I was in the area and looking for a late lunch option, it was a high volume time and the staff was moving us through swiftly! I noticed that there was a mix of customers ordering in Spanish and English and the staff was fluidly taking orders and answering questions. In the grand scheme of things, the food was as good as any Chipotle. However, the moving swiftly meant that by burrito burst the first time they tried to wrap it which led to having to move all the ingredients to a new tortilla and using extra foil to cover it all. For the record, I didn't have any "extra" Ingredients in my burrito. Moving fast also meant that the burrito bowl I ordered to take home for hubby was filled a bit haphazardly. The person starting the line double bowled it once she realized she'd made a spill that got onto the outside. I thought that was fine, but by the time it rode about 25 mins home in my passenger seat, it was leaked out into the bottom of the bag which burst about as soon as I picked it up. First no one welcomed us nor the customers that came in after us. The host had a really bad nasty attitude, very unwelcoming, I order 2 bowels she filled the bowls up to the top with rice then scoop maybe 6 pieces of meat on it,when asked for a little more she looked at me like I did something wrong. I informed her she didn't add cheese as requested, she took the tops of the bowls with an attitude and literally threw them in the trash. I have visited this location multiple time and never had this experience. I noticed she charged me extra for everything in which I didn't get anything extra. I will be making a formal complaint, because people work hard for their money to receive service like this. I had came to this location about a night ago and I had ordered my usual and the manager on the shift was extremely rude to the staff, she pushed his hand while he was trying to help the cashier which seemed to be her first night on the shift and it seemed very rude and very unprofessional and might I add she was on her phone, I think this might be a manager due to the collar of her shirt. Overall terrible customer service Visited on 2/19/24 & picked up my order at 12:20 pm and the employees were in the kitchen arguing and having inappropriate conversations. There was a Caucasian employee who was talking about how the customers were F^^king ungrateful. I witnessed this as i was at the counter picking up my order. I then asked the cashier for two salad dressing, she handed them to me and one was spilling out leaking from the container. There was sauce all over my hands once she handed it to me. I asked her could i get a different one because it was leaking. She argued me down saying it would be an additional charge causing a scene and tried to convince me that the container was not leaking. Never ever ever been to a Chipotle that only served chips for online orders. They also only serve quesadillas for online orders. So my son and I came in, waited in line, ordered and paid for our chicken bowls. Then sat down to place an online order for our chips and for my husband and daughter's quesadillas. I got the burrito bowl half chicken/half steak and they were stingy with the steak which sucks because they charged me for streak. They were also light with the rice and i had to ask for extra. This location is a literal joke. They closed down early because they took too many online orders. I've been waiting for at least an hour for an order. Not only did they close down, but they started closing the main food bar, an area that could have been used for completing the backed up orders. If this was a one time thing then I'd be a bit more understanding. But this has happened more than three times. I'm not sure if they are understaffed but this is a recurring problem out here. I've never had to deal with this at any other Chipotle. The workers are moving exceptionally slow while there are 15+ customers waiting. This isn't the first time this has happened either. But aside from that, they shut down early any day of the week due to being backed up. I had lunch here today with my riding Academy classmates. And I tried the chorizo tacos. AMAZING! I think I have found a new favorite. Normally I get a chicken bowl but I was real hungry today and the tacos hit the spot. I had chips and guacamole. I love the hint of lime on there chips. It's moderately pricey per person. We sat and ate inside. They also have patio seating. They are located between Krystal's and Burger King at the end of the shopping center. The staff was very friendly. The young woman respond " no" giggles, twirls, then puts on gloves. Afterwards I wait at the register for approximately 3min while looking around confused as to why no one was at the register. Neither of the young woman said anything about the cashier being away or will be right with me. So I waited and the guy flies around the corner... He doesn't say hi, doesn't greet, doesn't make any eye contact what so ever, rings up my bowl and that's it... No have a nice day or anything. This Chipotle...ugh. My last online order pretty much did it for me. I placed the order and selected for it to be picked up around 7:30p. Well it wasn't ready upon arrival at 7:40. I typically don't like ordering online because the last time I did, the order was pretty jacked. This time...it was ALL the way jacked up and I just could not understand. They put a sticky on the outside of