This place is an absolute gem in Buckeye. Fair warning, you'll feel like you're driving down an industrial road when suddenly, out of the corner of your eye, you spot a couple of gourmet taco trucks, an awning, and seating for 75+ people. Don't let the setting fool you, this spot is the real deal. My only regret? I couldn't eat all three meals here. The breakfast burritos are a gift from God and these do not disappoint. The chorizo and bacon combo, loaded with fresh salsa, is outstanding. And everything coming off the grill looks incredible. Great food truck. The food is really good for the area, the servers work quickly and with a good attitude, and the ambiance is decent. There are outside fans and a shaded area if you choose to eat there. There's also a pretty big parking lot in case you just want to order and dip out. Visited Sunday morning. Stood in line about 10 mins with 2 couples in front. The couple in front of us left mad. When we reached the window the lady said they were having trouble with the grill and it would be 30mins before we could order. Jacky's is a food truck with covered open air seating. They serve a wide variety of Mexican food. We both had burritos. My wife had the chicken burrito and really enjoyed it. I had the beef breakfast burrito which was outstanding. All food is served "to go" and the burritos came with delightful red chipotle sauce and green tomatillo sauce. We sat and ate ours there. I recommend Jacky's to go anytime and eating there in temperate weather. read more

The al pastor meat is extremely greasy, Ive tried giving them lots of chances but even the burritos look orange because of the grease in the meat. I've mentioned it to them, but they don't seem to care. They also need to change the business hours in Google, Yelp, and their voicemail....7am to 9pm daily.....it's incorrect...I drove down there and it was closed. I tried all of the meat options for tacos here except shrimp and i am so confused on what they gave me. 2 out of all of them were actually good but i couldnt tell which meats they were, 2 of them were super dry, and then the last two were just the same meat(which is strange because we asked for 1 of each) and i think they fry it in oil which wouldve been good if they used clean oil and didnt burn it until it looked like a cremation. Those last two had the worst flavor and texture out of literally anything ive ever eaten in my entire life, it was like eating charcoal that had been put into black frier oil. Tacos! Tacos! Tacos! Love me some tacos! Being in the area there isn't much around here other than off the street spots. Like others have said you have to pay attention to not miss the entrance. Going east will be on your right, going west will be on the left. Once you get there looks a bit abandoned but just park and walk in. You order in one truck and pick up on the other truck. Prices are good for the food. I got myself three tacos, two asada and one pastor. I will say the asada was better than pastor. It does take a bit of time to get your order. During summer I can see not being fun sitting and eating here. But they have fans and shade just in case you want to eat there. Beware tho there are flies. You can tell if Mexican food will be good if there are Hispanic guests.. at peak lunchtime there was one white family here. Salsa is like hot sauce soup, it's just liquid and quite spicy. The tortilla chips are Mission Rounds! Not what I would call authentic. Trash and ants on ground. We ordered the same thing and the meals were very inconsistently sized. Jacky's was recommended to me as I've been trying to find a good spot for Mexican food. I ordered 2 tacos and a burrito today, food prices are good. It's the first burrito I've had in Arizona that had beans and rice inside, which I've been looking for. The pastor was tasty and had a good flavor. My only complaint is they forgot the sour cream and guacamole in the burrito, it was definitely missed. Will try again as I liked the food. read more

It doesn't look like much. Honestly, when you drive by, you don't want to pull in. Not because there's anything wrong but because it looks like an abandoned farm area. But you know it's the right place (sometimes) because there are a couple of cars out depending on the time you visit. I even miss it sometimes when driving past because there's really no sign until you're RIGHT THERE. You just have to follow the GPS and slow down when you approach the entrance. I'm SO GLAD I DID, THOUGH! Their food is amazing! Breakfast burritos are super delicious and huge. I would have never tried this place had it not been for their great reviews. Don't drive too fast or you will miss Jacky's located on McDowell Road. It's two taco trucks at the back of a small gated lot and if your are driving too fast you will miss it. I love find hole in the wall places. Definitely off the beaten path but worth the detour. A good selection and variety of dishes. I gauge a Mexican place by the lengua. If you don't serve it, you're not worth a stop. This place has it along with cabeza (yum). I ordered a lengua taco and pollo sope. From the pics I posted, the sope was huge. Yes that is a just one sope. Equivalent to two sopes. The chicken was tasty but I prefer a crispier shell but still pretty good. The lengua came in big chunks. I thought this is gonna be hard and chewy. I was happily wrong. It was so soft and melted in your mouth. This is definitely gonna be a regular stop on my visits to Phoenix. There are many Mexican food Places in Buckeye but what makes them stand out is their portion which is always generous and they are always consistent with the quality of their food.
