Whoever manages this location needs a serious reality check. The restaurant was filthy, forks on the floor, napkins everywhere, and dirty tables with nowhere to sit. When I asked for more rice, the employees were rude and seemed irritated that I even asked. The back of the house looked like a disaster. Rice all over the floor, and the grills were chunky and gross. Nothing about it felt safe or sanitary. The worst part was the employee making my bowl wiping sweat off with her shirt right over my food. Completely unacceptable. Held off on writing this review because we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after three visits- this really needs to be addressed. There is trash EVERYWHERE, the bathrooms are disgusting and the toilet seat literally fell off. Trash is overflowing, kitchen is a mess, food was everywhere- the top of the glass along the counter was incredibly dusty and you could tell it hasn't been wiped down in ages. The glass in front of the food clearly had not been cleaned in a long time as well. There were multiple employees circling around the kitchen like they were looking for something to do, but none of them cleaned. Even the prep counters were left messy and employees kept walking past it and left the mess. This was probably one of the- if not the most- disgusting restaurants we have ever been into and both of us are in the service industry. read more

HEALTH HAZARD ALERT. I honestly wish I could give less than one star. I never make hardly any reviews about anything. I think this is the first yelp review I've left in like three years for a place. DO NOT CONSUME ANY FOOD FROM HERE. Honestly, I've seen many health code violations, and we have pictures and even reported it to chipotle. I'm pretty sure there was dried BLOOD on the chips we received. Seeing how the place was run it really doesn't surprise me. Just wanted to warn everybody to let them know how horrible this chipotle location is. Last week my boyfriend went to go pick up an online order for us. The app said it was ready, but then when he went, he said he was sitting in the drive-through line and not moving at all. For an HOUR he sat there. Finally, I told him to just go inside and see what was taking so long. He said there were rows and ROWS of bags just sitting there on the counter. LINES (plural) of people waiting. Customers, DoorDashers, etc.......and the employees were on their phones, not even passing them out. My boyfriend gave his name and confirmation number and let them know that the order was ready. They said they didn't know where it was. He spoke to the manager, and she literally just ignored him. Finally a girl threw a bag at him and said "oh I think this is it." he got home and we opened it and it was the wrong order. I'm a vegetarian and they filled the bowl chock full of chicken. So not only was our date night ruined because we were late getting somewhere because it ended up taking TWO HOURS all together. We ordered on the app and chose the pick up lane. Everything was correct on the order, and tasted great! However, the pick up lane was pretty slow. It took about 7 minutes to get our food, and the entire time just sat there. It feels so awkward because you're just sitting there and the window is big and you can see inside... no one acknowledged me, and the order was ready the entire time. There was only one person preparing food while at least seven other employees stood around eating, drinking, and doing nothing to help. No one greeted me or any other customer--no "hello," no "how are you," nothing. The staff looked unprofessional, wearing visibly dirty clothes and using their shirts to wipe their hands. The cleanliness of the store was unacceptable. There wasn't a single clean table available. The floor was filthy with food scattered everywhere. Even the outdoor patio area was dirty and had no clean seating options. To make things worse, the drink station was a mess. There were no beverages available--lemonade, tea, and fountain drinks were all empty, and no one seemed to care to refill them. The restaurant also had no utensils or napkins out. When I asked for napkins, they handed me two small ones and didn't bother to restock the dispenser. This place feels neglected every time I visit, yet they still charge high prices while giving very small portions--especially when it comes to meat. It's ridiculous. Excellent location in the new Century Farm directly off the interstate 24. The inside is bright and very modern decor. They have a mix of tables and high top bar type tables. They recently opened but appear to operate flawless. The staff was very nice and was patient as I made my selections. It was a crowded but they managed the line efficiently. The food was very fresh. I think they are careful about over cooking since it's new so my chicken was hot off the grill for my burrito bowl. They have all the Chipotle favorites and a nice selections of bottled and fountain beverages. Excited to have this chain Mexican -Tex Max option in the neighborhood and will visit again. read more

