I would not recommend this place. They get you in with a cheap rate and with all the extra fees plus a rate increase every 3 to 6 months your unit pretty much doubles in price. With the way the economy is they don't work with you. I would go with that more honest storage facility. I tried to stay at flat rate, but they won't work with me. I've had 3 increases and the site manager won't even work with me. I'm paying above market rate by 80 bucks. I guess I'll have to move out. It's crazy. They'd rather just lose a customer than work with them. i'm just asking for no more increases. Just leaving a review to give everybody a heads up of my experience of this place. read more

Well, my husband and I went in person and spoke to the Mgr. Roy. He seemed nice, as he showed us what we were looking for, 10X15 with the price of $159.00/monthly. We asked if they will raise the price and when? He said yes, in 6months, but don't worry, if you get something just bring it to me and I will help you out. So we moved in September 20,2024. We noticed, when moving he had no patience with us. Remember, both of us have jobs, we get off at 5pm, and place closes at 7pm. We had to pick up stuff from previous storage and then move it to new storage. Mgr. Roy drove his car and was waiting near our storage and telling us he needed to leave. Well, we moved in and that was it. Then came December 16,2024 before Christmas when we received a letter saying- our New Monthly is $180.00 starting January 20,2025. We of course called our Mgr.Roy. We told him it's only been 3months, if he can help us and guess what? He said it's out of his hands, the main office is the one who does this. We were so mad, but what could we do? Decided to move out and look for another storage. OMG! I guess god was helping us, we found a storage that was 1/2 off for 6months. Nicer, cleaner, newer place. They even had coffee! They even gave us our own lock/no charge. My husband and I went in person to tell Mgr.Roy we are leaving. He said nothing until he found out that my job is reviewing and reporting things that are good or bad in the area. So of course now he wants to help us, he said he will call the main office and they did call us. They did, but they kept putting us on hold and saying they will call us later, never did. But it was ok, we already found something much better. So, I'm writing this review because, IF you do decide to use this Storage- get it in writing that your price is not going up until 6months. Not 4month, like us. The Storage unit was dirty when we saw it so I told them to clean it. We needed to get our own lock. The door is old and hard to open, they are rusty. Mgr. Roy is ALWAYS looking at you especially after 7pm if you're not out and will be in his car watching you close by. Down the street at American Mini Storage (2nd street in Norco) a 10x30 is $289. We pay the same for a 10x20. We're switching companies! Don't waste your time here! When we asked for the employee's name on the phone, he wouldn't give it to us and when we asked to speak to the manager, he put us on hold, then hung up on us. We first signed on with them following an Internet search, best price available by a couple dollars, BIG MISTAKE. After a month or two, and for several months thereafter, they JACK UP THE MONTHLY RENT until you are within the the normal expensive range for that particular service. NOW, IN A TIME OF GERM WARFARE (COVID-19), when brought to their attention that we are out of werk with zero income and cannot meet any of our financial obligations, their response, in a manner of speaking ... PAY YOUR BILL OR GET YOUR SHIT OUTTA HERE. We, like so many others store things in storage because the items have value to us and we have no other options. They have left us no other option than to pay as we have nowhere else to put this stuff, it holds tremendous sentimental value. Yes, we are aware of the storage auction process, seen Storage Wars on TV, been to auctions ourselves. On a side note, Storage Auctions are run by big businesses attending where all the business buyers bid on and get what they want, the little guy doesn't have a snowballs chance in hell anymore at these events. These guys run around with well over ten thousand dollars in their pockets as won auctions have to be paid for in fun, in cash. Every group, organization and business is forgiving or delaying rents, mortgages and monthly bills during this very horrific time of war, you folks need to take a second look at how you're treating your clientele at this time and do what you can to help other human beings weather this storm, which is going to persevere for Months. Those looking to store with these people or any other storage facility, if you're getting a great deal, don't expect the honeymoon to last long at all, ain't nuttin but a COME ON. Do not dismiss what reviewers are saying; they in fact increase the rent every couple of months without notice. Started out a year and a half ago below $80 and is now $127. I called like a new customer and same unit is now $75. How is this? When inquiring about the increases they lowered it to the "previous amount" of $118 for a few months but checked our account again and what do you know...back to $127. Would love to hear their increase policies but can't get them to hand any over. Beware and ask up front. -Update- I stand corrected on the costs. Apparently we started at $94 + $15 insurance and now pay $113 + $14 insurance for a total of $127. Still not sure how a storage facility equates to hotels, apartments and airlines; what costs increased for existing tenants that doesn't apply to new tenants? Either way just check the increase policies before you move all of your stuff in and feel stuck. read more

Booked my storage unit online and went in to sign paperwork a couple minutes later. Everything was explained to me and the staff was very helpful. The only gripe I have is that it advertises that there's a truck available to use. I asked on the phone about it and the gentleman told me it was not available until Tuesday. Jason is professional and and goes out of his way to answer any questions you may have about the facility, storing your belongings, security, etc. Also met Leah, the manager, who is just as nice as Jason. We got a great rate and it's month-to-month, so there are no long-term contacts.
