Tinting can be a crap shoot and I haven't always looked the best after getting tiny. Let me tell you, I'm SO glad I bought it! Leo does amazing work. First, I filled out a health questionnaire, which I wasn't expecting but was glad to do. That's just another touch that put me at ease. Then Leo got to work. He asked if I had an idea of what I wanted, which I did and showed him a picture. He measured and did an outline, checking to make sure I liked it then he started the micro blading. It was quick, easy and the results are more than I could have asked for. He totally exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him!

Now, I'm the farthest thing from a cheater on either account, but I had a weak moment when I was offered a rush interview two days away, in Atlanta. My stylist was off the day I found out & I was pressed for time so I went to a place that will remain nameless.. (unless I do another review just for them..) to have my hair quickly shaped up again. To my dismay I left looking worse than when I went in. Now as far as the other ladies go in the salon, I can't attest for them since I've been loyal to only one. They are very nice, but have never been the ones to make me beautiful after I've let 6 inches of roots cascade down my previously blonde hair. :) After the straying to the not so great place I called my stylist defeated to see if she could squeeze me in the day before I flew out for my interview. She was off, but knew how important this was to me so she made some major arrangements and got me in for an appointment. This woman is so great, she had me come to her HOUSE because she knew how much this meant to me. I did the walk of shame into her house, but she fixed me right up again. This is obviously not a normal practice of a hair stylist, but April goes above and beyond and it has meant the world to me. I have gotten to the point to where I can go in there looking like a train wreck and come out looking like a Mercedes. I tell her to do whatever she wants and I always come out feeling amazing. I can get a cut, multiple colors & my eyebrows done for around $100. If she leaves I'd follow her anywhere because you just don't find such amazing customer service as what I've found with her. April is one of the few who I've found that doesn't view this as just a job. She takes pride in making you feel great about yourself, and if you don't she won't let you leave until you do. I'm always reading where women are looking for a new stylist, and whenever I can I send them to April. She is awesome in every sense of the word and you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't go to see her. I would give her double the stars on here if I were able to. She is the best, and I'll never do the walk of shame again. :)

I had a very chaotic experience. Waited for about 20 minutes on a Friday around 3 pm. For my soak…read moreoff, they had me soak my hands in a bowl of acetone rather than using cotton balls or finger clips on each finger. My fingers were incredibly dry to an uncomfortable degree. When I went to remove my fingers from the bowl, I was told to put them back in. (I should have left then) My manicurist cut two of my fingers with the cuticle nippers. My thumb bled quite a bit and she was not apologetic at all. My manicurist switched halfway through. The second person working on my nails CUT THE SCAB OFF OF MY THUMB and made it bleed again. Luckily the manager gave me neosporin. The manager left twice during my manicure to yell and curse at children outside that were "harassing" them (they were just being kids. Knocking on the door, etc.) I hate leaving such negative reviews but the salon wasn't clean. The employees weren't nice. My manicure was painful, and they were in a rush and didn't give me three coats so the manicure itself doesn't even look good. I wouldn't go to this location. Again, I NEVER write such negative reviews but my experience was wildly bad.

When I arrived there was a guest in the front with a screaming child. I don't know the policy but there should be no children allowed. The constant screaming made for a less than relaxing environment. Also, consider putting mirrors in the treatment rooms! Guests would like to check their hair and makeup before going outside. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use it right away because our babies were in the NICU, and life was understandably focused on their care. When I finally went to use the gift card, I was told it was invalid. Because my husband paid with cash, they claim there is nothing they can do. It makes absolutely no sense that he would have been given an invalid gift card, and I truly believe that something went wrong when it was sold. It feels as though the money was taken, but the card was never properly activated. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not the first time I've heard of people having issues with gift cards from Massage Envy. There is no customer service representative to speak with directly only the store manager. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the manager tried to sell me another gift card, as if I would trust them with more of my money after this experience. I am beyond upset. A gift that was purchased with good intentions has turned into a stressful and disappointing experience, and I would strongly caution others before purchasing gift cards from this company.

This place is conveniently located near my hotel. I was greeted with a smile immediately upon entering and asked how I could be helped. I was a walk in and apparently had perfect timing. I was sat right away after I picked my color. My tech was so nice and warm. She was gentle while cutting cuticles, but firm on my leg massage which was perfect. The citrus sugar scrub, leg and foot massage and hot towel were perfect. Overall, I was very pleased with my service and my purple toes are just what I wanted. I didn't feel rushed and it was nice having the place to myself. As soon as my pedicure was over, four people walked in. Timing is everything. After tax my pedicure was 37. I think that is a great price for this service.
