Worst experience ever, we used to go all the time, last few times not so good. Last night we went and as we were ordering their computers went down. The guy said order online and we can get your order out that way. So I did, paid in full, only let me put in a pick-up time at 7PM (it was about 6:40pm). More people walked in to pick-up orders, there were 2 guys on the side SLOWLY making orders, then one guy goes to the main area and makes a bowl.... for himself! The one guy left did not know what he is doing, about 12+ people now waiting for orders and NO ONE is helping him get orders out. Just complaining about how the computers always go down. Even posted a sign they were out of steak. I found the guy that said he would get my order done but now says it has to be done on the side (mean while - the regular food line is hot and fresh, why couldn't they print and fulfill from there??!) One lady came in that ordered online before 6:30pm for a 6:45pm pick -up and still waiting. We finally got our food after 7:25pm, can't eat inside, got home to cold, soggy food. Extremely poor customer service, manager never helped, everyone just stood around. No one called orders out. Not going back - no one cares about good service. read more

I'm usually on Team Chipotle however, the employees at this location have a problem with putting corn on a "quesadilla". This problem goes deeper than just the corn. This Is my second experience at this store where corn seems to trigger the staff because they've already decided that attitude is on the menu. The employee whose gender I couldn't identify, refused to allow me to put corn on my quesadilla until another coworker told him/her to do it. This employee just like the other in the past continued to give me an attitude until I left. He/she wouldn't even bag my food and instead slid me the box like I'm at a concession stand at a basketball game. The disrespectful employee then finished me off with a "why are you still here" comment when I asked him again why he couldn't just put the corn on the quesadilla. This is such a stupid thing to have an issue with but nonetheless here we are and it seems like this a trend at this location. The Management of this store needs to reevaluate the character of their employees and show them what quality customer service looks like. The current employees are an embarrassment to Chipotle. This makes me want hear "Welcome to Moes!!" instead of the "you can't have corn" and "why are you still here" that I get from these people. read more

I have been a loyal and long time customer but I am so over this restaurant. This is the most poorly ran restaurant in the history of restaurants. Every worker in there moves slower than a snail. One day they are taking in store, the next online and some days they don't even have food to serve you. What's even worse is that that they have five workers in there and only one making the online orders AND that worker could care less about his job and just lollygagging around like no one is waiting for there food. You order your food online, set a time and still have to wait 15+ minutes for it to be ready. I get it things get busy but when your workers are putting in the BARE minimum to get these orders done it becomes a little bit ridiculous. Maybe it's time for new staff or new management. The food is fine and tastes like every other Chipotle I've been to. HOWEVER, they won't even be close to closing and already be out of some of their toppings and sides. I've been there about 5 times not too long after 7:00pm, and they're already out of sour cream and guacamole or chips. For me that's like half my bowl. It's just disappointing. read more

This Chipotle has gotten every single one of my last 4 delivery orders wrong. The breaking point that has caused me to write this review is that I did not receive a $3 drink that I ordered. The driver did not answer the phone, the Door Dash support line would not do anything but try to sell me insurance, and the store itself would not answer. Chipotle has not offered any viable option to fix incorrect orders, so I will no longer be supporting their business at this location or any others. read more

The fajita veggies and queso are pretty baller, and the cauliflower rice is nice. Never had a problem with this location, the line moves fast, and the price is very fair for the portion. Great service. I highly recommend the quesarrito. If you get extra meat it is as big as your arm. read more

I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service from a restaurant manager. The "manager" REESE was extremely rude and disrespectful. I ordered 4 chipotle bowls and EVERY single one was wrong!! When I took it back to be remade the manager advised me that I had to wait for everyone else's food to be made before they would remake mine. After waiting for 20 minutes they still had not even started it nor could they "locate" my ticket. I would never recommend this location to anyone! I would highly recommend though firing Reese, he gives chipotle customer service a very bad name. So until they get new management I will not be revisiting this location again. read more

I am a Chipotle diehard, like I love Chipotle but the experience at this location was very disheartening. Tried to order here from last night through the Chipotle App. Our order was confirmed and I tried to call the chipotle to make an adjustment to the order that I placed through the app. I called at least 7 times to no avail. Finally I call my driver in hopes she can get the sauce at the store. She agrees. She gets to the store and she calls to tell me there is no order for me. Wait... what? I am genuinely confused because if there is no order how did she know to go to Chipotle or even get the job to deliver she and I try to figure it out for about 5 mins and they employees are acting as though it's nothing they can do. Finally, someone looks up the receipt for the order and now all of a sudden they found it so now they make the order but it's rushed and by the time I get the food the bag is ripped up, the food is thrown in the bag. (Oh they also didn't have any vinaigrette which was the sauce I asked for). Overall this experience was very disappointing. I don't think I would be revisiting this location. read more

