They had all materials and a dump trailer delivered two days prior so they were ready to go the day of with no delays. Both crews were really nice and they even hauling away some extra garbage I had on the side of the house at no extra cost. Roof replacement is an extremely messy job but their cleanup was incredible! Aside from the gorgeous new roof, there were no indications that work had even been done! My yard was even cleaner than before and they even used a magnet to ensure no nails were hiding in the grass. He set up an appointment straight away and did a full inspection of the roof using a drone. It was great to be able to see the roof from all angles. We had concerns about the decking under the shingles, Austin explained Dynamite's process, so we had no surprises. We wanted to clad the soffits and facia so we wouldn't have to paint as often. Dynamite was able to do it and wow! It looks amazing! Tember was the production manager, her communication was outstanding. She kept us apprised of when the crew would be there and what to expect every step of the way, and she made sure that we got everything that we had asked for. Caesar was the onsite project manager, he checked in to make sure all of our concerns were addressed. He took the time to walk through with us on the cladding to ensure that we got what we wanted. He was thorough and respectful. When the roof was completed the cleanup was impeccable. They even offered to go into the neighbor's yard to pick up any nails or other debris. The work was completed in just over a week, including the roof, the cladding on the soffits and facia and the installation of new rain gutters. They were so good to work with our scheduling needs and did everything they said they would do. Overall, we'd definitely recommend Dynamite Roofing. However a couple…read moremonths later we found a spot that needed a gutter added, because after a rain there was a huge puddle from one of the rooflines dumping all the water where there needed to be a gutter/ downspout. we called them to get it fixed. They told us they were going out of business so they couldn't do it . well, today, a month later I saw them at a neighbors house installing gutters ! Dont trust them, they will lie to you. and if they are willing to lie, who knows what kind of crappy job they do just to get the money. be warned .
