I have zero recollection of anything after 4pm. Yes, it's upsetting that I drove 100 miles God knows where and my family located me on a dirt road in the complete opposite direction from my home- unconscious, and without knowing how I got there. What made the experience even more upsetting and stressful is the manager didn't believe me, and was angry at me for reporting it to her. She was defensive. She said she saw nothing on video as if she is a forensic expert. I expected they would want to know, so I came forward. I certainly would and would educate my staff. I thought they would care that something untoward took place. I'm so upset, it was traumatic, but NEVER did I accuse the restaurant. As someone who has 10 years experience in the hospitality business and 25 years in Hospital management , I can comfortably say that she handled this incorrectly, by being accusatory and hostile towards me. I never got a call from a superior. I deserved to be treated with respect and care. I just want to move forward, and see my friends again, but I will never leave my beverage unattended anywhere again.
