Carlos the manager charged me $26.26 for two sets of three soft tacos which is approximately $5 more than I should have been charged. When I brought it to his attention he insisted the charges were correct. Reported to the corp office. This location seems very disorganized. Follow up - less than an hour later the corporate office called me and offered to send certificates for free tacos. Called on a Saturday. Impressive. They retained a customer. Added a star for them. They accepted my feedback regarding this location and indicated they would follow up with the manager. I believe it. read more

I am an Airman in the Air Force. I came back to my hometown to visit my parents and I went to my old favorite chipotle. They used to offer a military discount before and so I had asked if they still did it. New management does not offer it anymore. This happens alot and it is not a big deal. I had no real issue with paying the 30cents i might have saved however the employee paid for my lunch and asked to shake my hand and thank me for my service. It was an amazing gesture and I truly appreciate how great chipotle has always been. It still is my favorite resteraunt. You have made me day! This place has really gone downhill since it opened a few years back. The food is good when it's good and bad when it's bad. It's pretty much hit or miss. Either it's just right or it's too spicy or the rice is undercooked or the chicken is raw or the steak is tough... Among other little random things here and there. Last night I ordered take out through the app. They had 45 minutes to get my meal together. On the way, I realized that I needed to order another burrito bowl. So I walk in the door passed a man working at the soda machine and approached two other boys that were behind the counter. I was the only one in the restaurant. Not a single person sitting down or in the bathroom, nothing. The two boys looked over at me and looked back the other way at each other and they continue to having their personal conversation for a few minutes, never acknowledging me. Finally the gentleman that was by the soda machine looked over at me and called out "he'll be with you in a minute." When those boys behind the counter were doing nothing but ignoring me and having their personal conversation for 3 to 4 minutes before they just decided to turn around and serve me. And when I did finally get served the one boy turns around and just stares at me, he never says a word. He doesn't say hello or how are you, absolutely nothing. So I said hello to him and I gave him my order before he slid it down the way to the guy from the soda machine who had come over to swipe my card and then we get home and realize that we didn't get lettuce on our burrito bowls that we had ordered over the app. I saw that the bin was empty in the display and apparently they didn't feel it was necessary to go open up another bag of lettuce and put some on our meals with the 45 minutes they had to figure it out. I really was not blown away by the food nor was my husband. I wouldn't say that the food is "bland" but all of the meats taste the same - I had the steak burrito bowl and my husband had the chicken tacos. The meat was so spicy that we both did not finish our meals - we both like spicy food but the overabundance of it was too much. Overall, we won't return. read more

Good food as always, but this particular chipotle restaurant tends to give you 2 to 3 oz of chips instead of 4 oz when you order the bag of chips. Last I heard was they were trying to correct it but haven't seen much difference. read more

Not enough options for me. They have rice, salsa, meat and cheese and u can have it any way u want! As long as it's in a bowl or a burrito or a taco. Guacamole for an extra charge. The food was fine, don't see what all the fuss is about. read more

Easily the word chipotle. Line is always at least 20 minutes because the employees are standing around in the back. The employees are beyond rude. One snapped at me for pointing at my bowl because she was putting the stuff in the wrong one. The music is too loud to hear anything and they'll yell at you because they can't hear you and vice versa. Everyone here needs to be fired. read more

Second visit to this location and same thing did not have certain things. Today during dinner time NO Pinto Beans, NO Fajitas, NO Chips, NO vinaigrette dressing. Another customer was waiting 30 minutes for chips. Complain to the manager she acted like she don't care. "Oh the food is free" I did not come here for free food. I paid for my food. As this is a re-occurring issue, i decided to create a yelp account just to inform all their customers. I am a student and have a very short lunch break but enjoy chipotle. I placed an order for 11:45 pick up time. When i arrived at 12:00, there were roughly 5 people in line for normal ordering and there was a crowd of people waiting for to-go as well. One guy had placed his pick up time at 11:00, one girl at 11:20, another at 11:45 and none of us had received our food. The guy who placed his order for 11:00 finally received his food at 12:05. I received mine at 12:15. By the time i left, the line for the normal ordering had cleared with an additional 10 people receiving their meal. This is probably the 5th time this has occurred. As i am now late to my exam, i will never be pre-ordering my food here again. All other chipotles in town are efficient but not this one. read more

