Went there at 8:45pm last night and they had already put all the chairs on top of the table, effectively closing the in store dining and they were also out of lettuce and chips! They are supposed to be open until 11:00pm but they are basically pushing people out before nine and influencing them not to come back by intentionally not restocking items. Much props to the staff!! Tuesday evening shouldn't look like pure chaos- except it did. 20 minutes as a walk in just to get a burrito. But it wasn't staff's fault. These high school kids and the manager were HUSTLING! Kudos to them! It was online orders (Grubhub, Uber eats, App orders)- they had a stack of at least 50+ online orders along with us walk-ins. District or Corporate handed these fine ladies and gentlemen the proverbial pile of s@&t with this chaotic online mess. I do not recommend this specific chipotle. They just changed their hours to 11pm, but I'd not come here past 9pm. They don't replenish food and you will pay 15 dollars for charred food. The employees are rude when you ask for something as simple as a side tortillas and when you ask for a double portion of meat you are lucky to get 1.5 of a portion. For this price you are better take out from a restaurant or going to Qdoba on the other side of the high way. read more

The Belton Chipotle has steadily declined over the past 1-2 years. Poor staff retention has led to a surplus of teenagers running the show. Service/ is terrible, the dining area is filthy, orders are never correct, and the food is either burnt or completely out of stock. This place is an absolute disappointment of a Chipotle. If you live in the Belton/Raymore area, I highly recommend going to the Grandview Chipotle instead. read more

If I could give this experience less than one star, I would. This was by far the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had in my chipotle going life. And I will say I have loved this restaurant chain for quite some time but this experience (along with others) has made me want to stop going permanently. When I walked in, the line almost went out the door and it took almost 15 minutes to even get to the point of ordering. Once at the front of the line, staff was nowhere to be found and took about five minutes of waiting to come to the front. They looked like they did not care one ounce and proceeded to make one of the members of our 3 person party's order but then disappeared again with no explanation of finishing it. The order was pushed down the line by another staff member who equally looked like they could care less about their job and they proceeded to ask which meat selection we would like to which one of our party members answered with "Carnitas" which they had some in stock, the other staff member just didn't know which meat that was and proceeded to wait for another member of staff to help find that specific selection. Time is ticking, we are getting agitated, and the line is getting longer. As we move down the line of food we are being given food that has been scraped off of the bottom of the bins (so very little amounts to what we are actually paying for). A huge mess of sour cream was poured into one of our party member's carnitas bowl (Unwanted of course), and it was not realized until it was already paid for. This made our party members dish almost inedible as sour cream makes her sick. For what we got we overpaid most wholly. In general this location has gone downhill due to the uncleanliness of the tables and atmosphere as well as the food quality and customer service. This is not the first time we have we experienced such horrors at this location and we will not be coming back. I pray that one day management will crack down on this location and make Chipotle great again. read more

Also only ever have one person making the dishes so the line builds fast and the crew adapts slow. This one of my favorite spots! But I only have one down about here. We get different portions when ordering from the app. That's one of my main reasons chipotle is my #2, I actually get the Bang for my buck. When I go into the store to order I get a nice size bowl and even when I order I always say "half on the rice and double my meat ". I have gone to this location in Belton, Mo for years, ever since it opened and used to be a backyard burgers store. The last 2 times and especially today the service and food has gone downhill 100%. Today at 11:55 am during the lunch rush they were out of almost everything, No rice, no fajita veggies, no guacamole, and no black beans. I asked to see manager and when he finally came out. I asked about when the food items would be replenished and he said they were out of everything and didn't know when they would have any more. I told him there was not enough there to even fill my bowl. I asked for his name and he would not give it to me, just said good day sir. I asked the cashier if she could tell me the name of the manager I just talked to and she said this was her first day of working and didn't know him The manager said to pick up a business card and call the general manager. I tried calling the number for Jazmyne Wehlermann @ 816-331-1224 on the card and it would only go the order line for food. I have tried to call several times and can not talk to anyone. My advice is don't patronize this location. The Lee's Summit stores are much friendlier and are always stocked with fresh ingredients. read more

Just got back from Chipotle after the Chiefs game ended. Yes, it was packed and busy. The line was past the door headed towards drink station. All that said I don't believe these are excuses for shorting customers on product. I ordered two veggie bowls, and upon seeing the amount of rice and beans put in, I asked for more. The gal behind glass added a small amount of both rice and beans. This amount was now equal to a large spoonful like I'd normally get. I was then told we need to keep the line moving. The guy helping her after that station then proceeded to add sofritas to one of my bowls, not listening when I told him on the only burrito I had. All my bowls and lone burrito left something to be desired. I felt as though they were rushing, due to line, and simple not listening. I feel as though slowing down a bit and getting orders satisfactorily right should be more important. I wish there was someone with a bit more age to deal with and watching. Sadly this along with not fully cooked rice always seem to happen when I visit this location. I really need to stop going to it. read more

I love generally love Chipotle, but I don't know what the deal is with this location. A few of the people here are super friendly, but the overall staff seems less happy then most Chipotle locations. Which isn't the hugest deal to me, but I thought I'd note it. My burritos are always inconsistent here. Mainly because every worker doesn't seem to be trained the same. The portions you get depend on who's making your burrito that day. Sometimes I get a good/great burrito other times I don't. I almost always have to ask for more cheese because this location is more hesitant about applying hearty portions of it like what Chipotle is known for. Some good things about this location is the nighttime lines a bit move faster than any Chipotle I've been to. The staff is generally friendly though, just not as excited about making magically delicious burritos as other locations. *i've upped to to 4 stars because they've really improved! Yay! read more

I really want to love this Chipotle location. The workers are so friendly and it's never a long line. I am a huge Chipotle lover, BUT, every single time I eat at this location I don't feel well afterwards. Not as in food poisoning, but because the white rice is way too oily and the meat is overly salty and spicy. It just doesn't taste good. I thought I was just falling out of love with Chipotle, until I went to the Lee's Summit location a couple of days ago. And the food was GOOD! Went to this Belton location today and...yuck. I love Chipotle food, don't get me wrong. But this new location is poorly laid out. There is a large concrete table with stools right when you walk in and right where people wait in line to order. It is right in the way and because of that, no one sits there because they don't want to be eating and have a line of people right next to them. read more
