The food today was SUPER salty. The chips were also over cooked. Normally the guacamole is the best but today I could barely eat it-it was so salty. I only ate about 1/3 of the chips. Not sure what went wrong today. If this happens again I will have to pass and no longer come here. read more

Went in about 9:35pm or so, staff was great but disappointed that they were out so many things. It doesn't make sense to me why be open if so many items are not available. An open sign shouldn't be on if a restaurant refuses to make things that they have the ingredients for just because they close in an hour. They were out of: - cheese (both shredded and queso) - pico de gallo - guacamole - fajitas - brown rice I drove 25 minutes to get here as it was the closest place with healthy options open. I started to make a bowl but the only things in my bowl after seeing what they were out of were white rice, chicken, sour cream, and lettuce so I just told them I was fine and didn't want my bowl anymore as it didn't look very appetizing. I've noticed this is a common problem with chipotles after 8:30pm. They won't make anything when closing time is only an 1 and a half away - and once they run out they just say sorry and expect you to eat rice beans and meat with no toppings. Probably won't go here late night anymore. Instead I'll just go to Los Dos Agaves up the street, since they have a pretty good steak salad. Which is too bad because normally I would go for chipotle since they have non-GMO ingredients. Just to be clear, the staff was great and the employees seemed to empathize with my frustration. I assume they are just following directions, and probably instructed by management to not prep foods after a certain time. Disappointed. No one greeted me even though I made eye contact with an employee they proceeded to go into the back. I was waiting for my mobile order to be put on the shelf as I had just ordered it and I assumed they were still making it. 10 min goes by, no one else in the store this entire time and no one from the back came out or went away from their work stations to ask if I needed anything or if I had a mobile order. Finally, I went up to ask about my order as the time it was due hit and I still didn't see it on the rack. I let them know about my online order and she went to the back to bring it out implying they had been done with it a while (as it was warm not hot when I finally bit into it...) And when she gave it to me I said thank you but she didn't say anything and just turned around. Not even a "You're welcome" or "Have a great evening!" This maybe a first world complaint, but it was not very professional. It was odd, I felt very unwelcome here. Never coming to this location again. read more

Consumer beware!! Be very careful ordering here! I am allergic to gluten, so ordered a rice bowl and a family member ordered a burrito. When we picked up the order, there was two burritos! We were so excited for Canby to get a new restaurant. We went to Chipotle on a Sunday evening. There were no adults working just a bunch of kids. The food was cold, and it looked like it had been sitting there awhile. The portion was so small for the $18.00 per person we spent. The kids working were more interested in the other kids coming in to get some dinner. If I could give it 1/2 a star I would. I will not be going back. read more

We were looking forward to having a Chipotle in town but every time we go in it's worse than the time before. When they first opened we did a catering order and it was great. We've gone back a few time since then and we likely won't go back. The food line has been a mess, they've been out of vinaigrette, and they're skimpy on portions for the price. The last visit put us over the edge with lack of hygiene, so we walked out. Worker came from the back with gloves on, went to the register, touched the register screen, touched her hair and her face, then came back to the line without changing her gloves and touched the next persons food. Gross! That in addition to the prep and food line being a mess was just too much for us to look past. They need to bring in proper management at this location for it to be a success. read more

We love Chipotle. The server who dished up our order tonight was obviously not a happy camper who did not endeavor to provide fair and regular serving amounts. I know it's hard to find young people willing to work with a smile, but management might present an improved ambience even with fewer staff if they all knew how to smile at customers. read more

Tortillas were cold on the burrito, and the burrito was barely covered with the foil. So need to cook tortillas longer and fully cover the food so it's not exposed. Love Chipotle but they need to do better! read more

I ordered burrito, tasted good, but assembled in a way that nothing gets mixed together. Take a bite on one side, lettuce, take a bite on other side, all the meat and rice. Spread the ingredients out rather than just globs. read more
