Sam was absolutely amazing. I brought in my husband's iPhone 14 Pro Max the day after Labor Day after it got wet in the pool. He did everything possible to try to save it, but unfortunately it was too far gone--especially after I had already tried fixing it myself. Even so, Sam was able to get it working enough to sell it on consignment for me, and he got a much better price than I ever could have on my own. I also brought in my mom's old iPhone 12 with a badly damaged screen. Sam repaired it and then sold that one on consignment as well--again for more money than I expected. Went in to get my charger port change on my iPhone , to start off with I was overcharged from the price he told me on the phone. Long story short my charging port is still broke they never put a new one in just used the old one that was already in there, and proceeded to charge me for a new one.
