(truck trailer just shy of 60 ft) site was spotless, and well graveled level. Sites on forested side are cut into the hillside, but cut at an angle from the main road that are easy to back in, just using mirrors, no spotter needed. No off air TV reception, had no problem connecting to WiFi, cell reception. Lots of foliage, birds, etc it was our 29th anniversary, the owners where willing to direct/assist with making sure the delivery driver found our sight. (flowers n basket for wife). the only negatives, I would say are minor, and probably more of my personal preference item: * i like to choose my own site not be assigned, that being said i asked for a wooded, isolated sight,, got wooded and in an area we would have to our self for 4 of our 5 nights, and really enjoyed the sight chosen for us. (we try to isolate we have a dog who barks too much). *i don't like having to pay for showers, the hassle of having to have quarters, i feel like at a certain price point it should be included. * i would prefer to have a private changing area, for privacy and to keep an eye on my stuff. ( i know nobody wants my dirty socks and boxers) the shower timers are accurate or slightly generous, water was hot, bathroom was not drafty, and everything was clean. She said if it was disrupting our experience that she would have someone speak to the person. At 530pm, with metal still grinding, I called the front desk. She said that the noise was not loud enough and that the direct neighbors said they were ok with the noise. If I wanted to enjoy the outdoors I could come over to the office and enjoy it there (same distance from metal grinding) and that he would be done. Well, it 600 pm and guess what, he's still sharpening. Won't be back.

Adams are spectacular!! The sites are set up perefectly for privacy and/ or for groups of friends to share space. The park and hiking trails, fishing spot and general beauty are great. This is a nice little park with the emphasis on little. We don't camp or have an RV and come here…read moremostly for the marina. The grounds seem nice enough although finding an empty space could be an issue since it always seems fairly full when we drop by. Found this place totally by accident after pulling off I-84 to use the rest facilities at the nearby Snell park. Arlington is a nice little town out "in the middle of nowhere". The nearest burb is quite some distance away but Arlington has most anything you might want. Gasoline, a couple of restaurants and so on. Five minutes and you can explore the town in it's entirety. We like the marina and have gotten a few good pictures of the various vessels there. You never know when you'll find a new one moored there so it's always fun to swing by. The rail line passes within a few hundred feet of the RV area and trains are frequent. Long freight trains. Passing through railroad crossings with bells and whistles. There's also a lot of BNSF rail maintenance work going on right next to the RV park. I can't imagine that it's all that peaceful there because of this especially at night. But I suppose you get used to anything eventually.

There is overflow dry camping as well that could handle probably another 15 to 20 rigs. Full hook ups or $30 per night. Dry camping is nine dollars per night. Located a short walk to downtown Arlington there is a very nice little park, swimming area, hardware store, grocery store, ice cream shop, and a small health clinic. You are right on I 84 and there are frequent trains, which is the sound of commerce. The RV park/Marina is right next to a very large active green elevator. As we are writing this, it is filling a large barge with grain for parts East. Located right on the Columbia River it's a good representation of this part of the state of Oregon.

Things to keep in mind when considering this location: This RV park is in the middle of nowhere. There is a little mom and pop's grocery store, nothing else. Make sure you have plenty of gas. There is a gas station in Moro, another one in Shankio. It is mostly permanent residents. It appeared as if space 14 was the only space not occupied by permanent residents. A concern I had was the curve just before the RV park. If a car or semi lost control coming around that curve our trailer could be potentially be hit. My a-hole spouse said, it wasn't a concern for him. Lots of highway noises BUT it got quiet a little after midnight. Spaces are grass Parking lot gets muddy. There was a HEAVY rain the night we stayed. Restroom older but clean. Restrooms keep locked but facing on to the highway 97. Dog friendly. No dog area, we walk our dogs back corner of the lot. Would I recommend it? Sure if you need a one night stay.

Absolutely frustrating as could be of a situation and the park rangers and staff never once apologized. Not only did they not apologize but they also didn't compensate us whatsoever when a bunch of our belongings were destroyed due to their sprinkler system. Moral of the story is avoid staying here because the staff isn't considerate even when they ruin your trip. I have seen other reviews of this park that have experienced the same thing, again not sure why they have sprinklers running at 9pm inside your campsite.
