True West Coast Mexican fast food on par with some of the best I've had in San Diego and LA. I loved my breakfast burrito and so did my wife. Tonight I just ordered a supreme Nacho and which in their description on menu says "Supreme Nacho $11.00 Tortilla chips topped with seasoned ground beef, shredded chicken, refried beans, melted cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, and jalapeños. This place has really great food! I have never seen a Mexican restaurant with a drive thru so I thought that was so cool. We opted not to go drive thru this time just so we could study the menu inside. After we ordered we got some of each of the salsas, all were good but especially liked the chipotle and tomatillo salsa. Prices were reasonable and they give large portions. When I was up in Albany, Oregon visiting my relatives I tried Rigoberto's because Yelp showed it was well rated and close to the hospital we were at. I ate there a couple of times that week and when I returned a month later I ate there another couple of times. Everytime I had the same thing * cheese enchilada, crunchy beef taco, rice and beans. This is a popular spot amongst all! Their prices are right and their service is great. It is a hole in the wall, fast service, Mexican restaurant. The inside is pretty standard and a lot of people go through the drive through but a perk of going inside is they have jalapeños and sautéed onions at the salsa bar. Their beans and rice have good flavor and their meats are well seasoned. From time to time, the meat can be a little dry but not anything some salsa won't cure. read more

Great service and solid food! It isn't hard to not screw up cheese enchiladas with rice and beans but it was plenty flavorful, delicious, and filling. Mediocre and wildly inconsistent. This place is right around the corner from my house, so Inevitably I end up there every couple of months when I'm craving a quick Mexican bite. However, I'm always reminded why I don't go there more often. The flavors are mediocre and the quality and even use of ingredients in the same items are wildly inconsistent. I was excited that they hat breakfast burritos. They're surprisingly difficult to find around here. Their's are a letdown, though. Very occasionally they've been dense with lots of good ingredients inside, but more often than not they're watery and runny. And I never know what I'm going to get inside of one, regardless of what the menu says. Once It was just potatoes with some bacon crumbles. Other times it's been almost entirely loose scrambled egg. I don't bother anymore. The tacos are lackluster. The burritos suffer the same issues as the breakfast burritos. I need to remember not to eat here anymore. Solid disappointment in my book. They are amazingly juicy (greasy admittedly) and flavorful. The carne asada fries are exactly as they should be with good fries, tons of meat, and great beans and guac.
