Lisa was professional and friendly, and over the course of the hour we switched between comfortable silence and small talk without any awkwardness. The room had soft music and a pleasant aroma, with hints of the barbecue from the next door patio. For me, that's a free bonus. I've never been to a fancy massage parlor, so I don't know if there are "right" or "wrong" ways to do a Swedish massage.
