On my next visit, the head pharmacist decided to speak to me about it. Instead of apologizing for my experience he defended his employee and CVS. Not once did he acknowledge my opinion and experience. He told me when he first read it, he figured the customer was "just acting out of anger" until he learned it was me. Get that last point? He initially tried to blow off the survey. Just like he was defending the employee! By the way, he did not even speak to this employee. So far, two strikes. So the lesson to be learned is if you fill out a survey it means nothing to them. The customer is "always wrong"! How things have changed!

I got connected to Chino Care Pharmacy through a new doctor. At first, I was confused because it's no where near my house. Then the pharmacist called me and was so personable and kind. He goes out of his way to make sure I get all of my prescriptions filled even when some are impossible to find (I don't know how he does it)! my old pharmacy never took care of me like that. He also makes me feel like family and so do the other staff members, they call me when my meds are ready or if they need answers to be able to fill it, and they even DELIVER TO MY HOUSE!! it means so much because it's hard for me to drive all the way out there. I hope their business stays strong. I've never been so happy with a pharmacy in my life. I recommend using Chino Care 100%, you wont be disappointed! read more

Great pharmacy! They have been excellent in their care and concern for my health related needs. Fully stocked with the best quality products and services. I have been able to get my prescription filled in a timely manner! They have very good delivery service; calling me to receive my order and it is prompt. Chino Care Pharmacy has even given me covid test kits, without charge. (I cannot say if everyone gets this). I highly recommend them for all your pharmacy needs.
