4-14-18 12:30 pm We were on a road trip covered in highway dirt and bugs on our way to visit friends who live in a nice area near a country club. We really didn't want to arrive covered in bugs! Reviews here were awful but we needed a wash. SO GLAD WE CAME. It has obviously changed and ALL FOR THE BETTER! Yes it is SATURDAY so maybe this is only on weekends but THERE WAS AN ATTENDANT who did a great pre scrub on the bugs. Then the touch-less wash bay worked perfectly. We exited thru the dryer and guess what...TWO attendants on duty with rags to give a better dry down. We chose the Top Dog $10 wash with wax. THIS IS A DRIVE THRU AUTOMATIC CAR WASH so you stay inside your car. Only the exterior is washed. PERFECT IF YOU ARE ON A ROAD TRIP. They do have vacuums if you like. Perfect for our needs. Went through the automated wash and got the 12 dollar wash that included a sealer. I tipped the guy before I went into the wash. When I was in line I noticed the attendant rinsed and brushed the cars ahead of me. He did not brush mine. Well went into wash and when I came out the other side it was like it hadn't been washed. The wiper marks were vivid where I had used them prior to wash. Looked just plain dirty. So I paid to have the sealer lock in all the dirt on my truck. Attendant on the dry side made matters worse by smearing the remaining dirt in a pathetic attempt to dry truck with a wet towel. read more

First time using this place for the convenience and also the last time. 3 dollars only gets you 4 minutes, that is barely enough time to prewash and then foam brush it, then you add another dollar to add more time to do a DECENT JOB, timer is beeping again, add another dollar to rinse ALL that soap off. Forget about trying any fancy wax too, you'll need to add another 4 dollars to get the time to handle that. Bummer. A dollar to get a drying towel from the vending machine, okay... I put my quarters in, punch in B3 and NOTHING, push B3, nothing again. Thanks for that. Kind of pissed about it. A dollar to vacuum, okay. Put quarters in...nothing starts, ugh, not again! At least this machine gave me my money back! But I had to get in my car and pull over to a different vacuum. Hassle. Luckily that one worked. So I spent 8.50 total on a sub par wash and vacuum that I had to do myself. Plus, I got ripped off for one of my dollars. For that price (almost) I can have someone else do it and have me NOT be rushed and sweating, like I am on some game show. Will not return. I have been using the car wash for the last 4 years, and yes it was not perfect, but always came out with a very clean vehicle. Plus, did not have to spend a fortune. However, I went yesterday afternoon 02/22 and had my car washed. Used the automated wash, it is horrible. Paid the 7.00 as always, and my vehicle looks worse than before the wash. The next day, after feeling disgusted went to talk with the manager, and was told if I wanted to get my car cleaned pay for a better wash job. Sorry, but I feel the customer service has a lot to be desired. We will not be patronizing their business again. read more

This Auto Spa is under new ownership and I was able to schedule and get a hand wash for my Tahoe. They have upgraded their equipment in the self service bays as well. Glad that we finally have a great place to have our vehicles taken care of. read more

Do not use a debt card to do ur own wash! It says $4 but it's actually $12 minimum I used it to wash my car and went back again since i didn't blow dry it off and basically was charged 24. Always use cash. The vacuums are 1 dollar cash only good thing about this place read more

Unless you're going to use either if the automatic washes, I would suggest using another wash facility. In the hand wash stalls (I've tried multiple stalls here) the Pre-Soak does NOT work at all. It just sputtered and wasted my money. Not happy.. read more

The brushless automatic carwash is top notch! We love the "Top Dog" wash. All of the different options have cool names like that, I just don't remember what they are called. We have never had to go through more than once as the water jets always do a great job! They even have specials! Look for the a-frame sign by the entrance to see which special they have. I believe they have a Ladies Day special as well as Tuesday Specials. read more

No spot free rinse in the self serve portion the past few times. Waste of time and money. What's the point if there's no spot free? I don't want minerals and scale left on my freshly waxed truck. You should at least leave a note for those of us that care. read more

