Tried this location twice and it only got worse. First time the place was disgusting (it was 5pm, so I can only guess that it was dirty since lunch).. We asked for guac and were told that only people who ordered online could get guac. When we asked to speak to the manager she couldn't have been more rude and told us it would take 30 minutes for her to make guac for us. We left without the food. Second chance we ordered online and when we went to pick it up they had decided to be closed. No change to their voicemail, no update online, and no info on how to get a refund. Do not go here. This is the closest chipotle to us. We love to get lunch here every now and a again. They consistently get my order wrong, or the white rice isn't cooked all the way. Today they gave me the wrong rice, and added stuff I didn't ask for. The sticker on top of my bowl didn't match what was inside. I've been waiting for this location to open since I drove by the building last November and boy, it did not disappoint! The line was long, as expected for opening night and I waited about half an hour to get my food. Got a steak burrito with fajita filling, salsa, cheese, sour cream, corn and rice. Mm Mm Mm. So good. 4 stars because I want to save 5 for spectacular, but this really was a great meal. I'm from California so this will be a welcome addition to my food rotation... My family loves Chipotle. The problem is this location. The first time we went we got our usual burrito bowls and chips on the side. The chips were Sooooo stale. We don't live close so driving back to hopefully get fresh chips was not an option. The second time we went was last Friday evening as we do fast food only once a week. We drove 25 minutes to get our online order. When we got home we realized that not only did they forget the chips and red sauce, my bowl was completely wrong. I can't eat dairy and it was covered with cheese and sour cream. I don't know why I thought ordering online would be more accurate and efficient. My bad!!! It's just so disappointing when you anticipate and then get let down. Check your bag before you leave this location, and taste your chips. I totally get everyone has a bad day sometimes but I've never been anywhere where half of the employees obviously rather be somewhere else. I felt like I was bothering the guy taking my food order. I had asked for a certain ingredient and he got all grumpy Gus because he had to go ask for me because it was empty. I went her specifically to do a food review on the hard shell tacos. The guy at the counter was taken aback when I ordered the hard shells. I found it funny that no one really orders those. I told him I needed it picture perfect for a food review and he complied. He was patient and fixed the tacos exactly how I ordered and even suggested helpful topping to assist with my photo. This particular Chipotle is quite small. They doesn't take online, phone-app, or phone orders. Their alcohol permit is still pending. No discount for military. No queso or salsa bar. I waited in line for 45 minutes, so I was expecting something spectacular. However, while waiting, I witnessed the cashier wipe her mouth & nose with her forearm after drinking soda at the cash register without washing her hands. At the cash register, the cashier almost charged me for a different (higher-priced) burrito, I had to correct the order. There should be a better standard for identifying a customer's order. The burrito wasn't bad. Unfortunately, there was more rice than anything else, so the lime flavor was overwhelming. As was the lime flavor of their tortilla chips. When I took the burrito out of the bag, it was only partially wrapped. I'm not a fan of lazy preparation or presentation. For $1.80 extra you get about 3 oz. of guacamole on the side, but about 1 oz. on the burrito. Overall, it was disappointing. There's a Moe's 1/4-mile down the road that doesn't have the issues that Chipotle does. read more
