I received the absolute worst service from one of the female employees bagging my food. I asked for sour cream on the side it wasn't any in my bag so I asked about it multiple times while paying the cashier. Finally the female bagging my food said they had to switch the sour cream out. I went to the drink fountain to get my drink and returned to the counter to get the sour cream. The same female that bagged my food took her two fingers and flicked the sour cream across the counter at me instead of placing it in my hand. I slid it back to her and told her not to give it to me like that and she did it again. I slid it back to her again with a little force and asked her to place it in my hand - her exact words were "why would I do that." I had all I could take at that point the blatant disrespect and rudeness had me in disbelief. I slid it across the counter again with more force and walked out the establishment. This was my first visit to the Brandywine, Md location because of convenience since I was also going to a different business right next to it. I'm never going to that location again, I should've known the interaction wasn't going to be pleasant when I saw how rude the other two females working the line were acting towards the other African American customers in line ahead of me. I really hope the behavior by the Chipotle employees wasn't racially driven. However, I would like to thank the male line worker who assisted me - he was nice and patient. I totally loss my appetite the more I thought about how rude the employee was for no apparent reason. If you choose to frequent the Brandywine, Md location I hope that you all receive the basic service that they were lacking during my visit this evening. read more

This is our go to Chipotle spot. Food is always fresh and plentiful. Orders are timely and accurate. Really no complaints. We typically order on the app and the food is ready when we arrive to pick up. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. read more

Weirdly this is unbelievable I decided to pay my usual and you know if double portions you pay more which I was able to do I get back home and portions seems there getting back to being less I feel I'm not ordering from chipotle anymore this is ridiculous. read more

The person working the wrap station there was terrible she didn't know what ingredients were which and couldn't wrap the burrito correctly. I asked to have it wrapped again when it was clear she didn't know how and was ignored. The manager behind her was sweeping the floor and not paying attention at all. Once I get there my brother places his order and then I work on my sons order and then the lady behind the counter just started getting disrespectful and rude when I was trying to explain to her that I already know what she's trying to tell me and I'm still trying to place my order. In a time of trying to support local business during the coronavirus pandemic, we try to order from spots to just SUPPORT. But to my surprise and chagrin, I got home with my order only to open and see that it was less than normal proportion. I ordered extra rice and extra beans and got NONE of that. I asked for carnitas and it was less than 3 pieces of meat in the bowl. The food portion was barely reaching the rim of the bowl... very disappointing. Once home, I did not want to return to the store, but trust me ... i will NOT be returning to that store again. I don't know how this place is not 5 stars. Whoever the staff was at 11am on 1/1/21 was amazing. Thoroughly washed hands, constantly replaced gloves, was very cautious, and attentive and followed strict Covid health protocols. The food was good but the customer service was spectacular. I wish I could give this 0 stars. Terrible customer service. They gave me baby size portions and every time I asked for more it was a tiny scoop. I'm not a huge guy but I notice they where not even using a spoon full to put on my burrito. I do not suggest anyone use this location unless they make changes. Glad that Brandywine now has a Chipotle. No need to drive far to the Clinton or Waldorf location. This location is new and extremely clean. The service is fast and the food taste like how Chipotle food is described. Some Chiptoles I visit have hard rice or the chicken is overcooked, not at this location everything is good and consistent to how Chitpole food taste. So far so good! The new Chipotle looks nice and new! The staff was friendly, and the premises were clean. Their parking entrance is a little undesirable, and this includes the parking spaces near the entrance as well. But over all, I'm looking forward to doing business with them. read more

Either they will add something that I did not ask for or will include things that I DID order! Today they only put sour cream and cheese as my toppings. It's not my favorite place just due to my personal tastes. I would prefer some less caloric foods. However, the customer service was very good, the food seemed fresh, and it was tasty. I had the salad and assumed there were be all cold items on a hot day, but the salad comes with hot/warm items. I was asked which items I wanted in it but the choices were limited. I might ask for some different items next time. My husband seems to like this place much better than I do, but there's a place right across the street that appeals to me more, so we probably won't come here as a couple very often. read more

My wife loves Chipotle, she could eat it 2/3 times a week. Me not so much, but occasionally I oblige and get it to make her happy. Anyways this location almost every time we order (we do mobile and pick it up) shorts is. We ask for double chicken in our bowls, charged for it. Never get it. Order LARGE order of chips, charged for it, get small order. Just on those two screwups alone, they robbed us of about $7 this evening when we went there. Double check your orders before you leave.
