What a great experience at Chipotle! They allowed us to order nachos(which is not on the menu) and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The manager was also excellent! There are so many places with bad service these days- this store is way above any Chipotle I've been to! I had only been here a couple of times since it opened, and both times the service was exceedingly slow. I had chalked it up to the fact that this was the first Chipotle's in Cedar Hill and folks weren't familiar with the concept, thus taking longer to order. But it's been several years and nothing seems to have changed. This week my daughter and I were in the area and dropped in at about 1:00 on a Wednesday. There were about 7-8 people in line ahead of us. There were only two young men working the serving counter, and two other employees milling around talking behind them. We stood in line for 10-12 minutes and not a single person's order was completed. It appeared that the first employee behind the counter might have been fairly new; he was working VERY slowly and nervously. We gave up and went two doors down to Five Guys and got our order within minutes. Two days later, again in the area, we decided to order online, with a pickup time promised within 15 minutes. We got to Chipotle's 18 min. later, and they didn't know anything about the order. My daughter pulled it up on her cellphone, they scrolled back through their system and found it, and completed it a few minutes later. But what is the point of offering online ordering if you don't even check the online orders? I won't be going back to this location. read more

Just went into chipotle for a late lunch got a veggie bowl the girls attitude was so rude acted like she didn't want to be there. She gave me one scoop of rice one scoop of beans and then I asked for tomatoes and salsa and the girls loaded up the salsa it was too much but those two girls if you don't want to be there and you don't want to work then you need to find something else to do because your attitude sucks! The person behind me ( who was black, by the way) had the perfect amount of rice and beans..... r u ppl prejudice-talkin reverse discrimination here! I won't return! read more

Worse Chipotle ever. Extremely slow staff! Chipotle is a cook-line restaurant. In order to work there, you have to be quick on your feet and move swiftly compared to working at your average restaurant. Nothing but young KIDS working here with no sense of urgency. Gen Manager is young too so it's not far fetched. You wait in line for at least 30 mins at times. Even if you order online from this location, it still take 30-40 mins on a 15 mins they have to have the order ready. This Chipotle needs complete redevelopment read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This place has been consistently trash since it opened. I've been in line for almost 30 minutes a couple times. The staff is incompetent. I've had better experiences at other Chipotles. Faster, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately since I've moved back to Cedar Hill, this is the one closest to me. read more

This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been too. We tried coming the other day and they were out of two meats. We came two days later and the line was to the door. When we ordered and finished our food, there was still a line to the door. The employees are slow and have no sense of urgency. I made a yelp account specifically to give this review. Awful location avoid at all costs! I don't mind the loud music, but standing in line for 25 minutes for a burrito is insane. This location needs corporate attention. Employees have no drive to deal with the line wrapped around the inside of the facility, absolutely laughable service here. Employees have an air about them that is a mix of disgruntled Taco Bell employee and hipster coffee house barista. Get better staff here or close this mess down! read more

Horrible service here. They ran out of chicken so about 10 people had to wait to the side to order. The first person we encoutered in the line had such a bad attitude & a "fuck off" face. She was so horrible she took the next person in line behind us order before we were even done. Rude. We did nothing to deserve that. Worst chipotle I've ever been to. The music was so loud that I had to constantly shout my order. They are stingy on the meat, they will initially fill up the scoop but then dump more than half back into the batch and give you slim pickings. The pico wasn't even pico it was just tomatoes only. What you expect the place has good food people come to eat it of coarse there's gonna be lines but customer service is great always nice and stay organized. The food is fresh and tasteful this is tex mex at its best if you want Mexican food then go find that else where. It's good to know you pay what you get for there's no tips or other fees. I like customizing my dishes. I would like to see more types of meats or sea food at chipotle maybe some Mexican shrimp. People come back because the items don't change you know what you want already the concept works great at chipotle. read more

Line is always super long. I feel as though they don't take enough time to appreciate the customer. They try to hurriedly fix your food and get you out of the way. And what really pissed me off is, I always get double steak but this last time that I went they charged me $3.15 for the double steak. Total came out to be $11.53. I've always paid $8.12 for my food including the double steak and now you want to charge me. Chipotle really isn't all that anyway so, I more than likely will not eat from this one or any other Chipotle again. read more

They overcook the vegetables borderline burn them. Lettuce sometimes aren't clean properly. Everything else us great!!!!

OMG I love chipotle. I had a very nice burrito bowl. I would recommend it to everyone. Chipotle is a restaurant that if your very hungry you can eat a gigantic burrito and if you are a little hungry you can get a salad or chips or much more. The only thing I am going to say is that they always have a GIGANTIC line every time I drive by or go there. In conclusion Chipotle is one of the best restaurant in the world. read more

Horrible! The line servers completely ignored what I wanted in my bowls. They repeatedly asked me what I wanted In my bowls each time I would give my answer then they would immediately forget and ask again. I gave up dealing with them and walked out with very poorly made bowls and half of the ingredients I wanted not included. Worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. On top of that the guacamole was not seasoned at all so basically mashed up avocado. read more
