3.5 stars. I booked here expecting a Thai massage but as soon as I arrived I realized it had changed. There's no longer A combo massage option I'm the therapists have changed. I don't mind that the lady wanted payment up front. But there isn't the usual consultation up front and communication is a bit harder. The back/shoulder massage is the highlight. The therapist got some tension out of my shoulders. Everything else is a sideshow . The leg massage is Not worth mentioning. The head massage also not why you come here. read more

Weird vibe. I used to come here all the time before it changed locations--it used to be in the corner of the mini-mall. It seems to have downsized --probably an effect of the pandemic, but also the overall feel of the business has changed drastically. There is no receptionist to greet you when you come in. They ask for payment up front. An electronic voice greeting goes off TWICE every time the door is opened, which you can hear from the massage room EVERY TIME. The same four minutes of music playing on repeat was honestly a little distracting/annoying. Weird fluorescent lighting in the massage room doesn't help. Overall, I really wanted to overlook all this stuff and just enjoy the massage, but it was not a relaxing experience. My masseuse seemed nice but spent most of the time on my back when I specifically asked her to focus on my legs. I realize how whiny and privileged this sounds, but it was so disappointing and felt like a waste of money. Do yourself a favor and just go to Yolo instead. read more

First time I came was with Moon she was amazing. This time was Leona and she is amazing. But the front desk was VERY VERY RUDE. she asked me for upfront cash and I only had $10 left out of $100 which I asked her to keep for tips she asked me to leave more tips to the girl since I'll do 90mins. You can't tell me how much to tip and you can't ask me to tip BEFORE I even get the SERVICE I didn't have any cash she was very impolite and didn't give me slippers. When I asked for one she ignored me then I walked to the room bare foot and when I asked one more time she gave me THIS used dirty slippers so I chose to walk bare feet. NOT THE SAME STAFF OR OWNERS from a few years ago. I used to go here all the time and the staff was great. I made an appointment asking for previous massage therapists (Jen or Wally) but the person on the phone said they weren't there anymore. I booked with whoever was available, which was Jessica. When she was applying hard pressure ON MY SPINE I knew it was bad. I asked her to avoid my spine. She just did the same circular massages that were totally elementary and didn't take her time. It was rushed even though I had a whole hour. She also left the room when the phone rang since there is no longer a receptionist. Then to add insult to injury, after my hour was done (and I was still tight and sore) I was walking to the front, she stopped me in the back area, to give her tip, standing in my way, which was super weird and aggressive. I handed her $20 (which is over 20%) and she proceeded to tell me she only makes tips and to please tip more. I mentioned I always tipped Jen and Wally 20% everytime and she said they aren't there anymore in a snarky tone. I left and I'll never go back. Bummer because the previous staff was great. read more

Nancy is amazing! Had my first Thai massage ever here and I'll come back next time I'm in LA. The massage was very therapeutic and I felt so much better afterwards. We had an appt and the guy at the front desk was very efficient, checked us in, we sat for maybe less than 5 minutes and then we were ushered in. First time I had Jessica. She was pretty good but was weird about constantly stopping and saying she didn't have time for a full hour. I decided to come back and experience a full hour. She wasn't there. I got summer. Immediately she didn't allow any relaxing. She turned on her cell phone music and started singing out loud same song on repeat for the whole thing. She constantly stopped never massaged anything for more than 1 seconds and would stop and press other things painfully. 1/10 experience. Jessica was T front desk and I immediately said I would ask for her next time. She asked if it was good and I was honest about not feeling relaxed and the fact she only touched me for 46 mins. Worse service and massage I ever had. I had to call when I was ready, as I was left in the room for so long. Hardly any oil was used. I asked for deep tissue, but gota rub instead. The masseuse left twice to do other things, which was really disruptive, which ultimatley caused me to leave, 40 minutes, into my 60 minute massage. They also have you pay up front. My therapist (Woody) gave me the best 1 hour deep tissue massage I've ever had - no exaggeration - it was completely outstanding. I had booked a super fancy and expensive prenatal massage that I was really looking forward to, and they canceled me last minute. I called around because I really NEEDED massage and I had already set the time for it. Delight could take me immediately (it was 10am on a Saturday morning) and was nearby. The place was very typical of tiny shopping mall massage parlours. I had no trouble finding it or parking bc it was still early, but there were loud generators outside. I didn't mind too much, I'm sure its not what they would want either, but just a solution of convenience. They welcomed me right away, the place inside was very clean and quiet. This was my first prenatal massage (I'm 26 weeks), but I've had many massages before. The therapist was very gentle and sweet and I felt very comfortable in her hands. The massage itself was wonderful, she got all of the spots I had asked for and made me feel really great. It was half the price of the original massage I had booked and I can't imagine I would have felt much better than I did afterwards. I will definitely be coming back! read more

There is a small parking lot for this plaza, but I recommend parking on the side street next to the plaza (Silver Lake Blvd). The intersection gets very backed up making it difficult to get out of the plaza lot. The plaza itself is very inconspicuous, so i was delightfully surprised when I walked into this spa! It is very clean and modern. There are individual massage rooms, but rather than a door they have curtains. Therefore, I could hear some of the employees outside or the other clients as they walked back. It wasn't a big deal though; Especially since a 1-hour combo massage was only $40 (cash). My masseuse, Jean, asked where I wanted her to focus. I told her my shoulders since I have a shoulder injury. She definitely listened and worked out my neck and shoulders. It hurt in a good way. I left with much less soreness, and days later my pain was almost completely gone. I'll definitely be treating myself to a massage here every few months. I think I'll do Swedish next time rather than the combo, since I don't love the part where they walk on my back. read more

This day spa is definitely one of the better ones in the area. I've been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. It's very clean and quiet and I love Leona. She's a healer as far as I'm concerned. Parking and congestion can be a bear since the 365 moved in but I always park on a side street and walk the few steps to the spa. I have nothing but good feelings about this place and I hope that the addition of Yolo Foot spa, which is also very good but different, has not hurt their business. read more

I found this place from yelp rave reviews and I was so grateful- having thrown out my back on the long plane ride from DC to LA. I was hobbling in and then floated out.
