This chipotle is absolutely despicable, I've been coming here at least once a month for the past 3 years via the drive through pick up and countless times have they missed entire entrees, forgotten to give the drink, or forgotten the chips. This is the last straw for me. The burrito is so puny and sad and I was so excited to have a nice lunch and this is what I get. They forgot the pico, corn, and the cheese. I typically wouldn't leave a review for a chipotle just because I know what to expect when I go in, but this last time was just uncomfortable for me. I went in about 45 minutes before close which I normally wouldn't do, but they're open late and it sounded good. I walked in and for a second, I thought maybe they had closed early bc they had taken apart the line to clean it. I got closer and the lady wiping down the counter was just glaring at me like I was inconveniencing her and just ignored me. It took a while before the cashier came over to help me. They had placed all the food on the counter behind them and I just had to yell over the Prince Royce they were playing. They were out of a lot of things which I don't feel like it's fair to be upset about but I got home to eat (less than a 10 min drive) my food was just so cold. I normally haven't had any issues with this location. But today, I ordered ahead online -- a chicken burrito bowl with guacamole. What was on my bowl was NOT guacamole. It was a warmed up avocado smashed on top of the bowl that was covered in lettuce (that I did not order) to disguise it. It had none of the flavor that they normally use for their guacamole and it was, frankly, disgusting! I like avocados, but they upcharged for guacamole and then served this? Gross! This is one of the better Chipotle locations, there is ample staff and good traffic to keep food fresh. The portions are a little small but flavors are consistent, it's a must to have to ask for a little more rice. Not much else to say, it's quick meal to grab Chipotle. read more

This Chipotle is the worst. First order wasn't ready on time. I had to wait extra 20 mins. They are very cheap when ordering online or through the app, since no one is watching when they make the burrito or the bowl. My burrito was the size of a soda 12 oz can which not how big the burrito is from chipotle. My wife had a bowl and that was disappointing too. I went back and talked to the manager. He was very rude. He grabbed the order from me, tossed it away. 10 minutes later, a guy came with my order again. It was the same thing. I asked since when the burritos are this size, he said that the are all portioned and blah blah. It's BS. I didn't want to make a scene. Upon entry, the place was filthy. A person with no mask was allowed in and standing over the food breathing on everything!! The shield covering the food needs to be extended OVER the food. How is this place still operating? Never in my life have I witnessed such awful staff in regards to guest service, food safety and just overall attitude. Went in on 3/10/21 for a simple bowl. No hand washing before making my bowl, the heavyset girl with glasses making my bowl didn't listen to my requests resulting in Mexican food soup because she couldn't drain the salsa correctly. If you are looking to order online with the chipotle app so you don't have to wait in line or don't really want to be around people or whatever your reasoning may be to order online this location is not the place to do so, I ordered 30 minutes in advance just to make sure my food would be on their little shelf for pick up and got there a bit earlier then needed (2 minutes not a big deal to wait 2 minutes) so my pick up comes around and then 30 minutes goes by and still no food for pick up but multiple other peoples orders were made and put out and all of the staff didn't seem to have to time to answer a question so around that 35 minute mark someone asked if I was waiting for something and then they were looking around in their computer for my order and asked for my name... three times because apparently they couldn't find it so I guess I learned I'll just have to go in and wait in line if I actually want to get out of their in a timely manner. read more

I am not a huge fan of this location. It is usually busy with long lines and a seemingly slow moving line. I have been here when they have been out of sauces, different fountain drinks (sometimes multiple flavors at the same time), somewhat dirty because of the volume they seem to do. I like to park in the back and use the back door, it isn't so crowded. I also make it a point to order online when going to this location for lunch so I avoid the line hear. My food has always been good as long as they are not out of Tabasco sauce. This place isn't as bad as the Apple Valley location that I completely avoid! read more

Simply awful. I understand that it is very difficult to attract good employees these days, but I think the problem with this location is 100% due to incompetent management. I am used to ingredient shortages at this location and while not being able to get what I want I usually put up with it because it is close to my house. I encountered new levels of poor customer service and general incompetence this week: --Sunday: The store was closed in the middle of the afternoon. There was a small sign on the door stating that the store was closed for the day. --Monday: The store is open. A clearly overworked employee informs me that the store is only taking online orders. I might take that in stride given the post-pandemic job market but the employees tone was cold and rude. I was clearly being to to get the &$%# out before I said a word. All of the other employees looked stressed and exhausted. Dear Manager, You clearly have a very busy location. I can't see that continuing as things are. Make sure that the store is stocked with ingredients, shut down the store and hire some staff as opposed to limping along and randomly closing because you don't have enough staff, lock the front door and put a BIG sign on it that says "ONLINE ORDERS ONLY" instead of confusing customers and leaving overworked staff to explain (I didn't make a scene, but based on this experience they are clearly triggered and sick of dealing with complaints). Get it together or close until you can run a proper business.
