This Y had better reviews vs the other Y in the area so I came here on my national pass. Day 1 it took a non exaggerated 20 min to get into their system. I was told that would be it. Next day I was told I didn't have a membership, while I just visited their facility and 2 others in the last 3 weeks. Lillian couldn't have been more rude like it was making her day to be a jerk to us. Both days I dropped my daughter off at the family zone the welcome was weird. During my 2 days there I would check on her frequently. The facilities are ok but compared to the other Y in the area I would say if you are on a national pass and traveling, choose the other facility. They are better facilities, way more welcoming and no giving crap. Just scanned in and welcomed....

She has personally helped me, and my son Christopher many times. Her knowledge of the facility and navigating through clients issues is really great. I admire the way Morgan helps my special needs son, she speaks to him in a polite manner. In fact she talks to all the clients in a respectful way. I love all the activities that the YMCA had to offer. The gym is always clean, and all the restrooms are the same. I am so happy that I am a part of this family. Hopefully this will help the owner train their managers in customer service. I registered and paid for our team over a month ago and have been trying to contact ​t​he organization for the past two weeks. Despite leaving multiple messages, I did not receive a call back from anyone. Finally, on Monday, I spoke with a staff member ​(who was there working during spring break only) who said she could not assist me directly but would pass along my information for a return call. When I still had not heard back after two days, I called again today. I was informed that the spring schedule was already underway. I clarified that the schedule was supposed to begin this weekend and provided my name. The representative then saw my message and explained that there were not enough teams signed up in the 2017 division. Had I been informed of this sooner, I would have requested that our team be placed in the 2016 division or asked for a refund to explore other options. I spoke with Isahia, the manager, who was very apologetic but stated that he could not resolve the issue. As of now, I have not heard from ​the Director Daniel. Now I get the pleasure of telling 12 sets of parents that there will be no league for the boys this spring.

For the absurd amount of money I had to pay for my young son to play in his flag football league in this facility... I have a right to expect WAYYYY more than what was received. They opened super premature!! All the fans/parents have basically been sitting on the floor or bringing our own chairs. They currently have a "one parent per player" policy which leaves all other relatives and spectators waiting for them to get their camera system up an running... a promised amenity that I'm not holding my breathe for. As far as the poor design... all the "stands" enter and exit all into one area at the entrance exit so anytime a game is letting out its complete chaos. In the middle of this poorly designed chaos... the staff is either ignorant or belligerent. Today I saw one of the "staff" people named "Christian" (who's mom apparently runs the place) yell at a coach for opening a door to help keep his players safe. Apparently Christian was in charge of opening the door and was not happy that someone overstepped his authority. He was so passive aggressive in yelling at the coach. I was embarrassed for him and upset that he didn't see that the coach was looking out for the safety of the young boys. Overall... save your money and go find another place to play... or rather... don't play at all and put your money in the garbage... it would be a better investment. I will never have any of my kids associated with any league that chooses to play here again. Such a waste of money.

He allows HIS players to play that do not even "officially" have a player's card and 2 of his players have the same "91" number. His team "Beast Mode" ambushed us the parking lot after the game (with children present) after we forfeited the game. The reason was because a lot of our players where getting hurt. The men from Andres Molina's team used very vulgar language and purposely hurt 2 girls on our team. If a representative such as, Andres Molina's represents Glasa in such manner and can't even control his own team while he is present, I can only imagine what else he gets away with. Please do yourself a favor and be prepared to have a one sided game and have multiple teammates physically injured and be ambushed in the parking lot afterwards.

Rec teams have to play older, club(select) teams. There are actually games that are 25-0 but they stop keeping score at 10. The refs don't know the rules for the age group they are umping because they move them around so much. Again, I cannot stress this enough. They care about the money and nothing else. Also, there are bolts and nuts exposed so keep and eye on your toddlers. This place is not kid friendly.

The building is extremely hot. The parents have no where to sit. The refs are kids who either call too much or nothing at all. The schedule is never published timely. The "house team" is all club level select players that will beat your team 30-0 and not care they are running up the score. The age groups are what ever team the owner can get to show up that day. Our kids are young rec players and we had to play club players 3-4 years older than our kids. Piss poor management. The owner is trying to create a cash cow badge program but has 0 sense on how to run a business. I have seen several kids go to his "club team" and over a few years have not developed at all. If you have extremely low expectations of value you will be let down by the experience of this place. Go to stampede as they have people working there that understand owning a business and developing youth soccer players.
