Don't waste your money coming here. I had brought my iPhone 11 here to get my screen replaced. I had later came back to get my phone and noticed my front camera wasn't working. I had asked the worker why my camera wasn't working and he said it would cost $80 to fix it but "for me" it would be $60. Rip off. Phone cracked from the inside within 10 days after I had it fixed here. The receipt clearly states 30 day warranty. I brought the phone back with the receipt and he dismissed me. This place is legit. I had taken my phone to Staples to be repair my damaged screen. Staples not only couldn't repair my phone, they actually caused my damage to my phone including the reverse camera. The length of time was 6 hours. Speed Repair replaced and repaired my phone under 30 mins. Wow !!!!! Super excited. Ask for Sal Sal took care of me again. *REVIEW FOR RANCHO KIOSK* If I could give zero stars I would. I was helped by Jay the General Manager and his customer service was terrible. I had my iPhone 6 serviced there and was told the $150 repair came with a 2yr warranty. Not even a week later my phone screen stops working so I bring it back to Jay and he tells me he will not fix my phone and even accuses me of breaking it. Why would a company offer a 2yr warranty if they won't oblige it? It was not even a week and I had the receipt. Do not bring your phone to get fixed by these crooks. My rating for this place is actually 3 stars.. because it's a gamble depending on who fixes your phone. However, I'm going with 4 stars in order to be fair to the good service I've had there on occasion. I've been a customer a number of times now and it's generally good service but this last repair really screwed me. (Had to reset my phone due to a faulty repair on my screen for my iPhone which completely disabled it so I lost 95% of my data including most pics of my newborn) My 3 stars is for the overall experience of my multiple visits. 5 stars for AJ.. he did the final repair and actually fixed my phone. Today just reassured me that when anything goes wrong with my phone I will go to my provider. I paid $65 for my nephews screen to be fixed yesterday. The man working assured me that for 30 days we were under warranty. Today I went back due to the screen ready with a crack and peeling off. When I approached the kiosk he seemed to be preoccupied with his own cell phone and his friendly conversations. He explained that the particular damage to my phone wasn't covered. It has been one day. The phone cracked in my purse. What kind of company has this type of customer service? $65 later & my screen is not only cracked there is a lag now too! Stay far away from this kiosk in chino hills shoppes! The employee was more concerned with his own cell phone and his conversations than the business hes working for. No thanks! Love this place ! I work at the European wax center in front of the speed repair Khios and always seemed to walk by it even though my phone screen has been broken. Thinking they were gonna be expensive I've never gave them a try until today which I am so happy I did ! Sam helped me out , which he was friendly and straight to the point , he fixed my phone in 30 minutes and had it done right before I needed to take my lunch so that also made me super happy on top of the DISCOUNT they gave me for working in the shops. Updated: so, I cracked my screen again. Because Zach was able to fix my problems last time I figured I would give them another shot. Bad idea. Screen wasn't flush and was lifting before I even paid. I was told frame is bent. I know frame isn't bent. I called Zach. He said he would let me know when I could meet him at another location for him to look at it. No call back. I messaged him on Yelp. Two stars for the repair on a cracked screen on an iPad mini. This place lost three stars for the customer service. The employee appeared to be bothered by us. Even though he wasn't doing anything and there were no customers there, he seemed annoyed that we were asking him if he could repair the ipad and was reluctant to do so. I would be very careful using this Guy and company at the shoppes in Chino Hills. We had a phone screen repaired, when we got home we noticed the LCD had spots in it where the color was bleeding, a corner of the glass was also not installed properly. I spoke with them 2 or 3 different times over the past week and was told it would be repaired at no additional cost. After showing up to an empty booth 2 separate times it was finally back open. I was then told that the phone had been dropped and that he would not replace the glass as I was told. Just be careful. It was poorly installed and defective. Unfortunately, I should have known better and gone to one of the other repair shops that I know and trust. read more

Took it back bc warranty & he kept saying i dropped it. We have gotten phones fixed here before & we have dropped them & that didn't happen. They do a great job and stand behind their warranty. Service was fast and professional. My repair was a cracked screen on an iPhone 6s. For anyone worried about losing their photos during a repair like another review mentioned, before you take a phone in you should have your pictures backed up just in case. You should anyway in case you lose your phone. Use the free Google photos app too back up your pictures. I'll use speed repair again if any of our phones get dropped. read more

