Ok folks My husband and I hardly ever ever go out to eat we love cooking at home However today we were out and about in Buckeye AZ I thought let's go to chipotle and dine in and take a moment to chill out before heading to Costco We walked in and there were a few families there enjoying the food First thing I noticed was the food counter wasn't clean at all it looked like it hasn't been cleaned for awhile, and we saw someone TRYING TO CLEAN BUT THE JUST LET IT GO ON THE FLOOR we both looked at each other and decided to order, got the food and looked around for a CLEAN TABLE AND EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS DIRTY WITH FOOD AND TRASH food everywhere on the floors YIKES NO STRAWS NO NAPKINS I went back to the counter and asked that a table to be cleaned and napkins and straw's Finally sat down and the nice worker Emma behind the register came out started cleaning and stocking, she said she this isn't her job to do this Hmmm don't we wear many hats at a job especially for food Everyone Should be helping out to make the restaurant clean for the patrons buying the food Grateful Emma took it upon herself to do this but she stopped to go back to the register and left the boxes just sitting there and not finishing stocking But honestly I'll never dine in there ever again!!!!! Very disappointed. Multiple items were missing from my order, and the beans were basically all liquid with almost no actual beans--about 90% liquid and 1% beans. To make matters worse, you can't speak with anyone, the app was unable to help resolve the issue, and no one answers when you call the restaurant. I just left this location and the service was not good at all. The lady making my bowls was extremely nice and I had no issue with her. when I went to pay I asked for chips and the girl at the register stated she has no more but I had seen some in the back. I asked if we can have one of those and she immediately cut me off and said no that's for online only with a snarky attitude. I went ahead and paid and walked out. Since I am pregnant I really wanted my chips with my bowl like always, so I made an online order for the chips. I placed the order and walked in and she threw the bag on the counter and called my name for online order. I grabbed it and her and the other workers started giggling as if it was funny I had to go out my way and do an online order for chips. This is by far the worse Chipotle I have ever been to. I've been living in Buckeye for a couple of months now, and this location is the closest one to where I reside. There has been multiple times in the past where things haven't gone good at this place, items are always out, no gauc or chips, cheese, salsa, oh and 2x on different occasions THE CHICKEN WASN'T FULLY COOKED. I've looked passed it because I have always loved eating at this food chain, and it's a quick meal that doesn't make me feel like shit after eating. Last night my boyfriend went in at 8:10 to order us some late dinner, when he got there there was quite a few of people there ordering. As to be expected, what we didn't expect was for them to be out of completely everything (they close at 10PM) by that time. No lettuce, no cheese, no chicken, and no steak..... it's crazy how a food restaurant doesn't have their major key ingredients for consumers. I don't understand how they couldn't go in the back and prep more food? There's always a handful of employees there, to be efficient and successful there has to be a good team dynamic. Apparently there was 3 workers having a conversation on a table while all of this chaos was happening, some guest left without even getting anything. We ended up settling for what was left since it was so late and decided to give it a try regardless, WRONG CHOICE. We couldn't even finished our bowls, we both had a couple of bites and something just wasn't right and tasted horribly wrong, we picked through it and realized that the sour cream has a very odd beige tint to it (I've never seen that in a chipotle ever), and the rice wasn't fully cooked through. Which made the texture of the bowl unpleasant. They forgot to put our large chips and guac in the bag (that was payed for) and my side of salsa. We threw both bowls away. Fast forward to 2AM I woke up with an extreme upset stomach, I feel so sick and haven't been able to be anywhere but the bathroom. My boyfriend started feeling the same about an hour ago. Pretty sure it was the food at this location, it's one of the worse sick type feelings I've had in a while, and if it doesn't get better I might possibly have to go to the hospital. I'm not sure what is happening but I threw up all of what I ate and haven't been okay since. I'm leaving this review so others can know how careless this location has been, and obviously doesn't care about its customers. I understand that it gets busy, and some people can be assholes to the ones that work. But at the end of the day this is your job, take it seriously, prep the food correctly. I also buy my daughter meals from here as well, and I'm so glad we didn't do that last night. NEVER AGAIN. Please be aware and careful, just a very lengthy reminder. read more

