The people running thr truck are friendly and funny. Most of the food took about 10 minutes but one of us waited almost 20 minutes. Everything was cooked to order, hot and fresh though. I got the ghost wings and they were amazing! My coworker got the catfish and hush puppies and everything was soooooo good. If you ever see this truck, I recommend it for sure. I also added on $6 seasoned fries. Definitely not worth it. Fries were just okay and not worth $6 from a portion size and taste perspective. I also asked for ranch, and I was happy to not be charged extra. But my gosh, that was probably the worst ranch I've ever had. Just not good at all. Looking back, I probably wouldn't pick these guys again if there are other food trucks in the area. That said, I do kind of want to try their pulled pork and pulled pork fries.