My dad had gotten my phone repaired in the Montclair Mall location after I had cracked the screen and they fixed it for $100, which was decent enough for the damage done. However, I noticed the glue came loose and the screen cracked again soon after and I returned here to have it repaired again. The man said he'd fix it for 70. If they were the ones who did a horrible job in the first place, they should not charge such an outrageous price for returning customers. Update-- went back Sunday and they honored the 30 day warranty and replaced the screen. After it was installed and he was getting ready to give me back my phone, he noticed that the new screen was defective as well and had to replace it, with much apologies. There is no doubt that they are nice; just be weary of what you're getting when you replace a "cracked screen." It's likely the same at every screen replacement place but this was my experience at this one. ******* While convenient and cheaper than a repair at the Apple Store, the parts they use seem to not be the best quality, costing me more than a trip to the Apple Store over multiple replacements. I had cracked my screen on my iPhone but it wasn't causing any issues with the lcd screen at all. After peer pressure to replace it (my fault I gave in) I took the phone to have the screen replaced at the chino hills location for $86. Within 61 days, the screen was lifting and the lcd screen had digital blue lines down it. When I took it back to ask for a replacement they said it was my fault that the lcd screen was damaged and that the lifting did not contribute to it. They offered to fix it again for $60 and I reluctantly agreed. Now, 18 days later, the lcd screen is all ghosty and periodically has the blue lines down it again. I am planning to go back on Monday to replace again. The reason that I'm leaving a review is to warn others of what it took me $146+ dollars (not including the tempered glass screen protectors I repurchased elsewhere each time) is that they aren't just replacing the glass; they're replacing the glass and lcd screen each time. I know my ignorance is to blame, but I never had issues with the original lcd screen before getting it replaced at this mall booth. I would have been better off with Apple genuine repair and cost about the same. I'll update after talking with the guy at the booth again Monday. read more

I had my iPhone 6 repaired here, my screen and home button didn't work I payed about $160. The finger print on my home button doesn't work.I was never told it wouldn't work. Screen started to crack in less then a week with out dropping my phone. I think the material used was really cheap. Right in front of me was another upset customer complaining about the same thing and he clearly did not care or try and offer a solution to fixing the problem. this review is specifically for the rancho cucamonga kiosk located in victoria gardens by the yard house restaurant. took my iphone 6s for repair due to a cracked screen. i was quoted the price of $105 (with a $5 discount) which came out to $113 after taxes. first off, they do not mention to you that the screen they use is aftermarket and that it is of poor quality and condition. i had to find this out for myself when i examined the phone after the repair and mentioned that the screen is alot dimmer than usual. the repair was performed on 12/23/2016. right after i picked up my phone i went to the ZAGG kiosk to have a glass screen installed. went home, and soon realized that my phone was acting strangely. i would open up my phone and the screen would start pressing things randomly on its own. sometimes it would get to a point where i couldn't even send a text message or answer a phone call because it would start pressing things randomly. i decided to wait a few days to see if it would get better on its own. it did not. i first thought that maybe this problem could be caused by the ZAGG glass screen that was installed, so i tried lifting the edges to possibly "relieve the tension" on the screen. this did not work. i have also tried removing my otterbox phone case with no success. fast forward 3 days. i bring the phone back to the speed repair in victoria gardens after speaking to the manager on the phone. he explains to me that sometimes the screens are defective. i asked him if he can cover for the warranty replacement of my ZAGG glass screen ($8) due to the fact that i would have to transfer the screen protector from the old screen to the new screen, and it would not be perfect. mind you this would not be happening if it wasn't for their use of poor quality parts or installation procedures. he refused and explained that the screen is the only part that is covered under the warranty. fine. he replaced the screen one more time and that same day (12/26/2016) the screen starts acting up again. at this point i am furious and blaming myself for not spending the extra $20 to get it replaced at apple. i call him the same night and again explain to him the same exact situation that i was in at the first time of service. he tells me he will speak to corporate and to call him back in the morning. got a call back from the "corporate." he was very understanding of my situation and the amount of frustration it has caused me. he offered a full refund and also agreed to pay for the warranty replacement of my ZAGG glass screen protector. he has also given me the option of having the screen replaced again at his chino hills location. apparently i will have to bring the phone back in to have the defective screen reclaimed (they will install a cracked iphone 6s screen sourced from one of their other customers) i will not be having my phone repaired by his business ever again. for the price of $113, compared to the Apples $129, it just makes sense to go with the factory replacement; especially given the fact that the aftermarket screen is very dim and not as vivid, and also because the 2 that i've had within the past 5 days have been defective. would NOT recommend ever visiting this place, unless you want to save $10-20 bucks but would be ok with having to deal with the frustration of going back and forth to make sure your repair is done properly. i would have not relied on this place if i had read the reviews on yelp prior to visiting. in the end, i would have saved more money by just going with Apple in the first place. the amount of time and gas spent traveling to the location over and over, along with the emotional consequences of relying on a third party repair facility was just not worth it. in the end they were able to FINALLY provide me with a working screen. read more

Finally broke down and fixed my cracked iPhone 6 screen. I had been putting off the repair because the cost to replace both the glass and LCD didn't seem worth shelling out $150+. On a whim, I passed by the Speed Repair kiosk and asked how much the repair would be. Sal the repair guy was friendly and gave me a good price, just over $100- the best deal I've come across in the area and better and more convenient than the Apple Store. The phone screen is fixed and clear and comes with a screen protector- the repair only took about 15 minutes. I'm a happy customer! read more

This place is amazing! Ali is a magician! My phone fell off of a Six Flags ride and was so dented that the top screen would not connect with the bottom metal part of the phone. It worked but there was a gaping whole for all sorts of dirt and dust to go inside the motherboard. I took it to Ali at Speed Repair and it took him under 10 mins to completely fix it!
