEST EVER...now, we all now ya don't really get a lot of crabmeat in these things and its mostly cream cheese...but my gosh...the freshest rangoon Ive EVER HAD! I will def' be making the LONG trip back to sample their other food and not wait until I have a reason to be in the area....btw...NOTHING IS AROUND HERE! Its in a little strip mall...theres a nice looking bar & grill and I was gonna do that first and grab a burger..but...they were closed and it was almost noon...so..snooze and lose....right down from there I found China Wok. read more

Went here for the first time. Figured I would give it a shot. Ordered the chicken lomein. Not only was there no chicken in it. It was completely bland. Waste of money. All I paid for was bland noodles. Dissapointed read more

I just ordered chicken fried rice and beef sticks last night (March 10 2021) and the beef sticks were awesome, completely delicious but I was confused on the fried rice. I hate to say it, I've never had worse. It almost wasn't fried rice. I was extremely confused. It was very soggy and tasteless. For a second I thought they had given me the wrong food. Love love love this place! Both for dine in and takeout it's amazing. The owners are so nice and always greet us with a smile. My kids ask for China Wok at least once a week. Our favorites are sesame chicken, pot stickers (whatever sauce they give with these is INCREDIBLE- ask for extra and eat it with your egg rolls. Trust me.) read more

Good food, good service! We called China Wok 1-2 min before scheduled closing time and they took our order without hesitation and waited for us to come pick it up. It was a great way for us to end the night out! We ordered the egg drop soup, shrimp fried rice, chicken fried rice, Mongolian chicken, and sweet and sour chicken. Egg foo young!! This place is pretty good! I'm pretty picky about chinese and I'm happy there's a decent place nearby. Crab rangoons- are crispy and filled pretty well with a tasty filling. We get these everytime. Teriyaki beef sticks- oh my! These are awesome. They're pounded thin and cooked/seasoned well. We love these! Mushroom egg foo young- I love egg foo young but I love this place because it's not loaded with bean sprouts like most places do. It's just egg, lots of mushrooms, and cooked onions. Carry out they serve the sauce on the side and the sauce is perfect. Yum. We've also gotten the beef lo mien and the beef with pea pods. Both very good and they are alway very accommodating because my boyfriend usually wants things taken out. They never have an issue with that. Another plus for them. I love the food from here it's honestly my favorite place to go when I'm craving it but the service here is awful. When we went to order our food the lady acted as if she didn't want to work and gave us an attitude. The place itself wasn't very clean or sanitary. Hidden Gem! We are new to the area and did a search for food. This place did not disappoint. The price for the amount of food was amazing too! Ordered Coconut Shrimp, sesame chicken, beef lomain, egg rolls, crab rangoons, and pan fried rice...it all was exceptional! Only thing to be aware of is pan fried rice is different from the fried rice that we are use to, but it was still good. read more

This place has really great food, which is too bad because when you order it takes forever. Every time we are told 20-25 minutes and it turns into OVER an hour. If the time were a little more efficient .. or just be honest when telling customers when to pick up, this place would get a much higher rating. read more

My family and I ordered for carry out from this place. From the moment the lady picked up the phone, she was very rude. For one of the noodle dish, I asked for no veggies. I knew that the portion would've been smaller with the veggies and I was perfectly fine with it. When we got there to pick to pick up our order, she was rude then too. I saw that she charged extra for no veggies. She didn't inform me on the phone that there would an up charge on that. She began to speak under her breath and I couldn't understand. Food was super hot and very good!! I ordered on my way home from work for my first time and even for them being super busy still got my food ready to go quick it took about a half hour and didn't even start eating till about 50-60 mins after I left and the food was still hotttt and surprisingly really good. We've ordered takeout a couple of times from here. Honestly my family loves it. We're very picky when it comes to Chinese food and we've always been satisfied when we order from here. I personally always get the beef with broccoli which I love. My brother and his kids liked the sweet and sour chicken. The last time we ordered from here we had company over and we had to get enough to feed 9 people... ordered 3 main dishes and an order of fried rice & a couple of orders of egg rolls and we all had more than enough. My husband and I went for dinner last night. My husband loves egg fu young, he said it was the best he has ever had. I had won tons and the crab ragoon. Omgoodness the best! Portion size is unbelievable. You can tell 100% that all the ingredients are fresh. We will continue to eat here, truly the best around town. A friend told me this place opened up and that the food was good. For some crazy reason I stopped in and ordered take out... so glad I did. Actually surprised how good the food really is. Chinese food is in my top 4 all time foods, but this place does something different. Their food has more flavor than what I am used to. That is a good thing. Very very flavorful, as if some kind of essence to the food. It smells good and tastes as good as it smells. Best part is from what I read on their website, they do not use MSG, thank God. I am giving it a high rating because I can't remember when I have ever tasted Chinese food as flavorful as this. I had the triple delight and the orange beef over white rice. It's great. Food is good and staff is nice. I especially like the Sesame Chicken and the lo mien noodles.

First time at China Wok and the food was plentiful and tasty. Egg Foo Young was on par with the best I have had at China Town in Chicago. Ate at the China Wok but I think they are more set up for take out which is what we will doing in the future. The orange chicken and General Tso chicken were both cut into small pieces which I like and it prevents you from having to cut the pieces up on your plate. I look forward to working my way through their varied menu as I explore the other dishes that are offered. read more

Good food. Everything is cooked to order very fast and they have a vast menu (which includes Chinese donuts....yum!). I'm not a fan of the fried rice...it's too sweet and only has carrots and onions and is a little too moist for my liking. The mei fun and egg foo young are both very good. China Wok is located in the same strip as Butler's Restaurant on Route 20, next to the BP gas station. Second time here, and I have to say I'm a fan! The food is hot and good. Today's Chicken & Broccoli with white rice and egg roll was great (lunch special for $5.75). I called ahead for pickup and the order was promptly ready when I got there. I would recommend! read more
