The WORST ran Chipotle in franchise history. This place is poorly run, dirty and unkept during busy times... they run out of lettuce, fajita veggies on a daily base. Management constantly struggles with supply chain errors and quantity supply of basic items. I would not recommend. They even gave me a pink sticky note with their "field leader"/main manager, Brandy's incorrect contact informant. Just a horrible ran business in a black community unfortunately. read more

I really don't want to give them one star, they deserve a minus 5 stars., I went in about 7:45 and there was only about 5 ppl in line so I figured ok it won't be long, it took me until almost 9pm. They were making us wait while everyone on the serving line were filling pick up orders, so at this point the first guy made our bowls and slid them down for the toppings but they sat there bc of all those pick up orders. The food was cold and sloppy! There was a young lady sweeping where employees stand on serving line just making them move to accommodate her sweeping, it was bad! Worst Chipotle ever! I said that in the comic book guys voice. Seriously though, this place has pretty subpar service. They've always been slow, but last time I went, it was a full 30 mins after my online order was supposed to be ready before I got my meals. There seemed to be no effort to catch up on online orders either, as the line of ppl waiting for their online orders started to get as big as main line. Heck, it would've been faster if I'd just gotten in that line and ordered on the spot. BTE, they got out about one online order roughly every 10 mins while I was there. Second deadly sin, they gave me my salad bowls with no lettuce, and didn't feel like this was a big enough deal to warn a guy. This continues to be the worst chipotle I've ever been to and it's not close. And it's sad because this is my hometown chipotle that I wish I would want to go to more often. This last time I went, there were probably at least 8-10 workers and yet they had ONE person doing the prep line. No one was helping her. There were multiple workers just standing around refusing to do anything. One guy was wiping down the same table that was completely clean for at least 10 minutes to avoid having to help in the prep line. At one point, the girl doing the prep like just disappeared for awhile and there was no one taking anyone's order. A line of 4-5 people took 40 minutes to get to the front of. The worst location I've EVER! Been to! The assembly line is so unorganized. The serving size is half of any other location because they scoop the spoon in the food and shake it off to half a serving and then charge you for double servings when you ask for more. Um no! 2 halves equal 1! Literally no other location does that! Are they trying to save food because you don't need to charge full price! I'm so upset. Ppl were reaching over others food, the food was mixed with other food and all over the counter. This location never has veggies and I mean NEVER! The last literal 5 times over the past year I have been there it has happened every single time. The one time they said they were cooking them and would be a couple more minutes, I waited and when I got home they were raw! Avoid this location at all cost. You will be disappointed every time. The place is usually nasty, the kids that work there lack basic customer service skills, they don't give you enough meat for the amount of money you're spending. Sometimes you'll get burnt, dry meat or not enough meat. They don't check the drink machine, when they wrap your burrito its food all over it...They just dont care!! They're playing, sometimes their on their cell phones, having conversations with wach other or simply ignoring you when enter the establishment and/or when you walk up to the counter.I knew better than to go there today but it was close and I was hungry. This is a Chipotle like any other so you know the menu (chicken, steak, carnitas, etc.) and you know the set up- custom burritos & bowls, so I'll just focus this review on the nuances of this particular location. First off, there is ALWAYS a line. Like, are they giving these away for free? But, it's to be expected seeing that this is the only location that the fast-casual chain has south of downtown Dallas. So be prepared for a wait. Second, this location seems to have a little more indoor seating than other locations so lots of people stay and eat their lunch or dinner here instead of getting it to go like I normally do. This was the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever visited. To the point where the health department should be called. Food and trash covered the floors of the kitchen area when trash cans were clearly visible. The countertops where they prepare food is always messy. Food spilling into other containers or mixed in with other food. God forbid if someone has a food allergy with all the cross-contamination happening here. Also, every time I visit this location (which isn't often) they are extremely low or out of several food ingredients - why is that? The manager/lead is never up front to oversee operations, but any manager that will allow this type of experience should reconsider his/her responsibilities or immediately be given extensive training before returning to the manager role. This is absolutely giving subpar service and very disappointing to continually see the few times I have visited. After this last experience, I will not patron this location again. read more

If I could do zero starts I would! My visit was on 8/17. Not one meat ready, waited for a several minutes, hoping they'd get it together. Nope. No lettuce cut, no rice ready, literally only thing that was stocked was the corn. There weren't any lids, napkins, forks stocked. No dressing for my salad. Would never come here again. Not organized, just a whole bunch of young teenagers talking like there's nothing to do with a line of 7 people. Looked like no manger on duty just kids gossiping.
