Working on the computer all day has a way of tightening my right shoulder (mouse). She worked on my shoulder thoroughly. The communication was perfect to understand what she was doing. I came in and had no idea what to expect, and I'm happy with the result. Lisa was professional and friendly, and over the course of the hour we switched between comfortable silence and small talk without any awkwardness. The room had soft music and a pleasant aroma, with hints of the barbecue from the next door patio. For me, that's a free bonus. I've never been to a fancy massage parlor, so I don't know if there are "right" or "wrong" ways to do a Swedish massage. But I came out feeling comfortable and relaxed, and the price point ($59 for an hour) was a good deal for the value. I expect I'll set up a recurring appointment once a month or so. read more
