I'm at a loss for words. Ordered a salad, after waiting for the ladies to finish discussing the guys they were fond of walking thru the store, paid for my meal , walked over to the condiment table for silverware. Low and behold no forks. Asked the lady at the counter for a fork and she replied "were out of forks you'll have to use a spoon." Yes because eating a salad with a spoon is feasible. I have no words. No apologies, no discount, no care. Side note: show some effort, Safeway is in the same parking lot, go purchase 100 packs of plastic forks for 3 bucks a box. Ruined dinner. Mgmt needs to train their employees. This is the second time there's been an issue with forks, the first time I had to dig under the table to get my own after waiting a few minutes for someone to restock. read more

Went late at night (on 12/11) to get a sofritas bowl and was met with unbelievably unprofessional workers. I was glad I could at least watch them make my poorly-made order otherwise I would be afraid that they spit in my food. I called the next morning to speak to a manager and after untold rings, a guy picks up the phone claiming to be the manager but he would not give me his full name "because of confidentially issues." Speaking to him, Jabree R. is the name he gave, I am even less convinced that anything will be done. Jabree R. said food would be remade the next time I came in, just ask and it would be "on him." This concession was made only after I was on the phone for 10 mins. I haven't yet, but will take him up on this offer and see what happens. Avoid this location. read more

Went to this Chipotle today around noon. Per usual, they were out of some items (fajita vegetables). The customer service is definitely lacking at this location. I had issues redeeming a birthday rewards for chips and a side (the code wouldn't scan). Instead of the cashier offering an alternative to the error, I had to ask well could you just take it of manually or something. She decides to take off the chips only when clearly the rewards coupon was for chips AND a side, not OR. We went back and forth about it which was so unnecessary; clearly she did not know the difference between the two words. I will not patronize this ridiculous establishment again. read more

When I want Chipotle, this is probably the only place in the city I'm going to go for it! Not only are the employees extremely friendly and helpful, but the place is always clean and well-kept. It's also a great location and good to grab a bite after doing some shopping across the street at the grocery store. There is also a pretty huge parking lot so you don't have to worry about where to park or how you're going to get there. Definitely ups the level of convenience! read more

2 Stars and I'm being pretty generous here. I'll get to my order problems later on but here is the main issue: SANITATION To start off there is food bit everywhere and the tables are not clean. Everything there is sticky. Also I observed an employee hone a knife used to cut the chicken up. He made about 6-10 passes with the blade on the honing rod. Then immediately proceeded to cut chicken with it. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. The fact that he did not wipe the blade off insures that metal particles from the blade are introduced into your food. When you hone a blade you ALWAYS wipe the fresh blade off... whether it is on a wet cloth or dry is specific to the material the blade is. YOU HAVE TO WIPE IT OFF otherwise metal goes into the food. Also to make things even worse and unsafe. The employee disregarded the saftey glove that is to be used while cutting to prevent any injuries. The glove is basically like chain mail and will not let the blade cut through. To be honest, I cant believe I even accepted my food from here. But I did not get the chicken or steak. I ordered online online and usually it takes 30 min to prepare and pick up. Well about an hour later my food was still not prepared when I came to pick it up. The girl at the register said my order didnt come through. I showed her a confirmation email that I had on my phone and verified that I did place an order. The finally found the print out order and took another 10 min to fix it. At this time I've been waiting for about 30 min in the actual store. They also have only ONE reigster so it takes forever to pay. This location is very busy and they only have ONE?? You've got to be kidding me. read more

I ordered a Sofritas Salad my last order and it didn't have sofritas or lettuce and was just beans, cheese and salsa. I was given a free entree for by customer service for that screw up. Tonight was the final straw. I placed my mobile order at 920pm and was promised pickup by 940pm. When I arrived at the restaurant, the staff had completely cleaned up shop by 930pm when they are stated to be open until 10pm. The Boston Street Chipotle of Canton Baltimore not only delivers subpar quality and quantity, but also serves a healthy side of bad service. The stingy, selfish and unamerican sized portions at this chipotle must be an ordinance coming directly from the ownership. Everytime I go they are out of multiple things, I didn't go for a while and decided to stop by today. Everything tasted bland and I didn't take more than a few bites. (Usually finish everything) chips were stale, queso tasted like liquid salt. All the soda's were either out of order or the complete wrong soda was hooked up. Also no forks but 100 spoons. One of the employees yelled like a banshee out of nowhere as they went to the back. Overall one of the weirder and more disappointing experiences I've had. read more

