We drove to meet the rest of our people to eat in for a change. Hot fresh food is better and then... Food: No ice, lettuce, or tea. Chicken was given partial spoon because it wasn't done yet. Team member rolling the burritos couldn't do it without breaking the tortilla. Gave up and told her to give me a bowl. Chips should NOT be chewy. I've had crisper gum. I will say one positive - at least they are no longer serving raw chicken. The food they did have was cold. Food safety??? We know Chipotle historically has issues. Not made aware upfront or offered refund when we mentioned the issues to the staff. Called the customer service at 1-800-CHIPOTLE and was hung up on because I don't speak fluent Spanish. For real? DIRTY! Nothing was stocked by the drinks except trash and spilled drinks. We will not talk about the tables and floors. Not sure why we keep giving them chances. We have had so many hiccups/poor experiences with this Chipotle; however, our last visit was probably the worst and last visit at this location for our family. We will drive the additional 15 minutes to Pickerington if we have to (our kids LOVE Chipotle). We stopped by Chipotle around 6:30 PM this past Monday and they were literally out of everything (chicken, barbacoa, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce - to be exact) yet all employees were standing around chatting like it was closing time. All of the salsas were messy and mixed together too - you could see sour cream spilled in some of the salsas as well. It was not a pleasant sight to see. While checking out, I asked the cashier what time the restaurant closed - she gave me a dirty look and told me 11. Once we got home, we realized that both of our bags of chips were stale too. The honest question that I have is - if you still four and a half hours until closing time - why are you not continuing to make fresh food and cleaning up the food stations? Poor customer service. Poor cleanliness. Just skip this location and visit one of the other surrounding restaurants. After a long day of travel, my wife and I were thrilled to know Chipotle was open another hour and 15 minutes (we arrived at 9:45pm). When we entered, we noticed all of the tables were dirty and the floor wasn't swept although there weren't any customers in the restaurant. Two workers were inside, one cleaning the grill and the other preparing for close. We stood there for a good 3-4 minutes before my wife finally asked if they were still open. The person working the grill turned around and said "yes but we are out of (insert 70% of the menu). No apologies. No empathy. We simply walked out. went for my grandson's fundraiser there. Not ready for people coming at when when it began. I was served the very last white rice sitting in the container and the same thing for the "fresh" guacamole that was already turned dark. My husband asked for fresh steak and our server just looked at him and didn't do as my husband asked. Also, everything was not prepared for a crowd coming in as the man in front of me asked for fajitas, he had to wait and then was given a tiny amount and there wasn't enough made for the next person who would want any of that. I'm going to start this review by stating that I understand places are short staffed right now and that is impacting the fast food industry. I don't believe this is the case for this specific location. There are always 4-6 employees standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. I've been to this location numerous times thinking something will change and get let down every single time. I don't even know where to start. The service is awful. I've had the same encounter with almost everyone who works here. They don't care. They're apathetic to everything and it shows. I went in once and requested chips with my meal and was told that they were out. The customer behind me actually threw a fit after being told and I watched an employee go back and pull out a bin of what I assume were either old chips, or actual chips that they didn't want to bag and give him some. Almost every time I come to this location I am told that they are out of rice. Tonight, I decided to order doordash on the way home from work and pick it up since it was on the way. When I walked in, the person said "just tell the customer we don't have any rice and they can cancel it" in a rude tone. I don't think he realized that I was the customer. I quickly cancelled my order through doordash and left. You might as well go to Taco Bell or Wendy's across the street because you're not going to ever get what you want from this location. They need to get new management or change something about their hiring process. read more

When I receive my pick up order, I open up the wrapping to realize the burrito hadn't even been folded correctly, so all the contents of my burrito were scattered in the foil. i've had so many problems with this location a lot of it was during Covid... shortages of the main ingredients ( which typical you never found out until you got all the way up to order sign on ad Door would've saved a lot of heartache, but that was then) That issue and not getting what I ordered, especially ordering online. I decided to give it another chance now that a lot of the Covid and shortage issues are over so tonight I went there to order a chicken burrito was at 8:00 PM so they are supposed to be open until 10 PM so another two hours. The restaurant itself was dining room with filthy with food on the tables and on the floor, including the work area behind the counter. I started to order my burrito and I was informed that they were out of queso, corn salsa, and sour cream. I stopped the young lady at that point, because there is no need to go any further, there was need to figure out what else they were out of because at that point I knew I wasn't going to order. They were already out of some of the main ingredients for my order. I'm done with this location even though it's closest to my house. This location has been so bad for so long. We try this location periodically because it is close to out home. Went in tonight. Out of cheese and tomatoes. Seems they are frequently out of something, but cheese, really? I commented there should be a discount to compensate, was informed, "We don't charge for cheese". I just visited this location and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I walked in and they immediately tell me that they are only taking online orders. The thing is, there was a WHOLE line of people waiting for their order. So, what would the difference be from me ordering my food while I'm in the store than having to order online in my car, and having to stand in line anyway? That makes absolutely no sense. I literally saw the food sitting right there, and you can't take my order? I would NEVER eat at a Chipotle when I could not see them prepare my food. Third visit since summer. Place has been really dirty - they never clean the glass where you select your food, and counters are always smeared with food. It's grotesque. I stopped in because I saw there were only 10 people in line. After about 10 minutes I was next in line and this is when the fun started. The young man working the line was new and clearly in over his head. The entire front end staff started working on online orders and completely ignored all of the in-store customers. I understand that you have promise times for online orders, but to completely ignore people sitting right in front of you is unacceptable. I asked what was going on, and they told me they had to complete the online orders first. I asked them why they didn't have a separate prep station strictly for the online orders so that everything could keep flowing. He said he didn't know. The food was good and fresh, that is not the problem with this specific location. The problem is absolutely piss poor management. If you are experiencing or about to experience a dinner rush, get more people to the front of the house to help out! If you want the best Chipotle in town go to the Brice/Tussing location. read more
