What wonderful surprise to find a great Mexican taco/torta/burrito truck in the middle of nowhere. I had the Burrito con Asada, sin arroz, with a chopped Jalepeno mixed in. The Asada was full of flavor, not too greasy and the burrito was packed. With the addition of the homemade salsa verde and salsa roja, it was reminiscent of great burritos I've had in Los Angeles. A definite 5 stars. My partner had the Quesadilla con Pollo thinking it might be lighter but beware, it is a meal. Delicious but filling and oh so tasty with the accompaniment of the homemade salsas. While mozzarella isn't quite the same as queso blanca or queso fresco, it worked well. Seems some traditional ingredients are perhaps hard to get in this area. The menu covers the essentials (Burritos, Tacos, Tortas, etc.) and with mix and match choice of protein, it should cover most every taste. Options include bowls for those that want to forgo the delicious tortillas. Overall, a great find. Next time I'm in Burnsville or surrounding environs, I will be sure to hunt this place down. Definitely want to explore the other menu items.

Before going straight to the truck, we tried to find a menu online with pricing to decide what we wanted. We found a few different things online but nothing that was accurate. Also it would be great if they had a online order option as well cause we have short lunch breaks. We all went out to the truck and got great service. The people running thr truck are friendly and funny. Most of the food took about 10 minutes but one of us waited almost 20 minutes. Everything was cooked to order, hot and fresh though. I got the ghost wings and they were amazing! My coworker got the catfish and hush puppies and everything was soooooo good. If you ever see this truck, I recommend it for sure. I will be a repeat customer.

I expected the wings to be tossed in the sauce, instead, the sauce was simply squirted on. This created inconsistent flavor bites. Some parts of the wing had no sauce, other areas had too much. I also added on $6 seasoned fries. Definitely not worth it. Fries were just okay and not worth $6 from a portion size and taste perspective. I also asked for ranch, and I was happy to not be charged extra. But my gosh, that was probably the worst ranch I've ever had. Just not good at all. Looking back, I probably wouldn't pick these guys again if there are other food trucks in the area. That said, I do kind of want to try their pulled pork and pulled pork fries. Fresh, tasty, nice touch of cheese and the sauces were a big plus. Tacos were 3 for $12 and the enchiladas was 4 pieces for $12. They also have a variety of drinks. I hope they come back for more Vikings games and other big events at USBS.

The staff cashier and shave ice crafters were friendly and approachable. Definitely worth it. I also saw mocha on the menu, but my heart was already set on mangonada.
