I went on 01/12/2025 around 11:30am, the girl who was working at the register, literally grabbed chicken with her bare hands from the container and stuffed her mouth. She then did not wash her hands and proceeded to check me out. I was in shock and too nervous to say anything because I'm not one to complain and she looked young so maybe she didn't know, so I tried to move forward. I went to scan my chipotle rewards which she insisted did scan, but I checked my rewards and no they did not scan. When I got home, I ended up just throwing away my food. The other girl who was Hispanic and putting together the food was really nice and helpful. However, she should've also said something to her coworker. That's disgusting and considering all the outbreaks there are, hand washing should be the bare minimum someone does in food, and you should not stick your hand in the food especially after handling cash and such. Wow, wish I had seen all the negative reviews on this place before ordering through Uber eats . Believe the bad reviews, folks! This is by far the WORST meal, service & experience we've ever had from Chipotle. Our burritos came half wrapped -- as in, half the burrito had NO foil whatsoever and was just left open -- open to airborne and contact pathogens. And our bowls came in extremely dented packaging with the food ice cold, like the kind of cold where it hadn't been hot for a looong time and was sitting out. And the guac! This is NOT the guacamole we are used to from chipotle... zero flavor, spoiled avocados used, no onions or lime. WTF? Part of this is Uber's fault. This place is 10 minutes from our house and it took an hour and half for our food to get here. I understand the dinner rush situation but this is terrible. $75 for this bs? Oh, and as an added slap in the face, you can't call the restaurant directly and speak to someone... they have an automated system which directs you to go to their website No wonder their employees don't give a sh** about their work -- they know they can't be called out on it directly. When I drove up to the place they proceeded to make me feel as if I ordered wrong and it was my faul. She then made another one with everything except steak. So now I have cold steak and fixings. Normally I go to this restaurant quiet often, at least once in a couple of weeks. on Halloween night they had a promotio, I went to get a burrito. When I was trying to put the promo code "BOORITO" it wasn'r taking it on my phone. I explain that for the young lady in front who assured me they would put the code in manually. however when I got the counter the manager who was the 3rd to the last person yelled at the cashier saying we don't have Time to put it in. So I offered to pay full price knowing this is going to be my last time there. I'm very dissatisfied with Chipotle and their lack of response to my request for follow-up regarding my experience on 9/27/2019. I ordered, via their mobile app, a Carne Asada Salad. I added queso so the total was just under $10. FIRST ISSUE: For $10, I don't think that I should be able to see the bottom of the bowl before my first bite. I also think that I shouldn't be able to see the sides of the bowl because it should be full of the product that I purchased. SECOND ISSUE: The queso, that I paid extra for, didn't make it onto the salad, they poured it on the part of the bowl that they left empty... THIRD ISSUE: I paid extra for Carne Asada, I got about 3 or 4 slivers of steak. Not what I would call an appropriate "portion" especially considering the cost. But my BIGGEST ISSUE is that I completed TWO separate surveys from Chipotle and let them know that I was dissatisfied. In BOTH SURVEYS I marked "Yes" after being asked if I wanted someone to follow up with me. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard a peep. This has actually changed my eating habits, I used to go to Chipotle 2-3 times per week. I haven't been back since. I don't like giving my money to companies that are stingy and I refuse to give my money to companies that are unwilling to address issues where their customers feel ripped off. read more

Holy Guacamole! I did Chiptopia and I decided to redeem the catering party for 20 for my birthday...It was a great decision. I called this location the day before and placed my order. He (I believe his name is Mike) recommended ordering it at least a week or two in advance (probably so they don't run out of food, I don't blame them). Regardless of when they'd like me to have ordered it, they were very accommodating. They also gave us free drinks while we waited for the food to finish being prepared. I ordered pick up for 5:00 and arrived at 4:50 and they were just finishing up putting it in the packaging, couldn't have planned better. In my book that makes them very organized! We also had plenty of condiments (salsa, chips, tortillas, sour cream, quac, lettuce) Awesome, just awesome. Everything was in there, everything was great! Would like to give 0 for my service today but that's not an option. Dude gave a scoop of black beans when I asked for a tiny amount. Asked for carnitas and he skipped my meat altogether. I was distracted by my son and things get missed sometimes. I get that. When I went to the register to ask them to fix the order, I was asked (after waiting awhile being ignored by every staff who looked at me) to go to the end of the line for them to be remade. Long line at that point. I decided I couldn't sit there and wait as my child was sitting by himself eating alone so I went back to the register to ask for a refund. Then I was made to wait while it was ignored some more by the manager that never came out. Won't be coming back to this location until they're staff turns over again as it inevitably will. I did an online order and I arrived a couple minutes after so that way I wouldn't be waiting around for my food. I looked at what I assume was the pickup shelf (I didint know because there was no marking or sign) and my food wasn't there so I decided I'd wait in the line for a couple minutes and show the employees my order. When I got there one of the employees went to get my food and before he came back with it decided to chat with other employees with my food in his hand. It was my fault opening it up and checking before I left because I was in a hurry. The second time I ordered two chicken burrito bowls only to get half filled bowls. I was on a road trip all the way from California and stopped by this chipotle on my way to Arizona. Tired to walk in at 9:40pm and the doors were locked, the staff was trying not to look at us waiting at the door. someone finally walked and and our group was able to walk in as we confronted the workers that we were so hungry and they don't close until 10 if they could please accommodate us, they said they would not with a bunch of food left in all of the bins. So unfortunate their don't treat customers with any respect and only care about going home. Chipotle will not be receiving my business in the future. read more

I watched a couple of Buckeye Police Officers attempt to eat here and could not believe myself when they were refused service. I will never eat at a Chipotle again!!! We are so fortunate to have a police department filled with officers who go above and beyond in taking care of its citizens and the community, and to watch them get refused by people who would no doubt call them and expect officer to assist them is quite sad really. These officers were likely in the middle of a long shift and simply wanted a warm meal but instead they were denied. Chipotle - I hope you get robbed, your cars get broken into, you get beat up in the parking lot and you come home to find your house as been burglarized and the police department says sorry - we won't serve you. Slowest Service I have ever received. Moving like snails is their motto. Mobile order times mean nothing. Over an hour of waiting for a mobile order. The line was ridiculously long for walk-in customers. The mobile order area was crowded with people. They can't keep up. Stop taking mobile orders or stop taking customers. The ability not to cancel an online order after it has been placed is wrong. If I made an order and you haven't even begun to make it after thirty minutes after the pickup time. Worst chipotle from Buckeye to Scottsdale The whole family wanted Chipotle on Saturday afternoon so we put the order through the app. Even though we know that bar none this location is the most inconsistent on quantity and quality. Went and picked it up checked the names and ingredients on the label of all three bowls. Perfect. Other than the fact that the employees behind the counter were loudly talking about working at other locations and some of the politics and shady stuff going on at those other locations when they were there. Obviously not so busy they couldn't avoid messing up the order. Get home and mine the one with half and half meats up charged for CARNA ASADA and chicken is carnitas.
