I stumbled on this storage facility by accident. (Thought i was calling a competitor). Am i glad i ended up here. The facility is newly built and very clean. Access and exit is a breeze and driveways are big enough for moving trucks to pass each other without problems. And like any business, customer service is the reason we choose who we do. MARY is awesome and why i pulled the trigger on this location. When i arrived in the am, she was sanitizing +1. Gave me the quick tour and found a great spot in the complex. She breezed me through the paperwork in no time at all while answering phones. Its nice to see that she is as nice with other callers / tenants as she was with me +1. I must share that manager Mary at Chino Storage is by far the absolute BEST manager at a storage facility I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. As I entered the office, I immediately noticed how very clean, fresh smelling, neat, and organized she kept her office. I'm a housekeeper by trade, and I make note of such things. This facility is brand new very clean and in a nice area. It is around a lot of other industrial buildings and very conveniently accessible off of Euclid. If you haven't worked with Mary, you should give it a try because she is awesome. This place is very clean and very secure with dozens of cameras and pin code to get in and out. Mary the manager is very professional and they've adapted to Covid with logical health protocols like mask wearing etc...I would highly recommend this place, plus you get half off the first two months.
