I've never had a bad experience eating or ordering at the restaurant- the food is always amazing (I love their burritos) it's nothing special, but I love it. The only times I've had bad experiences are ordering online or ordering via Doordash. I would highly recommend not doing those, as multiple ingredients have been missing when I've done that before, and ingredients have been in incredibly small amounts. You expect when your paying over $30.00 for your food that consisted of a burrito bowl and a regular burrito you should have it at least have decent amount of food in your bowl and burrito . I usually don't give fast food places reviews, but this one deserved it. I was just there, to grab a quick dinner while heading home to the coast, at around 7:40-8pm on July 23rd, and three women worked there who were very sweet and generous. My salad bowl was piled on ungreedily, and I had zero issues with asking for extra salsa in a to-go container. I also had already ordered chicken (I always get chicken), but then noticed the barbacoa. I asked if she could throw on a little piece for me to try it, and she also did this with zero issue. I'm glad she did, because it was amazing and next time I'm getting the barbacoa. It's wayyy better than the chicken--super soft and flavorful. I've always felt that Chipotle was a better, healthier option than any other fast food out there, and I always feel great after eating it. The best part? Their one bowl feeds me twice, as it's so big I always have leftovers for later. PS. Another thing I had to compliment is that the salad is usually just romaine. This Chipotle has other types of leaves too, which was a pleasant and yummy surprise. PPS. I'm not usually all about chain restaurants in cute little towns (I choose to live in a quaint little town to avoid the big chains and mega-businesses and instead go for the unique mom-and-pop places), but Newport, OR needs a Chipotle. read more

Food is below average compared to the other chipotle restaurants I've been to. The people that work here are often nice but sometimes you get the occasional person that is rude and gives you half a scoop of rice for an $10 bowl. This location is a complete joke, I walked in one time to get a chicken bowl and they were out of rice, chicken, black beans and cheese. Yesterday I went to the Corvallis Chipotle to buy lunch for a friend and myself, and after they made the food, before I had payed--I asked for an application. Now I had worked there before and voluntarily left for a better job--I left on good standing. I was DENIED an application and HUMILIATED in front of the whole line of customers AND the whole crew when the manager, Spencer, talked very loudly over the line-counter that he would "never have me work for him" on the basis of a mental illness I struggle with. And when I didn't understand him, he continued to reiterate and stated specifically--in front of EVERYONE in the front of the store, that he would never have me because of past suicide attempts. After I stood up for myself, he told me to leave the restaurant. This is not equal opportunity. It is discrimination in the highest degree. read more

Now first off...no I wouldn't give Chipotles 5 stars in my ideal world. In my ideal world, there would still be mom and pop diners with real world charm amd Chipotles would get a 2 or 3. But I am giving them a 5 star rating because in the corporate hegemony that litters the highways of my country, Chipotles offers some things that I value while many others don't. First, they often have a reasonable pleasant outdoor space to enjoy the surprisingly fresh tasting food. Next they use almost all recyclable packaging (paper and cardboard). They had some decent choices, and even made some healthy prospects on the kids'menu. So when you are in your town or city, support the great local joint. But when your choices are only corporate chains, Chipotles is a good choice. read more

Locally produced meats and gathered veggies make any Chipotle location and must consider lunch destination for Tex-Mex. The portions are fantastic regardless of if you choose a burrito or bowl. They also have quesadilla, salad, and taco options although they are less commonly ordered. Vegetarians don't worry, they have a spicy tofu blend that is quite tasty for even a meat eater. I suggest occasionally changing it up but my go-to is always the chicken bowl with brown rice and black beans. The guac is expensive as an add on but delicious if you are willing to splurge. A quick to go option as well if you have to get to class or back to the office. read more

He mobile ordered and after standing at the pick up window for a few minutes he asked if his order was ready. The guy at the window said he didn't have an order with my boyfriends name and even after checking my boyfriends confirmation email, the guy at the window said there was nothing he could do. I hate writing poor reviews but this location is just so inconsistent they don't deserve any better. I love chipotle one of my favorite lunch places, I know that chipotle isn't losing any business over a two star review but I feel other people should lower their expectations IF you're in Corvallis Oregon and plan on coming here. I've had a few good bowls from this location but so often they just make weird mistakes. Steak doesn't taste normal, missing items, chips aren't the normal chips they're like store bought chips with lime squeezed on them. I really don't know what is wrong with this particular location. Been to this chipotle like 4 times and everytime it's a wack experience. My dog can literally wrap a burrito better than this team of workers. I ordered extra queso because It's Saturday and it's my cheat day and when they wrapped my burrito I watched as all of the queso in said burrito oozed out of it. A heartbreaking sight to see. I even double wrapped it to prevent this atrocity and the agony that ensued. I got home to eat it and lo an behold the burrito spontaneously exploded in my hands requiring me to put it in a bowl. I've never been to Chipotle despite living near one back home. I always wanted to go but I always heard such mix reviews so it kind of put me off until now. The reviews for this location only confirm that this is really a love/hate place. I got the veggie burrito and I don't know if its just me but I thought it was kind of small. The peppers and onions were also extremely oily and the rice was dry and flavorless. I would only come here again if I was forced to. The service is nice and the place is really clean. Make sure to try your burrito with the chipotle hot sauce or whatever its called. Haha. Its on the table with the napkins and stuff. read more