I don't even know where to begin. I met friends here for dinner and upon walking in, every table was visibly dirty. It was 6:30 pm and there were less than 5 patrons eating. I ordered a salad and they didn't have any lettuce. I got a burrito bowl instead and they didn't have white rice or fajita veggies. There were around 10 employees standing around not doing anything so the lack of food was shocking. The area where you pay was covered in food and the trash was so full that it was overflowing. Had the worst experience ever! Staff was rude and even used expletives. After placing an online order and waiting in line for 40+ mins, I arrived to the window ONLY to find out they not only had my order, I couldn't cancel it and they "can't do anything". Apparently their systems went down an hour before, so all the orders didn't come through. I asked, "could you guys have come outside, asked names so we didn't have to wait and the response I received from the manager was "do you want to go check in with all these people"? I was floored. I explained, it's not about the systems being down, it's about the fact that you know people have been waiting for almost an hour, patiently and there was no courtesy. There were 5 associates literally standing around and she said, "ma'am, we're trying to go home. We don't have any food". Sadly, and no one knew a true managers name, the GM or the owner. If I could give this location zero stars I would. When we first found out this location was opening we were very excited because it was close to our house. And when our experiences were sub par we gave some grace because we figured they were just opening and figuring out the kinks. After a few tries we will never go back. The restaurant is always dirty. They guac is always brown and rotten. They never have forks or food items. When they actually do have chips they are stale or soggy. God forbid you try to order online. You will end up with something completely different or be charged for items you never received. I don't know how the man working the line on 8/13 is even employed, the level of laziness is appalling. Very bad experience at this location. I went on the first day of the launch of the fajita quesadilla in app. I placed my order for rapid pickup but it was far from rapid. I got there after the quoted time and you aren't able to go inside. I then parked in the drive up spot and tried to call but the line was busy each time. Since I'd paid in app, I had to get in an extremely long drive thru line where I waited for over 20 mins. Once I got to the window, I was told they didn't have the agua frescas which I'd ordered. Once I got my order I did not receive the vinaigrette and was just told they were out & had to pull back around because I didn't get the queso I was charged for. The whole point of ordering the quesadilla was for the fajita and vinaigrette mixture so to not get that was disappointing. Not only that but when you try to speak with someone in the app you get a bot that doesn't follow conversations well. All in all I will not likely be back to this location if there are no plans for it to be more than drive thru only. read more

I ordered ahead to pick up at the chipotlane. When my husband arrived the staff stated the order had been picked up but it hadn't been. They proceeded to say orders are stolen so often at this location the GM has instructed them to not remake it. I'm not sure how this is an acceptable solution given my order was placed in the lobby to be stolen to begin with. The guy finally remade it for my husband but given that this is the second instance we have had here in 3 weeks I would like to see what the GM's solution would be besides screwing over their customers. I feel like just placing the orders behind the counter would be a better solution than their current strategy. Atleast better for the consumer and frankly even their profit margins. I don't want to start going to the Smyrna location since this is so accessible but it may be our only option given the terrible service lately. read more

I get mines with extra everything and they always pull through, but today idk what happened today I see the burrito inside the bag and it's small and I got it with everything and extra on top of that. Hands down the worst Chipotle I've ever been to, on every level. Service, cleanliness, food, ambiance, just overall terrible. It always looks dirty and the line is forever covered in old food. As far as food goes LMFAO 8/10 times the guac and steak is far too salty, and that's when they actually have some. Constantly running out of meats and salsa like it's out of stock but persistently over portioning their online order area (as I doubt they have 5-6 orders in a row with quadruple meat). Now on to service, I have never been to an establishment that will laugh at you because they've run out of something and happily show you where another location is. Also the manager Tammy with the dreads, wouldn't know professionalism if it slapped her in the face. Few of the staff are nice but most are like Tammy and really shouldn't work in customer service.
