It was more of a Chinese pork belly rice noodle than a pho like at a Vietnamese restaurant. My beef noodle soup was a hearty beefy bowl of noodles. Both of the noodle soups were perfect for a cold night. The price was very reasonable, cheaper than anything I can get in California. It was a good meal. As for the Spanish Fork Panda Express location, I think they do a pretty solid job! First, is there some kind of contest going on with the city to see who can design the worst parking lot? If so, can I nominate this one? There are some pretty rough parking lots in the area but I can give a plethora of reasons why this one should take the cake. For one, the drive through splits through the middle of the lot. This means, 87% of the people that park in the Panda Express parking lot, will be trapped in the lot for longer than they want to be. There are signs that threaten some kind of punishment if you do so. Getting in and out of this parking lot is like playing ring around the rosey but it's not nearly as fun as I remember it. Honestly, I am a bit confused on how the line is supposed to be set up. Some people go through the doors to the right, other people hang out in the foyer, in line. The family that owns it is so sweet and always makes you feel welcome when you dine in. We usually do takeout, and they always package everything really well so it travels safely. The ham fried rice and chicken lo mein are amazing, I could order just those two dishes forever and be perfectly happy.
