Regrettably, I find myself leaving a poor review despite having prior pleasant experiences at Good Hands. Today was my birthday. Yes. My birthday. I called a week ago to schedule 3 massages for me and my 2 friends. We drove separately and arrived at 10:30am only to be told no one was available. After checking their appointment book/call log they confirmed and I was simply told, "Sorry. Our mistake. Sorry." I didn't give the lady a hard time so I left. Outside, I walked away crying. Getting a massage was the only thing I wanted for my birthday. My friends and I all separately drove about 30 minutes to get here and spent another 15 minutes trying to find parking. PARKING IS STILL A HORRIBLE ISSUE - and perhaps the biggest issue. The area looks like a giant swap meet outside and got very sketchy. I was hesitant to leave this review but upon reflecting, I think that as a business, forgetting an appointment is unprofessional. The other disappointment was being told sorry very insincerely. I am not exaggerating but I felt like the lady didn't care. She didn't bother to offer a solution, etc. For every good experience, a customer will tell 3 people. For every bad experience, a customer will tell 9 people. I hope this is a lesson learned for Good Hands. Personally, I will never return here. read more

As you can already see on my 2 star, we came out that place with added frustration on top of our as is pain. I really hate giving negative review usually I dont review at all if I have a bad experience. Since it impacts the small businesses. But Im not giving 1 star as I hope the owner can read this review and hopefully make some changes. We went for 60 minute leg massage but we got 35 minute of lotion and oil on our legs with 2/10 scale massage. 2/10 is basically you touching yourself if something got in your skins. Rubbing it off... rest 15 minute is revisiting places they missed.. considering $50/hr labor thats easy way to make money.. to the owner I understand your workers have to massage people all day and it can be difficult labor... but to someone thats in pain that cant spend that much money way to relief is to visit your massage shop to get some relief but getting 60 minute of your massage is basically waste of valuable money and time .. be more diligent to people paying money for services.
