This location recently opened so I thought I would give it a try. We arrived around 3 in the afternoon so there was no line and when we went in we were greeted right away. The young lady asked what I would like and I said a salad with steak. She proceeded to scoop a little bit of salad that was soaked in water in my bowl and put a half scoop of steak on top (yes, she gave me a half scoop for $9.70). I could still see the bottom of my bowl through the lettuce. I proceeded to add the Pico, corn salsa, cheese, and hot sauce and finished everything off with a scoop of guacamole. Again it was a half scoop for $2.50! I have been at other Chipotle locations that when you ask for guacamole they give you a full scoop. When we went to check out we asked the young man if they provided a military discount and he was extremely rude and said "No" like he was disgusted we even asked. Not a I'm sorry not at this time or I'm sorry we do not offer a military discount, just distain. I was so disgusted I just wanted to leave but it was late in the day and I hadn't eaten. When I received my bowl there was hardly anything in it and a puddle of water at the bottom. I ate it anyway and was still hungry. I can't believe this cost $12.20. My husband ordered a bowl with steak, brown rice, pinto beans and a couple of additional toppings. He also got the guacamole for $2.50 and he too only got a half a scoop. He said his bowl tasted decent but won't be back because of the quality and service we received. These two bowls totaled $26 and we still had to go get something else to eat because there was barely anything in the bowl. We absolutely will not be back. read more

I visited the restaurant with my two children, ages 7 and 11. Each child ordered a burrito bowl inside the restaurant -- one with steak and one with chicken. The store was very busy, and the line was moving quickly while the children selected their toppings. After we sat down to eat, the children realized the bowls had been mixed up. The toppings and ingredients intended for the steak bowl were on the chicken bowl and vice versa. Because the orders were incorrect, I returned inside the restaurant to politely explain the situation and request the correct bowls. I was instructed to throw both bowls into the trash at the register and then get back in line for replacements. After waiting in line again and receiving the corrected bowls, I was shocked when the manager told me I had to pay for the replacement meals. I did not understand why I was being expected to pay again for an error that was clearly made by the restaurant staff. The manager's attitude throughout the interaction was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional -- not only toward me, but also toward my young children. When I explained that I did not believe I should have to pay again for food that had originally been prepared incorrectly, the manager instructed the cashier to take the replacement bowls and throw them away in the back. I then asked for the manager's name because I intended to report the incident to corporate customer service. The manager responded by saying that I "didn't need her name." This entire experience was embarrassing, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. No customer -- especially families with children -- should be treated in this manner over a simple order correction. After reading online reviews for the Camden, Delaware Chipotle location, I noticed this store has some of the lowest customer ratings in the state. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can understand why. I pre ordered online. I paid for extras but when I got home and looked at my order, I hadn't received anything I paid for.

Horrible place, every time I order Izze "they never have it". This is just a theory based on my experiences. So I always ordered through the app. I always get an Izze but this location never seems to have them. -The first time it happened the first employee said they didn't have and took a second look and "found" one. -Second employee mumbled to the first employee to hide it and tell us they didn't have any. -First employee told Second employee that we already saw it in their hand, second employee looked angry and told them to just hand it to us. Okay, weird right!? Now every time we ordered the Izze, they never have. Either this location has bad restock or here comes my theory.... The employees are telling customers they don't have it and are drinking it themselves. I had reported it on the Chipotle app whenever they "don't have" but at this rate Chipotle just going to think im scamming them out of the drink to get a credit back or whatever. Food is always cold when you take out. We have ordered 5 times and each and every takeout order is missing or they substitute with some food for example white rice instead of brown and the white rice was under done to boot, I wanted black beans, didn't get any beans, ordered guacamole didn't get it, they added crema which I did not order and lastly there were green peppers which we didn't ask for. A new Chipotle is what we needed in Camden. Walking in it looked like a bomb went off in the kitchen. There was two people at the serving line while the a few of the other employees in the kitchen were on their phones. I bet if the owner was actually running the store things would have been different. I ordered on app. Two bowls 1 steak bowl and 1 chicken bowl. My steak bowl was half empty and had big pieces of green peppers scattered throughout. Found a quarter slice of avocado that wasn't even mashed or cut. Had only 6 small small pieces of steak in the entire bowl. So disappointed with this. The chicken bowl was piled nicely but again huge pieces of green peppers scattered throughout. I ordered a small bag of chips and guacamole on the side. The bag had maybe 10 chips total and half of them were crumbled and broken. The guacamole was un edible. Big pieces of green peppers and big pieces of red onions and something else they put into it that made it EXTREMELY spicy. My wife ate one bite and literally throw up because of the heat. And she likes spicy food. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at chipotle!!!! I won't be recommending or returning anytime soon and I hope they lose a lot of business. Ordered a veggie bowl and a small queso as a mobile order with pickup at the restaurant. The bowl was completely filled with rice and all the other toppings were very light on top. The guacamole was a very small scoop. The queso was very warm, but had a very strange texture. It was not creamy as I've had in the past, but was thick, almost like cream cheese. One taste and I knew something was definitely wrong. It had a sour taste almost as if it had spoiled and then reheated. i love chipotle. ive never had any issues going here, i think the foods very good and i go alot.

they got one star only because I had to give something. this place is the worst chipotle I've EVER been to!!! had to tell them my order numerous times cause they were too busy looking out the front window to hear what I was asking for. there was food alllllllll over everywhere! on the floor, all over the line where they were making our food, all over all the tables and even down the table legs/bars. our food containers were slid through all that mess and sour cream was everywhere all over our container. I asked for them to clean it off and all they did was smear it all over so now it was on the sides and top of the containers too. I had to ask for side orders of guacamole like 5 times before she understood. she just kept shaking her head yes but wouldn't give it to me. had to ask for my cup for my drink......I don't think she was even paying attention to what she was doing!! final straw was going into the bathroom and it was beyond disgusting. poop everywhere, pee everywhere, I literally almost threw up it was so gross!!!!! told the manager and I honestly think she was scared and simply didn't know what to do.