I love going to this place. Food is great and the service is fast. Also, they cater to all kinds of dietary restrictions. Gluten free menus are hard to come by and these people are willing to change their gloves at each station to avoid gluten contamination. Fantastic place! read more

I am a big chipotle fan but this one was very disappointing and unsatisfactory. The rice had no flavor to it and tasted as if it wasn't thoroughly cooked. The chicken tasted nothing like it usually does. It just tasted like burnt grilled chicken. The servers were very slow and rude to me and would roll their eyes when I would ask for a little more (they were skimping me on everything! Especially the guac) next time I'm craving some chipotle I am definitely not stopping here. read more

On vacation with 2 16 year olds who wanted Chipotle for lunch. We enter the restaurant and the line was really long( I would have never stayed if I was alone). I groaned as I have no patience standing in line. The staff was very efficient. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they moved customers through. A wonderful experience. Just a great lunch for a great value! If you have not been here I highly recommend. If you Mention it is your first time, they will comp your meal. I only had to pay for my drink this time but I will be back and happy to pay full price and they are very reasonable for the portions sizes and quality of food. read more

I usually get so frustrated with chipotle workers but she makes it seem like she puts pride in her work. My friend ordered steak and it was taking a while so she offered to just take my friend's order and bring it out when it's ready, and proceeded to give her a BOGO card and a drink! NEVER AGAIN. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'll never ever eat here again. Or any location. Possible Salmonella poisoning means nothing to these workers. I used to eat here 3 to 4 times a week till one day I ordered a burrito with plain white rice/no cilantro. Some young looking boy was picking up uncooked chicken in the back and with the same hand the wet slimy chicken was in, handed the girl making my burrito the plain rice. I was mortified and so were the people around me. The guy next to me freaked out and people behind me in line couldn't believe it. The 2 workers were completely oblivious. When I said something to the girl making my burrito, the young boy behind her that handed her the rice just sucked his teeth all ticked off and turned around to avoid me. She looked me square in the eye and very rudely in the most ghetto English ever spoken loudly said, 'well u still want the other burrito at least?!' All the other workers there saw what happened and none of them batted an eye. No one there cared at all. So so sad. When your cooking on a grill where raw meats are, merely feet from where prepared cooked food is, there needs to be some boundaries. This location doesn't follow any of them. Unfortunately, you can't give a place zero stars so the one will have to do. This was the absolute worst chipotle I've ever been to. The employees were incredibly rude, and acted like they just wanted to get me out of there. They were crazy skimpy in the portions, and even asking for double on tomato and corn only filled my bowl up halfway. There was a bunch of steak in my sofritas, which was fine for me but could be a serious issue for anyone who orders it as a vegetarian option. They were out of chips and had no intention of making more, and every single silverware holder was empty. I waited ten minutes for a fork before I just gave up. The place was a complete mess, with trash and food all over the tables, counters, and even the cash register. You couldn't have paid me to eat there. Absolutely disgusting. If you've eaten here, I'm sorry. If you were going to, I'd suggest taking the 6 mile drive to the other location. I can guarantee it can't be worse than this one. read more

Customers beware!!! This food is not what it seems I went to this place only a few days ago for my second time and I got sick and had a very high fever which was 102 and had to go to the hospital and why you say this happened because I got food poisoning. Thats Right FOOD POISONING!!! so the next time you go there BEWARE OF THE FOOD!!! also the food is Nothing special, it doesn't taste mexican it taste plain with a tinge of spiciness, it looks like a factory inside which is the wrong approach for a mexican restaurant everything should not look silver it should red with green with exuberant colors on the walls that are stimulating not looking like you are in a factory and the place doesn't even have any pictures that depict of anything mexican plus if you are running a mexican place you should at least have some type of hispanic people working there not Americans, its only popular because you can get a gigantic burrito for $7 that's all. I wish that i can give them a 0/5!!! This place is a joke and i have seen better, PLUS it also got me sick so what do you think of the place now?
