Poor quality chinese food, cold rice, dry old egg rolls. The sweet and sour chicken was unflavored and underseasoned. The rice temp was, like if it was out of the fridge. The rice was replaced after we complained, but the replacement while warm, was mushi and unnapetizing. The eggs roll were disgusting, we could not eat them. Great start for a part of town that had no star choose for Chinese cuisine. The delivery was free within 5miles and only $5 after 5miles. The food was packaged appropriately and the entire order was correct. The food was still piping hot when it arrived. The meat dumplings were delicious and Szechuan Chicken had good flavor but could have used a bit more spice. Their online ordering website menufy was fast and super easy to use. This is going to be a great Chinese restaurant moving forward. I would recommend this new and upcoming local establishment over anything around our horizon area. read more

Typical American Chinese dishes that wasn't that good. Come on EL Paso I know there is better food somewhere here.

I am someone who loves supporting local and I have enjoyed the food here before but this last experience was just so ridiculous. I placed an order just after 7pm for delivery. I was told it was be 15 minutes. I waited until about 7:50 to call and ask where my food was, this just seemed like a long time based on previous experience and what I'd been told. The same girl answered the phone and claimed they "lost" my address and had no way to call me. This just seems weird because that is literally the first thing they ask for when you order and she did confirm my address with the initial order. I confirmed my address again and she claimed my food was already on the way. I waited another half hour. At this point it is past the closing time so I figure I'm not getting my food. I am so hungry because I've been waiting so long. I went to get take out somewhere else. I got home and ate that food. At 9:30pm (!) Now 2.5 hours after I initially ordered someone shows up at my house with food. I refused this food and am just in so much shock that this happened this way. I can no longer recommend this restaurant. read more

I placed an order of vegetable noodle soup with fried tofu and they gave my fried won tons, I also ordered shrimp and chicken chow mein and there were no noodles in there. I called to let them know and they said they do not put noodles in the chow mein (what!?!?). They did give me new orders of fried tofu and noodles for the chow meins. I now know how to order the food I will give them another try read more

I hate this place so much its so bad The food was absolute disgusting. It gave me very bad stomach ache, The meat was squishy some of the meat was raw and other parts burnt. The orange chicken is just stiiting on top of a trash can and the bathroom is so dirty. the service is fine but the place in general is really disgusting and dirty. The soup was really sour and its not supposed to be. I 100% do not recommend this place whatsoever Also we got 4 plates of food and it was 80 dollars. They over charged us by a lot because 4 plates is 8 dollars each and we payed 80 dollars. Please do not go here. read more

Good prices. Food served within 15 minutes. The amount of light coming in from the sun through their glass walls takes away from the experience. They try to make sure you have everything you need because it's rare that they come back. It would be nice to have some music playing in line with the cuisine, which is Chinese. The white rice needed more water, it seemed dry and needed to be softer. The shrimp and chicken were good, the pork could have been more moist and not so dry. This was the most racist experience my family has ever had at any restaurant in El Paso. Placed an order and at the time no one else was ordering food, I was told 20 minutes. During the hour long wait for my order I witnessed several mexican people being served and eating and taking their carry out orders with them while my food came out last. Chinese on a Tuesday night? Yes! Once again on the hunt to try all the spots in my new city and I remember passing this spot and making a mental note to stop. It's got the typical Chinese menu that most have. We were greeted by a very friendly eager waitress. The place is bright and clean. I was in the mood for Orange chicken. Quick meal and Quick service are always a plus and this one got that down. The meal comes with soup I got the hot and sour soup and it was definitely hot (temperature) and so so good. I got it with a side of fried rice which was ok the entree was on point! Fresh hot and yummy! Great taste and spiced just right. The breading was perfect and the chunks of chicken were big and juicy. They serve enough for leftovers which I had and enjoyed the 2nd time around. The waitress she's new and she'll get the hang of customer service she was fun and funny. I'll definitely return I want to try more and love that everything is fresh and hot that always makes meals so much better. read more

This restaurant used to be a good place to eat Chinese food. I decided to put an order online and ordered ShrimpI LoMain and Combo noodle soup. The Shrimp LoMain (shrimp with noodles only) was super watery, it leaked from box container, noodles over cooked felt like I was eating overcooked spaghetti with NO flavor at all. Soup had vegetables undercooked. I paid more than before and more than any other Chinese food place around the area. I guess the cook that used to work there since the beginning years is no longer there. Definitely not the same anymore! read more

Poor food quality and difficult to get in touch with management. We ordered for delivery and were told 45-60 mins. Over an hour later we had to call to find out what the holdup was, only to be told a whole steamed fish entree we ordered wasn't even made yet, the fish hadn't even been gutted and cleaned yet. We were told it would be another hour if we still wanted it so we decided to cancel that item so we could get at least some hot food soon. The food we did receive was pretty terrible. The shrimp egg foo young had pieces of shrimp shell in it and was missing a side of fried rice. The almond chicken was mostly almonds and chestnuts with just 2 small bites of chicken. Same with the shrimp in lobster sauce, a couple shrimp and a ton of chestnuts. The combination lo mein was so overcooked the noodles were mush. When we called back to talk to the manager we were told they weren't in but that they would call us. A half hour later and the same girl that took our order called us, saying the manager would not be calling us but we could come in three days from now to see about a refund, I guess the manager is rarely in! We asked multiple times if the manager could call us but apparently they're not willing to reach out to their customers. They couldn't even tell us what time the manager will be in that day! I'll have no choice but to make time to go there in a few days and hope the manager is actually around to issue a refund! And that'll be the last time we have anything to do with this place! read more