I felt like I should of read the reviews before eating here because I experienced the same service and issues. The young woman serving me on 2/13/22 at 12:36pm was extremely rude. She proceeded to tell me as soon as I walked up to the line of everything they didn't have, with an attitude and mumbling. I ordered the food went down the line and she sloppily made my burrito, my fiancé got a veggie burrito and she gave him a attitude when he asked for more beans because she gave him a half scoop. The young lady was totally out of line and something needs to be done about her attitude. After paying for the food I asked for a salad dressing and I was told they're out. So little miss "Rudie" failed to mention that when she was informing us of everything they didn't have. If I would of been informed of this information I wouldn't of ordered. Very disappointed. I got a bowl today and instead of the large portions I'm used to getting at other locations like Seattle or Minneapolis- this one barely filled me up. There wasn't anyone behind me, but they rushed to put everything together so basically my bowl was a small scoop of chicken, mostly salsa and barely any rice or lettuce. I have to say, I am very disappointed with my trip to chipotle tonight. I joke and call chipotle my adult bandaid because it changes a frown and turns it upside down. Every week or so I go here with my boyfriend after going to the market. I was excited for our ritual but I was in for a let down. This location and chipotle in general are exceedingly consistent, welcoming, and fast with attention to detail. On this particular outing, the line of food items was Vacio!! I mean to say that there was no chicken, steak, fajitas, and scant everything else. With many employees present, nobody was grilling the veggies or meats. This is highly unusual. Also, the counters were filthy and staff just shoved the mess on the ground. Again, unusual. My burrito bowl lacked half of the normal ingredients and I was even given the wrong rice... not a huge issue, but again, uncharacteristic for chipotle and this location. My boyfriend got a burrito that was so poorly wrapped, the young women expeditiously tried to conceal it with another layer of foil. I am a die hard chipotle fan, but this was not good. Omg! This one is always busy I mean line to the door busy. I noticed they don't have a large turnover of employees because I see the same faces all the time. Now most chipotles I go to always miss the customer service mark but this one don't have the best but it's not awful. When taking your order I've gotten good manners from slot of the males. They do know how to keep the line moving even though it's never ending. What I really don't like is how they don't keep up with cleaning. The tables and bathrooms are always disgusting. I'm only doing this because this used to be my favorite restaurant & location. However, unfortunately over the past year or so there has a been a very steep decline in quality of food and service. There have been multiple occasions where I've gone in mid-day (well after the lunch rush) and they were "out of" a lot of the choices without any intent to replace anything. Many of the employees seem to simply just not care anymore and their attitudes blatantly show it. The food seems to be prepared poorly and the way most of the employees put the entrees together is even worse. I take the longer drive to other locations now because I've had enough with this place. Don't mean to sound like a whiny liberal but I ordered in advance once, got there and waited by the register like I was told, then observed my burrito being made after the last person in line was served. When I asked why it wasn't made ahead of time I was told that they got busy. Not the best system. So, why the three stars you ask? Antonio! I returned one night because I'm too fat to let that experience keep me away, and this young man was charismatic, energetic, attentive, and made the SHIT out of my burrito. He even did a no-look burrito roll - staring down a co-worker while executing perfect wrapping technique. We exchanged names and I hope to see him again soon. The ingredients have spilled into one another. There was beef pieces in the white rice and pinto beans in the black beans. The counters were smeared with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole, and uncleaned. Nearly 80% of all burritos wrapped end up breaking apart and need to be re-wrapped or re-made. Today, the cheese container was empty; the employee reached under the counter and pulled out a few strands of cheese from who knows where, then proceeded to drizzle this over my burrito. The burrito broke apart while she wrapped it and ingredients spilled onto the counter. She swept this onto the floor, then wrapped the burrito despite it being broken apart. I complained but she replied, "Really? It's fine." Then moved to the next customer. I tossed the burrito in the trash outside. I will never return to this Chipotle again. I really like Chipotle overall, but this is the only one where I've felt I have a reasonable chance of getting legitimately sick. read more

Typical chain location. I like cantons more than any others in the area though. Seem to have better service here. Gets very busy around lunch time, however the line moved decently fast. I usually get a bowl, with rice and chicken to keep it healthy. Although for those looking for more options, they have wraps, tacos, and bowls. This is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I went about two weeks ago on a Saturday around 1:00. They were so disorganized it's crazy. They have so many people working there but the girl making the food couldn't look more unhappier then anything. She seen her co-worker was having trouble and couldn't stop making other people lines food. She made about 10 items and it's like "What are you doing" help your co worker out and check some people out. Your literally making it worse by making more and more food and not getting anyone checked out and able to leave. They just weren't friendly. I went to Chipotle on Boston St last night my receipt shows I paid for my food at 9pm so an hour before closing. I understand what happens sometimes when go into a place of business close to closing However I worked a long day and I was super hungry and Chipotle was the only decent food spot that would be quick .. My burrito was cold it upset me a little because that made me wonder how long have the food been sitting not being warm/heated.. But again close to closing what do expect staff trying to go home.. I get it ..However as I proceed to take my first only and last bite I notice a squished roach in the bowl provided in the same spot I picked up my burrito ..Now that I can't tolerate and was disgusted .. I instantly spit my food out and emailed Chipotle... First Chipotle makes people sick a few years back and now they have roaches and from what I'm being told another location (Fairly New location ) in Baltimore have roaches as well.. My first visit here - as someone who has avoided Chipotle for the last 4 years - was not a good one. Service was disinterested, rude and unresponsive. Now, I'm used to that to some degree but they were the same way to my girlfriend and everyone is friendly to her so I know these people were just awful at their jobs. The food was as I remembered - a mash of flavors with nothing particularly standing out... basically a fresher version of Taco Bell. Prices are high for the amount of food you get, imo. I quickly remembered why I never went here again after my first visit and I doubt I'll be back anytime soon. If every chain looked at Chick-fil-a's business model and hired staff who actually give a crap (or are good at pretending to) we'd all be better off as consumers. read more