Do NOT recommend this location. Quality of food is just terrible. Made an online order of 2 burrito bowls WITH GUACAMOLE and when I come home to eat it, neither bowls had any guacamole in them. It's appalling that the staff couldn't give me a heads up when I WENT INSIDE AND PICKED UP MY FOOD. Plenty of staff and not a single greeting. Called about the missing guacamole and just told me to file a complaint online. Are you kidding? I have to do all this because you couldn't tell me ahead of time that you didn't have guacamole? The burrito was okay but I've had better . The queso on the other hand was TRASH . I've eaten my fair share of queso from different places & this was by far the WORST DAMN QUESO I've ever consumed . It has this chemical taste , it's spicy , & it resembles nacho cheese . The chips were stale as FUCK & there was no seasoning . I'm never coming back to chipotle again . this chipotle is disgusting. I went in this location today. They only were doing online orders. I placed an order online and waited. While waiting I used the restroom. There was no toilet tissue. dirty paper towels were on the floor. A dirty glove was on the floor in the dining area. paper receipts were falling out of the cash register. My order was completely wrong. they were out of several items including ice And bottled water. One employee was not wearing gloves and was wearing his mask below his nose. I also found a fingernail in my bowl. I will be reporting this to the food admin for a health inspection of this facility read more

When you want a chipotle burrito, you always know what you will get. This location was a little behind however, they were out of white rice and fajitas. When you are low on items, you need to prep sooner. It was an off hour but still a line. All employees were polite, it just seemed weird that they were asking to cook when it was empty. Chipotle is a wonderful restaurant and you should definitely try it if you want something new, fresh,or different than the norm. We waited for this particular location to open from the first time we heard about it. The line may be out the door but the food is well worth it and is made up mostly of loyal customers. It is also easy, and has a pretty good price range. If you have never tried it you should for sure try it out sometime. I recommend the burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side, they don't charge for them and it is much easier to eat. Hope you enjoy! read more

There was a lot of hype about the new chipotle even before it opened so I had very high expectations about this restaurant. However, I was very disappointed. There aren't enough seats if it's packed out so you're forced to take it to go. I got a chicken burrito and my the chicken tasted burnt, the rice was not fully cooked it was crunchy and too top everything off you have to pay extra for chips and salsa that are not worth the extra cost. I would not recommend coming here nor will I be returning again. Moes is cheaper, tastier, and mor friendly. read more

Yesterday, 7/15/2020 I went into Chipotle on Whittelsey Rd to grab lunch. While checking out a german cockroach ran across the counter. The roach not only ran across my money, but across the bags on the counter toward the food line. The worker panicked and threw her hands in the air while watching it but didn't know what to do. As we exited there was a very large cockroach that had been smashed on the floor- larger than a quarter. While I understand the restaurant is closed for dine in, I still think one would want to clean this up. I have eaten at this location 3 times in the past two weeks, but will not be returning until someone confirms that they have rectified the bug issue. Roaches running across the countertops is not appropriate or sanitary. read more

The food has always been great. This is my 16 year old son's favorite fast food restaurant -- hands down! I always get the grilled chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, lettuce, cheese, corn, and mild salsa. My son gets the grilled chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, lettuce, cheese, and mild salsa. We get the "always" fresh guacamole & chips as well. If there has to be a con - it would be the long line. However, the staff usually does a good job of keeping it going steady, therefore not having to stand and wait too awful long! It's a lot better then a lot of the other fast food places, mainly because it all made right there on site and you pick what you want in it and it's made right in front of you. I've never had a bad meal there. It's a very small restaurant and at lunch time it gets very busy and crowded. But it's pretty good food. read more

I run in today @aprox 2:30 with my son and the line is nearly out of half of the optional items as if they failed to prepare for a lunch rush. I order a bowl with carnitas. There isn't enough for a full portion so the woman initially making the bowl calls for an extra serving on my order. There are no grilled veggies. I get to the register and the woman who was told to wait for the extra meat proceeds to close and bag my bowl. I quickly say to the girl at the register I need the extra meat because it ran out. The girl closing the bowl says something under her breath to the girl at the register, with rude, catty body language as if I'd caused her an inconvenience. I ask her "Excuse me?" and she throws on a fake smile and says "That'll be right out" I didn't get her name, she has glasses and dyed burgundy hair that was pulled into a bun. Awful service and the bowl is grossly disproportionate on the amount of each thing I ordered. Really disappointed by the experience because I love chipotle but I probably won't return to this location because of the lack of professionalism and preparation for business. read more

We had to get it to go because it's so small. So, we spent more time at the dealership than we wanted but the food was great and the truck is the best. This location does not seem to get as busy as the others I've been too. Although I typically go at 1 PM or later. They are more generous with the meat helpings than others that I've been to as well. One I asked for a burrito, she proceeds to give me a bowl. Maybe she didn't hear me .. no problem .. I give her my order straight, tell her it's a veggie bowl & no meat. She constantly ask me again what I want in my bowl. Skip to the ending, I tell her no cheese. She proceeds to put cheese on my burrito SMH. Then wraps my burrito up and it breaks lol instead of immediately fixing it as I'm sure she was taught .. she asks me "do you want it double wrapped" .. no of course not, I want you to leave it open so I can eat it with a fork.