the order like that's what the order contains and I'm like what a waste of paper. I asked for brown rice and received white; asked for chicken and received chicken AND steak; asked for 1/2 black and 1/2 pinto beans, none of either. I'm super disappointed and will likely not return to this location. This is the WORST chipotle location I've ever been to in my entire life. They are ALWAYS out of something. If it's not the chips, it's the salad dressing... if it's not this, it's that. Everybody loves Chipotle, right? Well, I'm no different. So of course FINALLY getting a location close to my home made me jump for joy! (It was more like a small hop with feet planted) I came after getting a coupon online for a BOGO entree. My mom, who had never been to a Chipotle in her life accompanied me. The staff was very patient in serving us, as patience was necessary in explaining to my mom how things work and how to order. They even provided her suggestions (thanks for that) on what to order. I purchased a carnita bowl and she had tacos. The food was really good to me, but mom thought it was just average. However, she is very picky so I'm not certain how much weight that carries. lol I love the setup of this location. We sat off to the back corner and ate and it was like being in our own little world. It was private and spacious. The restroom is located at the front near the door. If you came in from the back you might assume they didn't have a restroom bc its not readily apparent, so I had to do a little searching. It was nice and clean and you can tell they are constantly aware of its cleanliness. Overall, I give this location the thumbs up. I won't waste time describing food that most people are familiar with. So if you are a Chipotle fan looking for a new hangout spot, this one is a go! You're welcome! read more

I waiting in line for well over 20 minutes today... when I finally got to the front of the line I noticed the young Hispanic lady with a bun ponytail in her hair preparing the food... she was the person in the middle. She was touching everything behind the counter and also touching the refrigerator getting more food with the same gloves she was touching ppl food with ( grabbing lettuce and cheese) NOBODY ever changed out there gloves between customers nor sanitizer there hands...and contaminated all the cheese ,lettuce ,& food with those same nasty gloves she touched everything with behind the counter..... This Chipotle is terrible. I visit it relatively frequently and place my order on the app and it is almost never ready at the promised time. I always end up having to wait an extra 15-30 mins. Today I placed my order on the app while I was waiting to checkout at Target because I knew this Chipotle store would not be on time. This was not my main issue this trip however. I ordered a burrito bowl on the app. The app said the store did not have any chips so I was only able to order a large queso. I figured if the store did have chips it would be an easy fix once I got there. WRONG! I asked the girl working the to go orders if I can get some chips because the app said you did not have any. She went to get the manager Miguel. I asked if he could just charge me the difference of the queso vs chips and queso bc the app said chips were not available or if he could just give me the chips for the inconvenience. He was extremely nasty. He said I had to ask for a refund on the app which I had no idea how to do. Did not offer to show me or apologize for the inconvenience. He instead told me I can buy the chips and I would have to get in the back of the long line in the store for chips. That defeats the purpose of me ordering on the app. I just found him to be extremely nasty, no apology for the inconvenience. He acted as though I was a bother to him when all I wanted was some chips. I thought it was ridiculous to possibly lose a customer over the cost difference of a dollar and some change. My body doesn't tolerate raw onions well. Normally when I go to Chipotle, I ask for plan chopped tomatoes instead of their regular salsa which contains raw onions. I have had dinner from this restaurant on multiple occasions over a few years and have not had a problem with asking and paying for the chopped tomatoes. On this occasion I asked the manager after asking the server and being told "we don't do that" can I have the tomatoes as usual, he told me, we don't do that. I then asked him if they don't or won't ? He stated "we are not going to do that". The lines have been very long lately with 15-30 minute or greater waiting times. I definitely would not have stood in line after calling multiple times and getting no answer on the phone if I would have known I would have not been able to get what I wanted. Instead of not paying for and taking my meals, I graciously paid for a partial meal of what I had an appetite for and left the store. Customer service should have not been a problem especially since I counted 9 people on staff. So I didn't get what I was craving, I didn't get an answer on the phone, and had to wait in very long lines. Is this 1 star worth not giving a customer who has tolerance issues with raw onions plain tom that they already have diced worth it? Apparently so. I will not be returning to this store. I have been living in this are for 15 year and they are not a favorite in the community anyway. Next time I will take the 2 star ratings seriously.
