This is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I went about two weeks ago on a Saturday around 1:00. They were so disorganized it's crazy. They have so many people working there but the girl making the food couldn't look more unhappier then anything. She seen her co-worker was having trouble and couldn't stop making other people lines food. She made about 10 items and it's like "What are you doing" help your co worker out and check some people out. Your literally making it worse by making more and more food and not getting anyone checked out and able to leave. They just weren't friendly. I will literally go to the one on Pulaski Highway or the one in Parkville. Beware don't go here it's dirty and just not a friendly place to go. read more

If you order online for pick up or delivery. Just expect something to be wrong with your order. I asked for extra sour cream. Got no sour cream at all. Asked for cheese. Got the bare minimum of that and chicken. Every time I get chips they are stale and guacamole is brownish. Probably my last time eating there. Never used to be like this. read more

I went to Chipotle on Boston St last night my receipt shows I paid for my food at 9pm so an hour before closing. I understand what happens sometimes when go into a place of business close to closing However I worked a long day and I was super hungry and Chipotle was the only decent food spot that would be quick .. My burrito was cold it upset me a little because that made me wonder how long have the food been sitting not being warm/heated.. But again close to closing what do expect staff trying to go home.. I get it ..However as I proceed to take my first only and last bite I notice a squished roach in the bowl provided in the same spot I picked up my burrito ..Now that I can't tolerate and was disgusted .. I instantly spit my food out and emailed Chipotle... First Chipotle makes people sick a few years back and now they have roaches and from what I'm being told another location (Fairly New location ) in Baltimore have roaches as well.. You probably already know if you like Chipotle, so I'm not reviewing their brand and food so much as this location. I'm a big Chipotle Mexican Grill fan and this is my home store. Compared to other CMGs, this one is good, but not the best. I will just say that I base the cost of every meal (ever!) in terms of "chipotle burritos units". :) You see, the $8.00 no frills Barbacoa burrito always satisfies my hunger and never leaves me wanting more. So, I look at the cost of a meal at other places and think about it in terms of how many Chipotle burritos I could get for the same price. Buying groceries can be more costly that the burrito index even. But I digress... This CMG gets crowded but they move the lines. There is usually ample seating as many folks seem to take it to go. They do severely lack parking, forcing many customers to park illegally at the Safeway. There's even a sign warning people not to park at Safeway. The inside is usually clean, though they never seem to have the Tabasco sauces stocked. Also, the ice machine is usually pretty dirty on top (I can see way up there). There's only one real trashcan and it's been full lately. The one next to the beverages is lame and I generally hate those small hole trash receptacles anyway. On the bright side, the store is popular with the local police, so it always feels like the safest place in town. The servers seem to be generous with the meat, always a plus. I order ahead online a lot too, and they've never had the food ready late or too early, so that's pretty stellar. I think this CMG is well run, with a few kinks, and I'll continue to go there. read more

