My order was not ready for pickup when I arrived (waited an additional 20 minutes). Made it home just to realize my order was incorrect. So I went back to the store to ask for it to be remade and waited 20 minutes for that. I checked the bowl when I got it again to find minimal portion servings, raw steak, and raw veggies. I gave up and just went home. Not going back to this specific chipotle location. Even BEFORE covid I've experienced issues like this at this location, so I think it's only right to accept that this location needs management help. AND YES ITS THE PM SHIFT WORKERS. Terrible location. I come here often because I live close by and its one of the more healthier fast food places in the area but the food workers here make me want to drive the extra distance to other Chipotle locations and Freebirds as well. The workers are rude, impatient kids that obviously hate their jobs and their show it by stank attitudes to customers. They don't greet you, give you crap servings, they rush you when ordering, and they just stare at you blankly instead of asking what you want like a normal server would do. Often times, you can catch them getting smart with other food servers as well and it just gives a whole unprofessional vibe at this location. I go here at different times hoping to catch a different set of workers on shift for a better experience but that never happens because it's the majority of them that's up there the are guilty of terrible customer service. read more

Let me start by saying that I love Chipotle. This location has to be the worst location in their entire chain. It's really sad that they've allowed this location to drag the brand down. Today I saw an employee at this location literally slamming this man's food on his bowl. Everytime he chose his food option she slammed it in bowl, so much tho that she missed the guac & & it landed on the side of the bowl. He kept his cool the while time & when he finally spoke up & asked if there was a problem, i shit you not, she screamed out "OMG HE IS ASSAULTING ME" I couldn't believe I was actually witnessing that. So this is the second time we order online pick up and they didn't surprise with a good prepared bowl. Both times our order has been poorly prepared and missing ingredients. I go to Chipotle at least once a week at a variety of locations. This location is the worst. I've emailed corporate about it before but nothing has improved. 1. There's always a line and it moves slowly, even during non peak hours. That's mostly because even though there are 7-8 visible employees, most of them are socializing or staring into space. There may be 1-2 employees actively engaged at any given time. Other locations are far more efficient. 2. So what's the solution for a line? Online ordering you might say! Good luck. Pickup times are usually an hour+ away, unlike other locations that offer 20min intervals. Even when you give them more than an hour to make your food, it's still usually not ready when you arrive. Once my order was missing a side of salsa, when notified, an employee ladled some salsa into a cup, but then proceeded to use it to play "keep away" in an attempt to flirt with the cashier. 3. In spite of having a lot of employees standing around, tables are not cleaned in a timely manner. Most tables that are dirty when you walk in, will still be dirty 30 minutes later. Get it together! I only put a star because you have to for the review. My husband and i decided to visit this chipotle on a random night at 7 and it seemed that the staff in the store were overly stressed for seemingly no reason with the "modest" dinner rush. They were very short tempered and came off very rude and unprepared for what we could assume was a normal dinner rush. Most of their meat/meat substitute portions were empty and the counter was a complete mess. Most of the sauces were mixed due to them not moving a tad slower for customers that did not come off impatient in the slightest. There was at least 15 employees there and they acted like they were all too busy to do really basic stuff. The main thing was the attitude and the way they spoke to me when i simply wanted sour cream that wasn't covered in salsa and corn from their previous meals they made. All in all very unimpressed, the disorganization was ridiculous. They need to be trained again. read more

This is the slowest serving chipotle I have ever been too, and I've been to my fair share of them. I have to say this Chipotle location is the worst I have been too. The staff serving food was not interested in taking your order. Most time not even looking at you while taking an order and very slow in filling the order. I asked the cashier if it was possible to have someone clean the tables twice. The first time she grunted at me and finally said yes. The second time I asked she didn't even acknowledge my request and walked away. We wiped down our table ourself. Once we were FINALLY able to order, I was blessed with the opportunity of watching one of the young ladies behind the counter fail miserably at wrapping my burrito. She felt it was perfectly fine to give me a burrito that was falling apart. When I asked her to re-wrap it, she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed while proceeding to wrap it in THREE tortillas. Disappointed in management! The manager needs to step up to the plate and make sure that the employees are ALL trained. And maybe even think about hiring people with people skills? Something needs to change with how you do the call in orders. The young man starting each order is having to figure out how to make both pretty much at the same time. This is the #1 reason you have a back up. When I ordered my burrito, I had to wait for him to make 6 call in orders before he even started mine and I had 2 more people in my group that needed to order. The line was backing up not only for the dine in but the call in line was 8 people deep! This location needs some major revamping. read more