I normally have a great experience when I come here but today is not the case. My order was to be ready @ 210pm and I walked in early at 2pm. Its 212pm and I'm standing by the cash register and nobody has even acknowledged me. Its not overly busy which I could understand why they couldn't but they had plenty of time to just acknowledge that I was there so I could tell them I'm early and not to rush on my order. Visited here Saturday and had I not had another bad experience today as I treated colleagues to lunch I would not have provided a review. We ordered 3 different items Saturday and by the time we got it home to eat it was too late to drive back in the 15 mins to even worry about it. The rice was hard in all 3 dishes so it went in the trash. Unfortunately, no receipt was provided so there was nothing to be done when I called the establishment. $40 wasted. The app doesn't let you do Jack without the receipt. Won't be going back to this location. I'll drive the extra miles to the other nearest location if ever we visit again. I'm not sure if food locations have a limited time between the time that they close. And when they continue to make food I've gone to this location multiple times once at 8:20 P.M., when they close at 10 P.M. and I asked for barbacoa and they said they're not making any more for the rest of the night. Even though they close at ten P.M. today. I showed up at nine P.M. as well. And same thing they're out and they're not making anymore. It just never makes sense to me that they never wanna make more food. I understand if I would've showed up five minutes before 10 minutes before. Specifically, the time I showed up at eight. It makes absolutely no sense that they're done. Cooking food. Almost 2 hours before they close. The staff is always pretty rude. After trying this location three different times with the same results, always out of meat and if they do have some they skimp you on portion, give you attitude when you ask for what you pay for, obviously this location hires teenagers that clearly dont care about their jobs or how unprofessional they come off. This was $13, most other times they were skimpy with the meat sure but at least I got a giant burrito that I could eat throughout the whole day. This is the first time I finished one I one go. Since when does Chipotle have refried beans? Ordered a burrito w/ pinto and it came with unsalted refried beans. Burrito was horribly wrapped.. ended up turning into a burrito bowl at home. Rice was crunchy, was not even cooked. I have been to this location multiple times ONLY because it's the nearest one to my home. Every time has been a huge disappointment. I have gotten the wrong order multiple times and for some reason I pay $12 for a burrito that is skimpy. I love Chipotle, but this location is making a bad rep for this chain. Needs to be addressed. This location has finally beat my true love of Chipotle right out of my system. I love Chipotle; if I could eat Chipotle and nothing else for the rest of my life, I would. I order and pick up from this location (Watson) at least once a week and 9 times out of 10 there is a problem with my order. Up until today, I have been willing to overlook their incompetence. I am so infuriated about the way I was treated that I could barely wait to get in the door to get on my computer to type this review. The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. When I arrived to pick up my order today, I was told they already put it "out there" [meaning it was on the pick up rack - well the rack was empty, like it ALWAYS is which is why I had to ask for my order]. Because they have an issue with orders being stolen, they didn't used to put them on the rack; I have NEVER had an order waiting for me on the rack. So, because my order isn't "on the rack," they say they have to remake it. I wait. 2 or 3 other people come in and pick up their orders - also not on the rack. I still wait. The girl comes to me again after I've been standing there at least 10 minutes: "what's the name on your order again?" I tell her. She tells me they have to remake my order. I ask her how long will it be? She says - adding insult to injury - that I have to wait until they "push out" all the other orders they have now because my order was on the rack and they already made it. We go back and forth about this, I tell her I didn't get my order. She says they put it out there and is basically BLAMING ME for my order being on the rack and MY not being there. I tell her I've never had an order on the rack EVER and she says "yah it's our new policy to put orders on the rack." [Even though in the time I've stood there, no others orders were put on the rack either.] I ask her how long it will be. She goes to the back and checks and tells me "about 2 orders." I am baffled about how this is being handled. I feel like I'm being punked. I ask her if she's being serious, that I have to wait even longer even though I placed my order almost an hour ago at this point. I have now been here for 20-25 minutes; I leave to go get my phone out of my car. Two minutes later, I'm back and they miraculously hand me my order so somehow they figure out a way to do my order before "pushing out the other orders." Needless to say, it's not worth the aggravation of going here. [*This order was for my teenage son; had it been for me, I would have cancelled and demanded a refund. It's pointless to attempt to contact customer service via the app, no one responds. How do I know? Yummy. Came in for my daughter who loves chipo. It was really busy because I think they were having a school Fundraiser. We have come to this location for over nine years. We have always had a very good experience with the staff. They are always friendly the location is always clean. Today was no different. On a Tuesday afternoon when you don't feel like cooking dinner after a long long day of running errands and the kids are leaving their afterschool clubs late this is the perfect place to stop. My son whom rather have WingStop, it's right next-door so it works out perfectly for the entire family. When it comes to fast food restaurants are usually stick to my usuals. And my favorites here have always been the steak bowl's, with white rice, black beans, fajitas, corn, pico, crema, guac, lettuce. With a side flour tortilla. My daughter gets the exact same thing but in the kids meal size which is perfect. I have found that I can never finish my bowl and I might have to start getting her kids meal for my size. Since it is always plenty food for her and I. We will definitely keep coming back to one of our favorite fast food places in our little town. read more

I went on 01/12/2025 around 11:30am, the girl who was working at the register, literally grabbed chicken with her bare hands from the container and stuffed her mouth. She then did not wash her hands and proceeded to check me out. I was in shock and too nervous to say anything because I'm not one to complain and she looked young so maybe she didn't know, so I tried to move forward. I went to scan my chipotle rewards which she insisted did scan, but I checked my rewards and no they did not scan. When I got home, I ended up just throwing away my food. The other girl who was Hispanic and putting together the food was really nice and helpful. However, she should've also said something to her coworker. That's disgusting and considering all the outbreaks there are, hand washing should be the bare minimum someone does in food, and you should not stick your hand in the food especially after handling cash and such. This franchise location is the only location that does not offer me my law enforcement. The first time I went I was not in uniform and they told me that I had to be in uniform. Today I went and they told me that the agency/department that I work for does not qualify. I spoke to the line manager and he informed me that the law enforcement discount is only for police officers who work for the county and city. I have been to multiple different franchise locations all over the nation and always not in my uniform and I have never had any issues. Yet this franchise location does not trouble giving free food to a dying pet based on a review that I read. At least I know where I stand with this particular franchise location. read more

I have gone to Chipotle for as long as I can remember and have mostly always been satisfied. Recently I changed to the Keto diet so I was super excited to see that they came out with the cauliflower rice. I attempted to order online, but for some reason the cauliflower rice was unavailable to order, so I made the trip to go in and order. Firstly, the girl who made my bowls was incredibly rude and acted like I was putting her out by asking her to do her actual job. Then as she plopped the ingredients into the bowl, there was literally barely any food in the bowl as you can see by the photo. Once I got to the register, the lady was very nice, I asked why the portions were so small and she explained that the cauliflower rice was only a 2 ounce portion, which they charge $2 extra for. These new bowls are a complete rip off. I paid $15 for a carne asada bowl with barely any cauliflower rice and very little meat. You can literally see the bottom of the bowl. Ridiculous... and since there were 3 of us, I had to get 3. The bowl was a bit spicy for some reason and was nothing special. I definitely won't be wasting my money there again.
