My girlfriend and I have been coming to this location for Mexican American delights for quite some time now. For the majority of our dining experience the food has always been average at best and the workers were always lacking spark. They would serve us our orders accurately, but in an unenthusiastic manner that always seemed to suppress my excitement. That all changed last month when they brought onboard this new sharp young man. At first you could tell this young boy was overwhelmed. The vast variety of meats and toppings was clearly a lot to handle. It would be for anyone. He would fill the burritos to the best of his ability but could never win the battle of trying to wrap them. But this kid learns quick. As if he went on a pilgrimage to an ancient Mayan village, this man now slings burritos like he was born for it. Every week we go back his skills for his profession grow immensely. I can't help but feel proud and like I helped him on his journey, even though all I did was order a burrito. This young man has reignited my excitement for this restaurant and always leaves me excited to come back and see him next week. Food is decent, and service is fast and nice. It is a little bit better than what you would generally expect from a fast food restaurant. It is also pretty clean there. Location is really bad however. There is outdoor seating, but it is right next to a really busy road, so if you are looking for a relaxing meal outside, this is not the place. read more

This is the most disgusting Chipotle I have ever been to. Everything from the door to the tables and grill was dirty. Every table was dirty, the soda machine area was wet (counter and floor), and the floors were sticky. The guacamole was turning brown and the steak was dry. Chipotle is great for takeout but I don't suggest eating there. The food is amazing although some meals you have to put together on your own it is delicious. Also the chips are great you need to get chips here. Also chipotle has a good selection of child beverages like soda and other stuff. For a Chipotle, it is average, but it has good food and reasonable customer service. The place is clean and well lit, and most of the time they have lots of food in stock. Prices are average for a Chipotle, which is to say cheap. There is sometimes a line, but it is not too crowded. read more

Ordered an order for delivery over $100. Was supposed to be 5 burritos and 2 bowls in total, one burrito was missing. NOTHING was labeled, so we couldn't even tell which one was missing. Had to literally cut into everyone's burrito and touch with hands to see who's was who. Why did they think they didn't have to label each.....? That's insane. We left names for each specific meal. Tried to call the store no lie over 20 times until someone answered. The person then asked why we wanted a refund for every item when only one was missing...maybe because we had to dig our hands into everyone's food and then wait for the replacement and everything got cold. We live in the area and come here ALL the time. I mean literally 2-3 times a week because this is the only place my daughter will eat a proper meal (kids build your own taco). I am so sick and tired of Chipotles; can't wait for my daughter to outgrow this phase. But I digress.. We've not had to wait long for our food. 5 mins tops in the evenings. Kids running the show can be a bit boisterous but very cordial. They are accommodating with special requests and are not nit-picky about extras. Food is always great and we've had no issues with the soda machine. They are always scrubbing the floors and keeping the kitchen area clean- a good sign. I went out to chipotle for the first time in a while and i have previously had great experiences with their restaurant in other areas, however my experience was horrendous here. I ordered a simple chicken quesadilla and they handed it to me it was not cut properly and it was falling apart as if they'd just thrown it into the bowl for me to eat. So, my friend took it up to the counter and asked politely for a new one. This time it took an absurd amount of time to cook it, to the point where i had to get the food to go... and it looked like they had crumpled my quesadilla into a ball (pictures added). Thought i would give this place another chance... the lack of caring, or maybe poor training- they handle the part of the fork that goes in your mouth, with their hands. They don't pick up the utensils by the end, they pick them up, place them in their other hand with the part you eat, and place it in your bag. It is absolutely disgusting and people will get sick from eating here. Stay away. read more

Despite convenience, I try to completely avoid this location. I tried it about half a dozen times over the past year, and every time I wish I'd went elsewhere. The rice and meat (usually go with steak) are usually dried out, though I'm not sure if this is due to sitting out or just being overcooked. The last time even the chips were soggy. This chipotle has excellent service. The staff are always friendly and welcoming towards me. A staff member once payed for my friends meal when she said she was having a bad day. We've been to this Chipotle quite a few times after it has opened. I had put off writing a review because of an early bad experience but since my experiences have been consistently good recently, I thought I would mention it. Similar to many of the other Chipotle restaurants out there, the food is good and there tends to be a crowd. Service was like clockwork and I think our wait was no more than 5 minutes during lunchtime last Sunday. I was particularly impressed that the cashier gave us 2 complimentary water cups. read more

The blonde woman who works in the line is a great employee and should definitely get a pay raise. However, the online ordering for this place is terrible and they never have your order ready on time. I don't know if it is because every employee there is stoned beyond belief, or it is because the job is so boring that they have to get stoned or else they will quit. Either way Chipotle is great, but they should pack the bowls much more, I need that protein for barrel season. read more

I was disappointed in my meal. Went for lunch around 12:45. Nothing was very warm, and they dumped a huge amount of sour cream on my burrito, which overwhelmed other flavors and added to the cold food aspect. We go here often for quick dinner. The food is a little better than average and in the last 4 months I've noticed a real good attitude from all the employees. Friendly and helpful which is the main reason for 4 stars. Place is fairly clean all the time. I don't know what they are doing over there but the guac is .. . . oily. I don't know how better to describe it and have no idea what they could be doing to make it like that. I was a fan of Chipotle since 2002, but I stopped into this location and had an excellent experience! The staff was helpful and courteous. I have the new Sofaritas, shredded tofu, and it was absolutely amazing and could not believe that it was tofu. Definitely going back again! read more

It's a Chipotle so the food is more or less the same every time, although I swear the ingredients here taste worse than at other locations. I've been three times. Once I was very hungry and ordered a huge burrito, and all the degenerates working there wouldn't stop commenting on it. The cashier literally wouldn't stop talking and I had to shove my card at him and say I was in a hurry. My final trip there the idiot making my burrito ROLLED IT SIDEWAYS. As in if you put the burrito on end, the ingredients were in a stack. A burrito is a very simple item yet she still managed to fuck it up pretty badly. Best Chipotle location around. All of the guys who work here are super friendly and can make a burrito with good, even amounts of everything. The location is also nice because it is easy to get in and out of and you have a light if you want to turn left out of the lot. I don't find this location to be nearly as busy as the Burlington location either. Ya there may be a line sometimes but I don't expect one unless it is around 5-7 and if it isn't those times there usually isn't a big line. read more

I've been here twice. Once when they first opened (bad experience) and the 2nd time was last week, because I figured they had enough time to improve. There was no line and I got my burrito quickly. The server failed to inform me until the very end that guacamole comes free with the veggie burrito (couldn't he have said this before he wrapped it up?). My other issue is with the actual toppings; there is not a big selection. The rice was hard, not fully cooked maybe. The medium salsa was lacking flavor. Eating at this Chipotle is a pretty nice experience, the steak is juicy, the salsa is spot on, and they service you pretty quickly even when there's a line of people almost out the door. The place is a little cramped though when you're eating in, but it doesn't really matter despite how good the good is. My real problem is that how little that they give. There it's no way filling up half the bottom bowl is worth $8. I don't know if they always skimp when there's a line, but that's the only reason why I don't plan on coming back.