I've been eating chipotle for 10+ years and it blows my mind how pathetic this one is. every single time they are out of something, and i mean every single time, no exaggeration. one time they were out of sour cream and rice at 2 in the afternoon.. also their soda machine is always broken.. they were out of coke all summer and they hardly have ice. the staff are always on their phones and act like they don't want to be there. truly miserable people. This review is solely on the service, not the food. I always go to this chipotle on my way to work but today (2/12/22) was a HUGE disappointment. When I walked in, I noticed there was like 15 people sitting down waiting around the restaurant. No one was standing in line. So I asked a lady, what's going on? She said, they are waiting on the chicken to finish cooking. So I was like cool, I'm getting steak and proceeded to order. None of the staff made eye contact with me and ignored I was even there. There was this one latina or mixed stud girl with tattoos (who I have seen before, she always has an attitude). She screamed out, chicken is ready! And all the people who were waiting around stood up and got in line behind me. She then asked the lady behind me to step on up and order, and I was like huh? Yes, these people were here first before me but how am I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT?! The people there totally ignored me proceeded to serve other customer. It wasn't until I asked one of the workers with dreadlocks, are you serving them first? And he replied yes. Totally rude. No announcement or heads up to tell me they were serving them first. So I went to the manager, he was really nice and apologized. He also gave me a free bowl. I just hope he really talk to those two employees who ignored me, they need to be fired! First time in my life that I walked into a Chipotle and regret that I did not walk out on this place. The whole atmosphere is nothing like any Chipotle I have ever visited. First, minor things: At 4pm the steak that was put in my bowl looked and tasted like it was sitting there since yesterday. The portion would barely cover the bowl. In fact it did not. I always complained how large the portions at Chipotle are. Well, not in this Chipotle. Now, the major thing and the most disappointing is the staff and I would not single out anyone. They all collective made sure that I would never ever walk back into this Chipotle ever again. Especially considering that this Chipotle is located in the famous Canton neighborhood and Baltimore, known for its friendliness and welcoming nature. I was actually standing in front of the counter all by myself for several minutes watching 3 employees having casual conversation by the register. Not one would even acknowledge that I was there. In fact, next person that walked into the store was served before me, the invisible one, and I had to get behind her. Then cashier asked me to wait as she walked away to empty 2 bins with beans. Must of been important. Few minutes later another 2 employee walked out of the kitchen talking to each other and then noticed me by the register. "Are you ready" - they asked me. Yes, here is my bowl and I want a drink. "Oh, cashier is over there. She'll help you in a minute" ...and walked away. Again, this is the most disappointing crew I have ever seen and I believe those are the type of employees that kill your business. I sure hope that owner takes notice. I used to be a bigger fan of Chipotle, but it feels as if the food quality has degraded. I have found the beef cubes to be chewy and contain grizzle on multiple occasions. The other items are still pretty tasty. If you like it a little spicy, I recommend the Barbacoa. The veggies are always fresh and the service at the counter is friendly and efficient. The tables are not always cleaned promptly, even when it is slow. What I do like is there catering option that includes a buffet to go - sterno and all. Remembering that this is a fast food restaurant, it is A-OK in my book. read more

If I could leave no starts I would. Staff is pathetic. They make comments under their breath and are rude. But if I turned chipotle upside down I'd be wrong. The "management" do not deligate tasks to the staff correctly at all. Oh and the best part. I accidentally said carnitas and said sorry I meant barbacoa and the "manager" launched the bowl at the trash can angrily. Shut the chipotle down or wipe the staff. This is BY FAR the worst managed and run chipotle I've ever been to I have no clue why I keep coming back. But after tonight I'll drive out of my way to NOT support this location. First, be prepared to be in this location for 20 minutes even if there isn't a long line. There were at least 5-7 people waiting on online orders during the whole duration I was there for my order. So plan ahead and order 45 minutes before you actually plan on picking it up! They are ALWAYS out of something. A few weeks ago it was guac, they've been out of lettuce, tortillas, and tonight they were out of sour cream, and had just run out of lettuce after my order. I have never run into a chipotle being out of something since being a customer of 15+ years. Guac also is rarely seasoned right/tastes the same. They never seem to have enough employees. The employee working on my order walked away 3 separate times during the order. When it came time to pay, the employee took way longer than it should have to even ring in the transaction. Went to fill up my drink and they were out of ice. Shocker. The staff is clearly poorly trained and it is evident it's poorly managed as well. If you don't want to leave feeling frustrated, irritated, and disappointed use literally ANY other location. read more

Ordered online and asked for 8pm pickup on a Sunday night --30 minutes after finalizing my order for 2 burritos. Got there at 8:10, order wasn't ready. We waited until 8:40p until it was ready and neither of our orders were accurate--no sour cream on mine and so much rice, it was hard to find any other ingredient. First off let me start by saying I love chipotle. I visited this particular location on June 2nd for lunch time and this is probably one of the worst ones I've been too. For one the staff was neither friendly or professional. I placed an online order at 11am to be picked up by noon. When I got there not only had no one started on my food I had to wait 15 extra mins because it seemed the employees lacked communication to figure it out. I'm a chipotle girl through and through- I understand it's a fast/casual restaurant however the service was just awful. Messed up friends order and the woman at the register acted so inconvenienced and had an attitude. The employees behind the line were all joking around, dancing, making barking noises instead of tackling the decent sized line (it was 12pm so lunch rush). There also was no ice - kinda of annoying but I understand not necessarily their fault. When we left, the trash can was piled so high I couldn't through away my trash and there was also trash and food on the floor that had spilled over. Gross. I absolutely love Chipotle and this one is my favorite. They are friendly and fast and the food seems to taste better at this location although this could just be my imagination. This is by far the slowest Chipotle in Baltimore. They never seem to be prepped for the dinner or lunch rush. IF they have enough people working, its seems they are all on cooking/prep duty, leaving 2 people to make order sand 1 at the register. The line to the door should not mean a 20-25 min wait to order. I have even tried to order online to avoid the line that is always to the door but my order is never made at the time they give you and when you arrive they start making your order. read more

