I'm a door dasher from time to time and I picked up an order for Chipotle today. The front doors were unlocked and I walked right in at 10:42am. As soon as I walked in, I was bombarded by a soft voice from a girl behind the counter with blonde hair. she scuffed at my appearance in the store and let me know it was illegal to be in a restaurant before they opened. I was under the impression that they were about to open in three minutes via their time that they open on their door provided in the picture. I asked her was it really necessary for me to walk out of the door for three minutes and then walk back in and she said yes and then proceeded to let me sit outside until other customers walked in and we're not sent back outside. what a way to treat a customer or a DoorDasher who wants their order in a timely manner. read more

If you don't want to work then don't work, find someone competent to run this place and get stuff done. Ok, this place is wild. I arrived to pick up an order that i had placed on their app. A woman came up to the drive through window and let me know that they actually havent been filling any orders due to the fact that they are currently out of most staple items like rice, steak, cheese etc. and that I should probably just request a refund through the app. Ok, I get it. Mistakes happen. I get on the app to cancel the order and am connected with "Lizeth Manalili" who listens to what happened, appologies, and then denies the refund and immediately disconnects! They are so greedy with their chicken, they barley give you half a scoop and when you ask for your regular amount they put 2 pieces and then tell you they will charge more when I didn't get get an adequate amount in the first place. I have not had Chipotle in several years, but decided to last night. I should not have. I downloaded their mobile app and used it for the first time with my order last night. I had delivery which was $62.00 or so, $72.00 with a tip for the driver. Never again. I ordered a burrito, hard shell tacos, chips with cheese and guacamole dip. They did not give me my chips or guacamole so I ended up with a cup of cheese dip with no chips to eat it with. My tacos were soft shell-not hard-and came sloppily put together and soggy. Randomly they had someone else's burrito bowl in my order which I did not eat. I got online with the AI Help Bot and ended up getting in app credits only in the form of a coupon for 2 chips and queso and a large drink for free. Considering what I spent on the order I thought this was pretty cheap on their end. Oh, and all coupons expire on 6/10/24. I will give props to the driver that was through DoorDash-she did a great job-the best part of the experience that's not even affiliated with Chipotle. UPDATE: I ordered Chipotle again as I was given a free chips and queso due to the issues with my previous order. They DID get the order correct this time, however, the rice was undercooked and half of my chips were stale to the point they were chewy. So that being said I'm keeping my rating to a 1-star. read more

And while I did get a BOGO coupon which is nice it was a battle trying to get them to understand what happened. 6 email exchanges later they finally seem to have figured out my complaint. But the lack of comprehension skills seems to go beyond local store management. In any case I recommend finding another Chipotle to visit until this location gets new management. The worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. I got double charged. My order was messed up in several ways on top of everything. I had to repeat myself 4x and they still couldn't get it right. How hard is it to understand what an order of Chips and Guacamole is? This was so bad it demands a complaint to Corporate. Absolutely unacceptable. Order accuracy is a thing. Don't waste your money. This location has lost my service. Since we've moved to Belton, we've been to this chipotle 3 times and we've had a bad experience each time. This location is so poorly ran. Tonight, I saw multiple customers walk out because they were out of chicken, steak, and barbacoa & they didn't want to wait, rightfully so. I waited on the side for steak, (alongside multiple other customers) to be done for 20 minutes. They said it'd take 5. It still wasn't done by the 20 min mark and I ended up getting chicken once that FINALLY refilled. Why are we waiting til the last minute once we're out of something to start making it? It's baffling because there were sooo many employees. There were also many pick up orders that had been waiting for at least 10-20 minutes after arriving and kept having to ask when their order would be ready. Someone higher up needs to come to this location and educate these people on how to run it. Cus it's so bad. Yall have lost my business. read more

I have been to this Chipotle many times in Belton. Almost without exception, they are out of guacamole, vegetables and other items. Since I get a veggie bowl it quite a bummer that those items are missing. As with past trips, there was one person working the line with about 10 people waiting behind me. I'm not sure what all the other people who work there were doing or where a manager was, but this is typical service at this Chipotle. I frequent Chipotle as I do like the veggie bowl. This has been a frequent stop on our drive from Northwest Arkansas to KC for group trips (soccer and youth group). The establishment is in a good location just off of 49 and has other options s for kiddos close by like Arby's and Raising Canes (across the street). The service here is kinda slow so I would recommend ordering your food through the app at least 30-45 minutes BEFORE arriving. Also from past posts be detailed with your food order. Something like "extra rice/beans/meat" whatever so you are not disappointed. I had to ask for extra rice because she put about 1/4 a spoonful in my bowl to start with. In my opinion they need better time management for app and in-person orders. The line to order was wrapped around the dining room but we had to "wait" when we were at the counter because the gal was completing online orders. If they could at least prepare these in the back when there are so many people waiting it would help. There were 4 people working the counter and 4 guys In and out of the back so there was no excuse in my opinion for the 20 minute wait to order from the time we got in line. The food is good for a quick bit as you are heading out of town but there are better options too if you are in a hurry to get on the road. Maybe we were just there at a busy time (7:00pm) but this has been a theme the past 4 times and this time we were not part of a group! We will continue to visit as I feel this is a healthy alternative when on the road but we will most likely use the app well ahead of time ;-). read more

I go to Chipotle I would say at least once a week. This Chipotle is the worst. I went awhile back and the rice was not fully cooked so I decided to avoid this location. I decided today I would give it another try since I live in Belton it's a shorter drive and again the rice was undercooked. Never again the longer drive is worth it when the food isn't fully cooked. Also online ordering expect to get half of what you paid for. Poor management in my opinion. Also why is the lobby closed chairs up when the lobby hours are until 11pm. Cook scrubbing the grill at 9:45pm way before the store closes creating a bunch of dust getting grime all over while the food is not covered. They always run out of the different veggies. Also evening shift does not restock they make a certain amount of food and it sits all evening once it runs out they tell customers they are out. The management needs to put all this to a stop maybe a call to corporate would do this restaurant some good. The general manager does not seem to be doing their job. read more
