I've been to this location several times since they've opened. Sometimes you can sneak in and out and they are dead, but at peak times they can be slammed with customers. The inside has held up pretty well, they seem to have enough staff to keep up with cleaning tables. Outdoor seating is a nice touch too. Food wise - The menu is so basic, tenders and crinkle cut fry meals. You can get sliders or just use the piece of Texas toast that comes with your meal to make a sandwich. Their sauce is mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce and ketchup with a black pepper kick. The tenders lightly seasoned fried/breaded chicken. I would guess buttermilk, black pepper and garlic powder. To me there's nothing special about Cane's, it's simple and your going to get most meals between $9.99 and $15. The kids enjoy it and the chicken has always been fresh. Raising Cane's newbie here! Four stars for the food, three stars for the service, 2 stars for the cleanliness at this location. We visited on a busy Saturday afternoon. The wait in the line wasn't too bad, but the cashier forgot some of our order and I didn't realize it until after we had paid and were waiting for our food. The line was too long for me to get back in line to order the extra items. The tables were pretty trashed but I mostly blame that on other customers. But the chicken...oh, the chicken! So delicious. Juicy...crispy...tender...just perfect fried chicken. My kids could also have eaten a whole loaf of their Texas toast. And we had some great "leprechaun lemonade"! Raising Cane's should join the 21st century. You can't get curbside or even drive thru pick up when ordering on the app. I have vocal problems due to a surgery so I need to use the app to pick up in the drive thru or curb side. I'm 76 yrs. old, so if I can adapt to modern technology I'm sure a large company like Raising Cane's can. They are the only fast food restaurant that do not offer this service. I will stick to Chick-fil- A since they offer both Curbside and Drive Thru Pickup using the app. If they ever decide to offer app. service for drive thru or curbside then I can give a review on their food. Does Rasing Canes live up the hype? I'm gonna answer that in this review. If you want the quick answer, no. The chicken tenders are good quality, fresh, good size, but truly lack any distinct flavor. No seasoning or anything. Everybody raves about the sauce and although it's good, I'd say chick fil a sauce is better, so it's nothing special. The French fries are mediocre, completely average. The Texas toast is very good and I'd say that's the best part about it. Very nice buttery flavor. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, but I don't see the hype behind the food. I have grown very fond of canes over the past few months, and often find myself going there to eat with my husband and 5 kids. They are fairly inexpensive, and fast. However tonight I went and it was a trainwreck (politely as possible). Mind you the restaurant wasn't that busy, but had a moderate amount of people. (Today I came by myself) The people working 8/15/2024 around 8:30 PM were very unprofessional. First the cashier droped cups and ice all over the floor and had to pick them up which caused a delay. I then completed my order and he was mumbling asking me somthing he asked for my name, I gave it to him. Soon again he started mumbling, I couldn't understand him. Then came time for me to wait for my food, they are usually very fast, today was different. While I was waiting for my 2 items there were 2 girls in the back laughing, hugging, fixing one another's hair, and dancing. The girl in front who was calling names looked clueless as to what she was supposed to be doing, yet she was the best out of the crew. I waited well over 10 minutes for toast, and canes sauce (which to my knowledge are premade). When I finally got to eating, it was mediocre at best. My toast was cold, but my sauce was delicious. After this I posted to my Facebook, and a friend of mine shared the same experience. I am just so grateful I didn't bring the family along. Disappointed. Went inside to order. I will say the restaurant as very clean, the staff were very friendly. My review is on the food itself. My daughter came here by herself a few weeks ago and really enjoyed the food. So I decided to try it myself. I didn't have the same experience. I bought the 3 pice chicken finger meal. I liked that the breading on the chicken was thin and not hard as a rock. They do give you plenty of meat. But the chicken was dry and bland. No flavor at all. It came with cane sauce which I don't like it all. If they offer other sauces I don't know it wasn't listed on their digital display nor mentioned by the staff. The French fries were undercooked. It comes with a pice of toast which again was tasteless. No seasoning or flavor at all. I put the fries and toast in the oven when I got home to get them cooked more in my oven and put salt, pepper and olive oil and that helped. This was my first time going there. The food is always good and is so juicy, it is a small menu but worth it. But the service at this location could be better.

My first impression was how clean the restaurant was! Ordering was simple since the menu is very limited. We were greeted by a very friendly, lovely lady manning the register who took our order quickly and efficiently. Without a long wait at all, we received our order and found a comfortable seat outside on a beautiful day, complete with overhead fans for a wonderful breeze. The chicken was absolutely perfect ~ crispy breading, the chicken tender and so juicy....it truly was worth the trip! The sauce compliments the chicken (and fries) superbly. And the Texas Toast?.....was outrageously delicious. We are looking forward to many, many more happy meals at Raising Cane's. read more

As much as I like to think of myself as wanting to try new places, I'm also a creature of habit, so when an unfamiliar "chicken finger" fast food spot opened basically next door to my beloved chick-fil-A, I was hesitant to even give them a shot. My fiancé actually brought me my first Raising Canes chicken finger sandwich platter, and I was basically instantly hooked. Calling these juicy, delicious, and perfectly crisp pieces of chicken "fingers", is honestly a bit of a disservice in my opinion. The menu is very limited, that's probably my only complaint, the crinkle fries are decent, and I'm a bit sweet tea fan. I think this place is still relatively unknown in this area, and I've never had much of a wait. Part of me wanted to keep this to myself, but I want them to stick around and do well, so I would say, definitely give this place a try, if you haven't already.
