JoAnn was professional and made us really feel like we were in good hands. All our worries were put to rest and she had answers for all of our questions. The location is in the Five Points area, which has many excellent restaurants within walking distance. We also noticed that Milledge Ave. is a popular jogging route for students in the morning. Not into jogging? A pleasant walk among the shade trees is a lovely diversion along the route as well. Parking is adjacent to the building and included. Access to the rooms and building are through an app which is easy to use. We felt like personal guests of the owners, and they ensured that we were satisfied with everything from start to finish. Their location causes some logistical issues you don't have at most faires as there is no parking field. Most people have to park offsite and catch a free shuttle to the bottom of the mountain, then they drive you up to the castle. For those of us in full costume, the shuttle buses do add a level of complication we aren't used to but is definitely worth it If you like the Renaissance faire type events you need to go check this event out.
