Seriously worst Chipotle I've been to! Waited in line for twenty minutes patiently then was greeted by some of the rudest service ever. The food seemed off to what were are use to...had to take the chips back twice because they were so stale and still didn't receive fresh ones. The place in general was filthy and for the cherry on top they now have their salt in Tabasco bottles with no tops so I dumped a whole pile of salt on the crap food . Needless to say I'm officially boycotting this location and Cedar Hill for that matter because it SUCKS so bad. read more

Slow slow slow, the previous visit I spent 45 mins in line so this go around I called it in to save the time. But ended up being just as long don't bother doing call ins they take just as long if not longer. I waited for 30 mins while they prepared my food. Over the phone was told it would be ready in 15 mins I waited 20 mins before leaving that way and still waited an additional 30 mins. On top of that. Just ridiculous never again. This is the worse chipotle in TX. Barely gives u meat & to top it off they barely refill the food . No enthusiasm . If you're on the line then make sure the food is getting refilled so that we aren't waiting for u to holler for meat . especially veggies . Clearly you see when it's getting low read more

Chipotle in general is amazing. This location is weaksauce. I worked at Chipotle for almost two years and ate the food every day. The Cedar Hill location's food is bland. They don't use enough citrus juice and/or cilantro in my opinion. It's also usually a lot of teens/younger people working, and I hate saying this 'cause I KNOW there are some great teens in customer service, but I feel like it negatively impacts the service at this location. It's not horrible. It's not even really that bad at all. I just have high expectations of Chipotle (as I know Chipotle has for themselves...at most locations...) and I'd rather drive to the one in Grand Prairie. read more

Long wait as usual. This place must have buy one get one free with how packed it is. Unfortunately, when I get to the front that is not the case. Slow workers? I love chipotle. The food in all of the location tastes the same. This location is no exception. The only bad thing about chipotle is the long line! Well also when they get greedy with the meat and guacamole. The inside is nice, and they have a small eating area outside. Plenty of parking. I've never had issues with the staff. read more

What! Is going on at this location. Before Web order, called to see if credit card needed to be shown for pick up, no one ever answered the phone. Ok, picked up order, both bowls were barely filled with food items. I mean it seems there were 2 tablespoons of each ingredient inside the already packed tote bag. I'm like, are these people happy to work here or what is going on at this Cedar Hill Chipotle. I tried to call again and the phone rang, I counted 15 times and ended with " please put your code in" and then clicked off. Where is the owner of this franchise? Is he alive? Once I called to speak to the manager on the phone and they kept saying he wasn't available. I walk in and get in line and see the manager who disappears into the back when I tell the cashier I had called 20 minutes earlier for the manager. The long line is ridiculous! They have 5 ppl working the line and I've been waiting for 20 minutes. I would leave but I've already parked, walked in, stood in line...basically wasting time. Let's see how long it takes for me to get my order:(. I'm still in line 10 mins later. It took me 42 mins to get my order. This is a decently good Chipotle location. It's the only one in the area, so lunch time is typically a madhouse. I did find a dead bug in my lettuce, which I handed to the cashier. She didn't know what to do with it, and just threw it away. She didn't offer me anything, but I didn't ask. Oh well. read more

Like the food. Always busy though so order online or on the app. They're also slower than other Chipotles so that doesn't help.

Portion sizes have definitely lessened but the prices are the same (high). I always use the app and just walk in and walk up to the register. The line is always long and they tend to be a little slow in service. read more

At one point, the person assembling burrito stopped to talk with an off duty employee behind me while I waited. For the most part this place normally gets on my nerves they don't serve you right and sometimes the rice is not fully cooked and every week there are new employees and most of the time they have an attitude but I come because that's the only one near me. This evening I was blessed by a sister in Christ who treated us to a meal due to my recent foot ssurgery. My friend had prepaid for two burritos and two drinks. Once I got there on a walker, the order had been made for over an hour, so I asked if I could get it remade. The young lady with a bad attitude threw the order in the back and made the request for a reorder. She gave me no eye contact and immediately started serving on the serving line. She didn't ask how or what I wanted on the burrito. So, I asked another employee to get her attention so that I could inform them that I did not want any rice. The same rude employee said that rice had already been put on it. I told her that when I'd asked for a recooked order, she left-so fast and with attitude to start serving before I had a chance to tell her to leave off rice. Thankfully another server overheard had made them without the rice. When given my order, the employee with attitude gave me a bag with no handles and two empty cups for drinks for me to carry while struggling on a walker. I asked if I could get a bag with handles and she unkindly gave me one. Thankfully a customer came to my rescue and asked them to give me a tray for the drinks. She also opened the door and held the drinks while I struggled to leave. That employee really had no care to help one who is disabled. It really hurt my feelings and discouraged me from ever wanting to return again. read more