I'd stick with the brushless car wash stall here and get the top dog selection. For $9 - you get a fairly good wash & spray wax. Take along a good chamois and maybe some paper towels for windows, to perform your own detail work. They do have coin operated vacuum cleaners. There are 2 manual wash stalls available also. read more

This auto spa is ALWAYS having issues. Either a car wash is down, or you wait in a line to get a wash, only to find once you get to the machine it's only accepting cash. ALSO I just attempted to use the auto spa yesterday, and found they RAISED their prices. But, I couldn't use the car wash anyway.... because the machine wouldn't accept my Chino Valley Auto Spa card. Only one bay working...again. Others out of order. Card pymt SAYS it stops charging your card as soon as you are done, but it has charged me $10 every time no matter what. Please fix your bays and your credit card pymt or at least post the truth. "You will be charged the full $10, so you may as well spend that." Thx. Went there today with my car that was filled with dirt from head to toe. I bought the cheapest wash. They came and scrubbed my car down first. Then when the wash was over they went to dry it but told me to pull into a bag and they would spray it off because there was still a lot of dirt and now mud on my car. They didn't charge me for that and dried it off when they were done. Great guys there. read more

Do Not go here for auto wash. Paid 8 dollars for a Top Dog wash and all it did was take the dust off and smeared the dirt all over the vehicle. I had to wash it by hand as soon as I got home. read more

Used this place Memorial Day Weekend 2019 and I was very pleased. My truck got a good cleaning and the guy was really nice and helpful. I just read the reviews and I think the old ones need to fall off because I got great service. Think they might have gotten a new owner who seems to care. read more

This car wash is as bad as it gets. First, the owner has raised the price for the do it yourself from $2 to $ 3.However, the time remained at 4 minutes. That is NOT enough time to self wash a SUV. Anywhere in Nevada, they give you 4 and a half minutes. That is doable. Second, there was no attendant, and the office door was locked as usual. Third, and most annoying, there was about an inch of mud all over the expansive concrete pad that surrounds the bays.I could not help but track in mud when I finished wiping off my vehicle. This is about the most mismanaged business I've ever come across in my 69 years of driving. If the owner gave a damn, he should read his reviews in yelp.I will never take any of my vehicles there again. I have a feeling the business has an absentee owner. Terrible ! read more

The automatic wash is a joke. Doors were still dirty and the windshield looked horrible. I asked to put it through again (as is done at every car wash I ever do business with) and the employee said "that isn't allowed" but cleaned my windshield by hand. He did a wonderful job and I tipped him but I got the feeling he knew the place didn't do a very good job of cleaning vehicles. As stated by other reviewers. Good employees but the management is lacking and doesn't seem to care. Not worth my time or money as other washes in the area do a great job. Skip this one and get a wash in Preskit or PV! read more

I've been a monthly pass customer for almost 2 years and their systems are never working. One of their Hispanic employees is extremely rude and very unprofessional. I'm constantly having to use a mother wash system because theirs is down. read more

I was waiting for the automatic car wash two days ago. I paid while the other customer was in the car wash still. Once the other car left, I found out that my wash had been cancelled. I talked to the employee and he seemed scared of his boss. He wanted proof that I had paid, which wasn't an issue. Once he saw it, he did an override on the system and let me in the car wash. Once the car wash was over, the employee said that his boss told him that I have to pay again, because it timed out and didn't actually charge my card. He said the charge would be gone in 48 hrs. Well 48 hrs later, the charge went from pending to paid. The manager or owner (guy with a white dodge) just lied straight to my face and berated his employee in front of me. He tried to make me feel bad and tried to charge me twice for a car wash. I will never return to this place....the charge is still on my card and the boss doesn't know the meaning of customer service. I figured that since I was a Veteran and so was he, he would at least treat me with a little respect, but he most definitely didn't....horrible service from the mgr/owner but great service from the worker.. I feel real bad for the worker and hope he finds a decent job elsewhere.... read more
