Wok Sauce & Teriyaki Sauce Full Wok

The Wok bowls here are the best! One of the servers named Ethan remembered all the orders perfectly. When I payed for the bowls I forgot to use the discount, but one of the servers Sergio was kind enough to give me 4 free veggie rolls. The place looks clean and modern as always, and I highly recommend coming here!

Fantastic made to order bowls. Customized with choice of proteins and vegetables then made to order. A generous portioned chicken, sweet potato gluten-free glass noodle and vegetables in a semi-spicy garlic sauce bowl $15 was fabulous. Highly recommended.

Truly outstanding - the food just comes out so hot and fresh and flavorful. I'm always a little surprised, and sometimes a little annoyed, at how long it takes.. but then you finally get it and it's just so worth the wait! It's a must visit for me every time I'm in American Fork. And to be clear, as far I've noticed the wait is never because of employees being lazy or anything - the food real is just made fresh in the wok for each person which understandably takes time.

I can't believe this was my first visit to Wok the Line. It's so much better than I had anticipated. I assumed it was going to be overly salty and sauce heavy Chinese food but it was the complete opposite. I was pleasantly surprised to find healthy and fresh ingredients with multiple lighter sauce options to choose. It's build-your-own bowl style, so everything is cooked to order directly on a flat top and woks. That's as fresh as it gets! Your bowl is completely customizable to your taste and likes, which is always bonus. Shoutout to the girl who took our orders and started our veggie prep--she was a rockstar. She was grabbing vegetables without taking her gaze off each customer and she grabbed with 100% accuracy. It was incredible! If you're in the mood for a quick health(ier) lunch option, stop by Wok the Line and fill up on protein and veggies. Yum!

The Subway of Wok. I really do enjoy these build your own places. Menu front and center when you enter. Small location, they still pretty busy. Good service, type of service you'll get a chipotle. It's a great idea, come in, let them know the base whether it be noodles, rice (white or fried) and toppings. I went with fried rice, steak and toppings were baby corn, mushrooms and bok choy. If they're busy, you might get lucky and land some topping from the last person lol. If they sauce has any chili in it, you're gonna feel it in the building. Give you that tickle that makes you start coughing. If yo mu sign up for their rewards, you get a free egg roll!

Overall I was pretty disappointed. This is a super popular restaurant and totally fits a fast casual vibe, making it a quick pick for working professionals looking for lunch. But for $16 dollars it was basically a fancy Panda Express bowl for twice the price. Besides being pretty disappointed with the cost to volume of food ratio, it was just so loud. With such a small dining room, every seat is within close earshot of the kitchen and the line to order. The combination of banging woks and a lunch rush line made the dining room deafening. Easily the loudest dining experience I've had in the entire County.

I traveled from S Provo (not far, I know) in search of a mushroom soup. When I arrived, Zhavon greeted me and asked what I wanted. I showed him the Miso soup on the menu, and he politely informed me it was no longer available. The menu was old and had not been updated. I just did that!! I told Zhavon the soup is the reason I traveled there and was disappointed it was no longer available. I did order the garlic chili half wok all veggie ( I'm on a diet). Zhavon then offered to "whip up" a mushroom soup on the fly so I could have some type of mushroom soup. He went over and beyond the threshold of service to create a soup on the fly. Needless to say, it was delicious (even for on the fly). The garlic chili bowl was incredible as well. I asked for extra spicy and it was that!! Not in a bad way, though. I contacted the owner to express my gratitude for such an awesome experience, telling him Zhavon is worthy of 2 platinum stars!! I also encourage anyone who has been "on the fence" to definitely visit. The ambiance is very casual, typical mom and pop strip mall shop but not sterile (no decor) or junky either. The idiot I am did not take a picture of the food but did get the new menu! 5/5 definitely will return, and I am hoping the mushroom soup gets on the menu!!

Best food in their price range around! They care about the way their food tastes and, most importantly, they care about their customers.

My wife wanted the pork belly pho, which didn't make sense to me. I wasn't sure what I wanted because I wasn't sure what they specialized in and wanted to hear them speak before ordering. When I heard the hostess/waitress speak to me in Mandarin after entering the restaurant, I immediately knew I would order their beef noodle soup. After waiting a few minutes, I paid and left with my food. The noodles were better than I expected for the Orem area. My wife enjoyed her pork belly pho. It was more of a Chinese pork belly rice noodle than a pho like at a Vietnamese restaurant. My beef noodle soup was a hearty beefy bowl of noodles. Both of the noodle soups were perfect for a cold night. The price was very reasonable, cheaper than anything I can get in California. It was a good meal. Brothers Hotpot...I don't think they have hotpot here. But, they make some pretty good noodles at a reasonable prcie.

Been to this location before, but was a different management and it was a Chinese and dim sum…read moreplace. Decided to come here again (obviously new management and a different restaurant) and I don't think we will ever come back! The service is one of the worst experiences we've ever had. On a Friday night, we were 1 of 2 tables (who came in after 8pm), and the place was empty (besides a private party in the private dining room). One server for the whole restaurant. When our order was taken, we only ordered 2 items: veg fried rice and salt and pepper prawns . When the salt and pepper prawns came out, it was served with no shell and fully battered(covered). The server did not ask me if I wanted it with or without shell - I assumed it was going to be with shell (as I pointed to the menu where the picture was, displayed with shell on. So we had to wait for another 10-15 minutes to get that order to come out. The shrimp they used was mushy on the inside, a bit gray colored (towards the tail, on the inside), and they used too much cornstarch for the breading - so it wasn't as crispy as expected. Trust me, I've had my share of salt and pepper shrimp (with shell on) and this was probably the worst I've had. I had to get up a few times to ask for: utensils, a Diet Coke, and boxes to go for our food. The only reason is I'm giving this place 2/5 stars (instead of 1) is because the veggie fried rice was decent. But over all, service, with the prices they charge, for MEH Chinese - you can get better quality Chinese at Feast Buffet or King Buffet - and those places do salt and pepper shrimp the right way!
