We had been communicating about the RV, and he knew I was driving two hours to purchase it with cash in hand. As I was pulling up, he told me he had sold it to someone else. When I confronted him about how disrespectful and unprofessional this was, he became aggressive, rude, and dismissive. There was no accountability and absolutely no consideration for my time or the commitment we had discussed. For the owner of a business to treat a customer this way is completely unacceptable. His word meant nothing, his communication was extremely poor, and I would never do business with someone who conducts business this way.

Erick responded to my text inquiry and came out to look at my front and back yard and provided a reasonable quote for a one-time yard clean up (tree and bush trim, pine needle clean up, etc). When he came back to perform the service he did an excellent job and paid attention to detail when trimming. He accepts Zelle and Venmo. Great communication and friendly service. I wasn't going to respond to your response on Yelp but the fact that it's now been over a month and you still refuse to send me a detailed invoice and the fact Nick decided to immediately text me after my initial review threatening legal action and bringing up my military service which is completely unrelated says all without me saying anything further. I gave your company over a month now to send me an invoice and I would have ignored Nicks unprofessional, unprovoked threats, and belittlement over my military service but I can't look past it any further. Here are screenshots of what he texted me immediately after my first review, something I believe everyone will want to see before doing business with your company. For everyone seeing this I spent many years in the Army and I'm a combat veteran so I'm not sure why Nick decided this was relevant to text me when all I was asking was for an invoice so I know why I was charged such an obscene amount. If the invoice looked correct I would have deleted my initial review and went my way but I know that wouldn't have happened which is exactly why he still refuses to send it, something I'm owed as a consumer. I will be disputing $350 of the $946.49 charged to me and will be contacting the BBB over the unprofessional texts that were very unnecessary and unprofessional. I think they fixed my trucks issue... unfortunately I left the shop and found 2 new issues within 10 miles of headed home. I just woke up and tried my remote start not working? Basically everything they touched is worrying me. This is my daily driver I put probably 90 miles a day on this thing. At the end of the day I should have done my research and walked away as soon as I stepped foot into this place. Not mad at the shop I should take my truck back in a demand they fix the new issues but this would be the third time now and I feel like I will just leave with some slapped on temporary fix again.
