This Chipotle is very rude. My husband and I ordered online and scheduled for pickup. When we got there the line was wrapped around the inside of the building and nobody was managing the amount of people allowed inside. We are still in the middle of a pandemic! Our online order wasn't ready and while I was waiting, they locked the store. They were yelling at people to not unlock the door. They yelled at me when I was trying to leave. 1. This is a safety violation and 2. If you want to control how many people come in then have somebody stand outside because you do not need 7 people behind the counter making food. I hope somebody from corporate sees this and changes things. read more

Location: This is on the right side of Hwy 138 coming off I-20E at Exit 82. The building is in the Conyers Crossing Shopping Center directly in front of Burlington Coat Factory and next door to Burger King + Starbucks just one lot down. I have been waiting for this Chipotle to open up for months! It's the only one on the East side of Atlanta and I used to have to commute all the way to Snellville (a half hour away) to get my Chipotle fix. No more, so happy its come! If you like fast casual and "light" Mexican plus cheap prices, you will love Chipotle! There was an intense line of people in the first three days of opening, I counted at least 30 people in a line wrapped around the store, but the wait is worth it. read more

Today I waited about 25 minutes for lettuce! Yep they ran out of lettuce and it took that long to rinse, clean, and cut. They also ran out a chips but that wasn't a huge deal because, I'm waiting for lettuce. While watching the person "season" the chips everyone noticed that it appeared to be a LOT of salt added. I didn't think much about it until I arrived home and started eating. The food was SALTY too! I love salt but this was ridiculous. The peppers and chicken were both salty. One last thing, the portion sizes appear to be much smaller than I am used to. This is my 3rd time eating at this location and there was something wrong each time. Loved the food and the staff was both friendly and efficient. I ordered a keto friendly bowl and the staff was more than knowledgeable about what I should and should not eat to keep my carb count low. Very long line that moved slower than normal. At 3pm there should be less of a wait for lunch. The team working the line was trying but seemed to not work well together and one of them was slow which backed the orders up. My burrito looked messy and poorly wrapped and the cashier was harried and trying to cover for someone else (who was apparently working on a catering order). The place is new in our area but I felt disappointed by the wait and paying $8 for a messy burrito (no chips, those are extra) seems like a bad idea now that I'm trying to eat it in my car. Giving them credit for the crew's effort (nobody was just standing around) but with 7 or 8 people working you'd think things would run smoother at non-peak hours. read more

I love chipotle grill food, but I am so disappointed that they find it necessary to charge you $1.50 for a small bag of tortilla chips when you purchase guacamole or cheese dip. They had 1 person running the line. It took 10 minutes to get to the front and there was 3 people in front of me. The cashier didn't know how to ring up anything. There was no sense of urgency at all in the location. I only came on my way through town and will be sure to miss this exit in the future. I wrote this review while in the store. Left my partner at the register to use the restroom and came back and he was still there. There was enough time to relieve myself of a 3 hour car ride. Then my partner explains to me the cash register hold up was the cashier trying to determine how to ring up FREE dressing!!! Just arrived in from the airport in Atlanta. I was on assignment and still wearing my uniform. There was no charge for my meal today and I was thanked for my service. It was covered by the restaurant staff. What a blessing. It's about 5:30 in the afternoon and this was my first meal of the day. The food was great and the service was just as good. First let me say that I am a Huge fan. My coworkers and I frequent the Ponce location in the ATL regularly. Okay...now when the Conyers location opened you can imagine my delight to have one so close to home. Unfortunately it has been hit or miss at best. Yesterday I stop by on a whim and got 2 veggie bowls and guacamole on the side. I don't think I've ever had quac like this...ANYWHERE. It's like they chopped up an unripe avocado and stuffed it in a bowl. Hard and bland. I've been disappointed at this location more than once. I can deal with bad service but when the food is not good the Chipotle reputation is at stake here. Don't they care about that? Please please please get better! The first time I came to this Chipotle on opening night, I had fantastic service. They got me in and out in less than 15 minutes, which is great considering the line was wrapped around the store. Maybe it was because I'm used to the bad attitude from the Chipotle in Kennesaw but I had such a good experience that I emailed corporate and let them know. Second time, still great service, but my steak could've used some work. Like it was really fatty. This store is relatively new, so they'll need some time to get into the swing of things, so I hope they continue to keep on. Until then, I'll just stick to sofritas and chips. read more