super fresh & tasty HEALTHY food done right!!! yes they're always busy but that's because they're the only 1 in the area and the food is awesome!!! if you don't have time for the line, they do fax/online orders too. walk straight to the cashier when you go to pick it up. They do a fantastic catering business too... check it out for your next office party or home gathering :-) try the salad w/ chicken - i usually ask for my rice n beans on the side :-) it's great. oh yeah... the team members at Chipotle work really hard, please be nice to them. read more

I've been to 7 Chipotle locations in the DFW area, all of them meeting the high standards Chipotle has set for itself. Except this location. I have been to this one a few times, and I have never seen such a dirty, unkept Chipotle with an unprofessional and lacking staff. While I understand almost every Chipotle gets very busy throughout the day, this location had a huge staff when I've visited and the tables and floor were still dirty and ignored. From what I've seen from many other locations, this one is the exception to the rule fortunately, but it just gives a bad name to Chipotle. read more

Where are the corporate managers to come in and make this ship run more effectively? If you know it'll be busy don't put passive and confused workers on the line during peek hours!! Then you have employees just sitting around as if there's nothing for them to do. As if they don't have common sense to jump in and lend a helping hand to their fellow confused coworkers who are drowning. Chipotle is chipotle. They are consistent; however standing in line for 15-20 minutes is not cool. I agree with the other yelpers, this place is super slow. Hopefully I'll get a better experience with the food. Once I made it to the food line things went pretty quick. They had 5 servers working so there was very little downtime. I ordered a burrito bowl. Third person in today, it's 11am. No warm greeting. Managers and staff eating at front table. No one on line. Every time we come here it is the same thing. Floors dirty from day before. Food debris from the night before still on floors and booths. Something about this area, service in general has declined. This use to be one of my favorite chipotles to go to until today. I ordered my food on the app and when I got there my food wasn't even close to be done. I guess there was a lady that had to cut the chicken and tell me why she was sitting down with the managers and some other co workers just talking like there was no costumers in the restaurant. They did give me a free bowl and chips and guacamole. But I did have to ask for a discount they didn't do it on there own. Eventually at the end I still got charged for the chips and guacamole. The cashier seem like she didn't know what she was doing. And they also only had one girl doing the to go orders and the walk in customers. While her managers and some other of her team members just sat around talking to each other. This other lady came in looking for her To go order and best believe it wasn't near ready as well. To top it off my bowls won't even close to what I ordered. Smh! Chipotle let me down. read more

The service was alright for the most part, but they had the music up really loud so I had a hard time hearing the people behind the counter. My complaint is mostly about the food. Now I've never been to Chipotle before, so I may or may not be ratting on this particular location, but the food was pretty meh. I ordered this huge burrito that was bursting at the seams with food, but there was no taste to it, and it wasn't mixed well at all. Do not eat at this location. I live five minutes from this location and I drive all the way to Grand Prairie off Carrier to get some Chipotle. The cedar hill location was cool when they first opened, but now OMG terrible. They always running out of something and they give you very little. Order online unless you like standing in line for ever. This place is the slowest Chipotle I've ever been to. But the food is still good.

I never go out my way to give bad reviews but this location just topped the cake for me. There employees are VERY VERY VERY stingy with the food. And don't you dare try and ask for more they will roll their eyes sling your food around and give you pinch more or charge you extra. How are you going to charge me more when you only gave me a pinch. You guys are killing people with your food the least you could do is have good customer service for those of us who choose to still give you our business. read more

I wonder does Chipotle management or corporate even look at yelp reviews, because no matter what day or time, this has to be the SLOWEST Chipotle I've ever been too. The main complaint you will read about this location are the long lines. The reason for that is due to the slow service. I've been to other locations that had long lines, but customers were served efficiently and exspodiciously. Just don't understand how this location is perpetually slow. read more