This Chipotle location is not good. I used to be a big Chipotle fan, but this location turned me off to the whole chain. I sent corporate a few emails about this location and nothing has changed, even though they said they would do something about it. Here is the email I sent to customer service that describes one event that is all too common at this location: I walk in and and see a typical bustling, Friday night crowd at Chipotle and was relieved the line was not crazy long, only about ten people deep. Within two minutes of waiting I hear "we need fajitas!" I smirked and was kind of annoyed, then thought about walking out. Could this be happening AGAIN?! Either I have bad luck, or this is a regular event at all Chipotles. I think the latter is true. But, I hung in there. I thought that ten customers would be about 5-9 minutes of waiting, so maybe I would get a fresh batch of fajitas. My number was coming up, now five people ahead of me, "we need brown rice!" OMG, now I seriously considered walking out, but I already invested time in this line, and maybe they would come through on my turn. Now two people ahead of me, "I want chicken (on my bowl)" said the customer. No chicken...I saw a girl furiously hacking up the chicken, ok, nice I thought, fresh off the grill. I leaned over the guy ahead of me. Still no fajitas. The wok was smoking dry for about 5 minutes now with no one tossing in the veggies. Now I was up. "I want a lot of fajitas in mine, so should I sit down and wait?" I asked. They said I can move along in the line and they will fill my bowl at then end. But I knew this meant having my bowl filled up so there wasn't going to be much room for the fajitas. But, luckily the brown rice and chicken were back in action. I was then waiting at the register for fajitas and so were other people behind me. I am convinced that this is a popular item that is not given enough respect. "Look, I will just take it raw, I don't mind" I said. Two minutes later though, they were serving them. Of course there was not much room on my bowls and I got a paltry few pieces that were burnt because they were cooked on too high heat. I either am always unlucky at all Chipotles all over the country or this is a real problem. It is funny that the next time I wnet to Chipotle after sending an email about this issue, the same thing happened to me AGAIN. Whenever I go to a subway, worldwide, I have very rarely seen a topping container empty. Yes, I know they are not preparing those toppings fresh, but at least I am not leaving disappointed. Like I said in the first email, this complaint is a long time coming from me and I clearly had a lot to say here. I have decided to take a few months hiatus from Chipotle. I think this is a major issue and if I am the only one who thinks this or has raised this issue then I'm sure your business will do fine. But if there are other who feel like I do, this needs to be fixed. I did a quick Internet search about this and I easily found others complaining of the same thing. Alicia Brown posted on your Facebook page: "every time I patronize one, I get the bottom of the barrel". I hope this gets some attention at the national level. Worst Chipotle in the Baltimore metro area and I go to plenty of them. I've been a handful of times and the place is always dirty. Even their line area looks unkept with ingredients mixing into other ingredients. The employees look like they barely know what to do. I've asked for a special request of limes to squeeze on my bowl and usually I've eaten the bowl before the lines get to me. I wish their headquarters would get this one under control -- because it's close to me. Avoid this one guys/gals. There are better quicker restaurant within steps of this place. read more

Ordered delivery straight through their website. Normally i don't mind if food is late but since i had a sour experience i might as well throw that in here too. Estimated time was 6:57, didn't arrive until 7:30 (not a big deal but it happened). I ordered a steak burrito and a chicken burrito bowl, and two Nantucket nectars (not a cheap drink). Upon arrival of the food, i asked the driver who was already walking away where the drinks where, and he replied back (Mahummed G.) "I don't have anything to do with that". Didn't even turn around to say it either, never broke stride back to his car. From this point, my lady opens up her burrito bowl to find, (and im not kidding) literally 4 pieces of chicken in the whole bowl. This has just been a not so pleasant experience. I even tried to call the chipotle where i know they still have people working inside, it rang for minutes on end and eventually the call was hung up. I tried to call multiple times but got ignored.
