The massage was way, way too much pressure and when I asked for less pressure I was told "no pain no gain" as the therapist chuckled lightly. I tried to push through the discomfort but it was a huge mistake and in hindsight I should have walked out. Another big issue I had is that I specifically told the front desk person and the massage therapist I needed most attention on the right side of my neck. Yet over the course of a ninety minute massage, my neck was only dealt with for the final ten minutes, so besides my back and knee hurting really bad for the past two days, my neck pain has seen no improvement at all.