I wish I could leave zero stars. I ordered from the app and did the pick up option. I was supposed to have a burrito bowl with chicken, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, guacamole, and sour cream. When I got home and opened up my bowl it was a quarter of the way full, and only had guacamole and a few pieces of chicken which was disgusting. I love Chipotle and was really excited when one came to the city I live in. Sad to say but I'm very disappointed by this location. First visit- Super slow service and the guacamole has no taste with huge chunks in it. Second visit, they were super slow again and they were out of fajita peppers and onions and once again, my guacamole was flavorless. They really need to step their game up. My husband and I went to the new Conyers Chipotle last night to pickup a quick dinner after the gym. When we got there the line was long, but that was ok, what wasn't ok was the unprofessional way the customers were treated, the messy work stations, they had no rice, no tofu, no chips and they were low on chick and told people to "wait for chicken and rice". Mean while no one was manning the register AT ALL, so one man just walked behind the register and grabs his bang and said "I've been waiting 30 minutes to pay just give me my food". This location is VERY POORLY MANAGED and we will never come back, which is sad, because this location is new and I love the Chipotle. The one Duluth GA and Buckhead GA are way better, those stores are awesome, clean, they have enough food to complete any order and the staff seem to care about the customers. read more

First bad restaurant experience for over 10 years and I do eat out a lot. Three months ago, I complained about food taste and lack of service at this location and got a argument from the bald-headed white manager with an accent. Today, my chips were all oily and dry to the point that I returned the chips. The replacement chips were also oily and dry. I chose not to go back - waste of time. I travel to Houston, Texas weekly and have NEVER experienced this sort of subpar service. Maybe, these folks here need to to re-learn how to cook the food and pay more attention to customers. Undercooked Rice, always out of ingredients, we have went on multiple occasions and even ordered online and when got there 20 minutes later the food still was not ready. This Chipotle is as slow as ever. I work in downtown Atlanta, and the difference in those locations is night and day. The lines are long often at the dinner hour, and they always seem unprepared. People often walk out because of the lines and wait times. I see a lot of new faces in the crew but the wait times are still the same. I am going to forgo this agony going forward. read more

I've been to this location three times. The first time I was able to pick up my online order with no problems. My second and third time I was not so successful. The second time, I placed an online order for a veggie bowl with guacamole and chips on the side. I was called back and told they had ran out of guacamole. The third time I placed my online order, I arrived at 8:15 to pick it up as instructed. I didn't get my order until 15 minutes after my estimated pick up time. At 8:15 PM, they had not even pulled my order. When I picked up my order at 8:30 pm, the cashier stated, " perfect timing". Convenient location with plenty of parking. Lines were long when they first opened but you could have ordered online and it's ready in 10 min! Never failed me! And, I go almost every Thursday. This was my first time visiting this location and it was the worst experience. My orders were not ready and then when it was ready... I checked it and it was wrong. Once I told her it was wrong she then re-made it. I drove all the way home, opened it and it was wrong again. I placed my order online for pick up at 7:30 PM I got there at 7:30 PM and did not get my order until 7:45 and then it was wrong. That is just unacceptable and they will need to get it together at that location. Arrive all the way home and just had to dump it because I did not feel like driving all the way back there to get a new one after waiting 15 minutes. Just ridiculous. read more

Okay so I decided to wait until the hype of this restaurant calmed down since it was brand-new in Conyers. Long story short I went there on yesterday and my experience was terrible. I stood in the line just to place my order for about 10 to 12 minutes & when I got up to place my order I noticed that they were very short staffed the lady was making orders by herself while the cashier was ringing up and trying to make orders at the same time. Needless to say the young lady was so busy trying to keep the line moving, she was mixing up bowls and placing them at the end of the counter. By the time it was your turn to pay, you were paying for someone else's order and literally taking their order home. I was so disappointed! This has never happened at ANY other location! Called in and the manager said that I can get the meal replaced or a refund! I think I'd rather get a refund and travel to the city of Atlanta which is 35 minutes away from me just to get better service!! Get more staff and retrain!!!!! read more

Just left this restaurant and not very happy. Walked in at 9:20pm and the line was not to long. By the time I made it to the counter to order it was around 9:40. When I went to order my chicken salad I noticed that they were out of multiple items including lettuce and fajita grilled onions and peppers. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if they planned to put more out he said no. He gave me two reasons that really made no sense. The first is that it was close to closing and it would be wasteful to put out lettuce and second that someone who was cooking in the back quit today and therefore they were to short handed to make more fajita grilled mix. After hearing this I canceled my order and left. What a waste of my time. I love this restaurant and frequent the one in Roswell near my job often, but I will not be back to this location. read more
