After this happened, I looked through some of the other reviews and saw complaints about the restaurant unexpectedly closing early before, so apparently our experience wasn't an isolated incident. This is just unacceptable customer service. If your system accepts my money and tells me my food will be ready at 9:52, I expect the restaurant to actually be open at 9:52.
