We had the seasonal vegetable salad with fennel "pollen" - a beautiful and delicious composed salad. Then we had the zucchini bread with chèvre and strawberries which was divine. I was still thinking about it the next day. And finally the crab stuffed trout with roasted asparagus and grits. I'm not really a fan of crab-stuffed anything so I probably should have ordered something else but it was still good. The service was excellent and the atmosphere is upscale but relaxed. If you can find parking in the lot, it is validated.

Our server gave great recs and surprised us with a complimentary glass of champagne since we were celebrating a birthday. For food, would highly recommend the seared scallops over pumpkin risotto (add the truffle). The lobster was super unique but I felt like the peppers wasn't evenly dispersed so some bites were shockingly spicy. Good flavor regardless. The caviar was great - the French onion dip kinda overpowered the caviar but we didn't mind because it was just that good. Also adored our black bottom pie - server topped it with a lil birthday candle which was a cute touch.

A fun fall date!…read more Southern Belle Farm, located in McDonough, provides hours of wholesome fun and free parking. My wife and I arrived on a warm October day to enjoy the pumpkin patch and U-pick flowers. We arrived in the afternoon, but there was plenty of selection and nothing was "picked over." I paid $16 for a quart sized plastic vase for my U-pick flowers. They sell gallon sized buckets as well. Scissors and water are provided. Be mindful of bees in the field. They won't trouble you if you don't trouble them. There is an area in the back for you to arrange the flowers; I took full advantage of this because this trip doubled as a photo shoot. There were all types of people enjoying the farm; IG girls, families, even one couple using a wagon full of pumpkins as a baby announcement. Pumpkins range from $5-$20 each depending on size and breed. A nice young man named Luke helped us corral our pumpkins and carry them to our car. I didn't know they offered that service, but we tipped well. If you run up an appetite, they have a snack bar with fritters, ice cream, and lemonade. I'll be back next fall!

Parking was calm and plentiful and we weren't bumping into other strawberry pickers left and right. It costs about $20 for a large bucket (which you get to keep) and you pay $1 per person to access the fields. We feared we may have missed peak season but there were still plenty of ripe strawberries to choose from. It is also well organized with the staff directing where folks should go. After we picked our buckets worth, we grabbed a huge fresh lemonade from a parked truck, did some shopping in the cute store, and got a strawberry ice cream. I have to admit this was a bit of a disappointment especially based on all of the rave reviews. To us it tasted like it was pre-packaged and came from the freezer. The strawberries were frozen/rock solid and while they were plentiful it would have been great if they were softer or appeared as though it was fresh churned. Otherwise we really enjoyed the experience and can't wait to go back for picking other fruits throughout the year.

I won't ruin the run of show for anyone going for the first time, but a lot of effort has gone into what they do. Whimsical is the best word I can think of to describe the journey to the table. The service was top notch. DJ was personable, professional and prompt. There was never a moment where I needed something that wasn't already in front of me. He described plates with enthusiasm and just brought an amazing energy to the table. We opted for wine pairings and man, Elliot presented some really amazing wines. They had a fun selection that went great with all of the food. We even had a sake pairing with the cheese course. A huge thanks again to DJ and Elliot. The food. The word perfect feels dramatic but Chef Joey has put a lot of love and even some history into these plates. "A Trip Down Buford Highway" was a dish that honestly can't be topped. For someone who used to live off of Buford Highway and has experienced many of the amazing restaurants there, this felt like home. Every plate was unique and felt intentional. Beautiful presentation accompanied by exciting flavors. Was it pricey? Sure. But when you're paying for an unforgettable experience, exemplary service and amazing food, the price almost doesn't matter. Thank you to the entire Georgia Boy team for helping me celebrate my 1 year anniversary. I can't wait to come back.

Before, they had shallow bowls and smaller portions but they upgraded to a deeper/bigger bowl and bigger portion sizes. The only difference is it doesn't come with the free sweet potato chips anymore, but you can still get the chips for extra. But hey, I would definitely take bigger portions over a side chips any day. It's super easy to order here. Just pick your flavor profile, the base (greens, brown rice, or half and half), and protein. My favorite flavor is still the Chipotle Mango Avocado. I love the creamy chipotle sauce. And they give more of the avocado mixture now. It has black beans, red onion, corn, cheese in it. For proteins, I love the shrimp and tofu. The tofu is a great vegetarian option. This is my favorite location too. It's spacious (also has an outdoor dining area) and very clean. Food is great and feels very healthy compared to some other fast casual options.

The interior dining space is always warm and inviting. Always a fan of the high ceilings and the artwork. This location doesn't have a drive thru. I wish they did! I would probably come a lot more often when I have my dog with me. Gusto also has the best sweet potato chips. I love both options- BBQ and regular. They need to sell those in a big bag. If they were cheaper, I would buy a ton of extra to take home. Yes, it's that good. Definitely a spot to check out if you enjoy fresh & tasty clean eats!

The second time I came back we were greeted with a 30-min wait, which was expected due to the weekend and peak hour. But to our surprise we were actually seated within 15-minutes. While we waited, I used the restroom for the first time and it was clean and smelled fresh with cute decor. We were served with drinks right away and our server was very pleasant and accommodating. We looked at the menu beforehand, but last minute my husband and I decided to try recommended dishes. Here's our spread: Strawberry Short stack - 5/5 Sausage and egg biscuit with - 4/5 Cowboy omelette - 5/5 Chicken & Waffles - 5/5 Philly Fries Meal - 5/5 Bottomless Sweet Tea - 5/5 The pancakes were moist and fluffy with the right amount of sweetness. My daughter swore she'd eat the entire stack, but of course we knew otherwise. My mother in law enjoyed the sausage and egg biscuit, the sausage was a little more well done than she'd like but everything was seasoned well. The Philly fries were a surprise due to its massive size. My family demolished it. It was seasoned well with the right balance of meat, onions and cheese, my daughter wanted to it all by herself lol. The Cowboy omelette was also massive. The eggs cooked well stuffed with all the fixings - they definitely didn't skimp on it. Topped with fresh guacamole and salsa it was a delight. The chicken and waffles was recommended by our server and my husband was amazed by the whole dish. The balance of sweet and salty and the textures were perfect. The crunch of the chicken didn't take away from the moist meat. He created his "perfect bite" with a piece of chicken and waffles and it was heavenly. I'd definitely get it for myself next time. The waffle had a slight bite but also moist. I've experienced dry waffles before and this proved otherwise. Overall the experience was great. The service was excellent especially during a rush hour. Also we were very happy to see the Christmas decor. It really felt like a hometown feel and we enjoyed every minute. Definitely have Oy! on your list for brunch with the family! I'd visit once a week if I could.

We ordered a few different dishes including steak and eggs, French toast, pancakes with bacon, and a burger with fries. The steak was cooked nicely, but it was a little tough. The French toast was thick and tasty, but it tasted more like bread pudding to me--it wasn't as light and fluffy as traditional French toast. The pancakes were simple but good. Portions were generous and definitely filling. Overall, the food was good, but not quite as impressive as I had expected. I also wish their juice was fresh squeezed. Overall, it's a solid brunch spot, but with a few small improvements it could be even better.
